I would not recommend doing business here. Took a six months old weed eater in for service, between the Show Low store and the saw shop it was lost. They have also lost the paper work. Now after going round and round for months they have decided to not honor their obligation to correct their mistake because we cannot produce the ticket stub I was given. Every employee I have talked to admit the equipment was brought to them and not returned to me.

I am just blown away by this store. My husband recently passed and Im trying to get used to doing a great deal of things myself. Im having a terrible squirrel problem and came in for a humane trap. Well Lily went above and beyond. Got down on her hands and knees and had to show me several times. I couldnt seem to get it working properly. Lilly said not a problem and told me if I needed help to give her a call. After a morning of spinning my tires...I couldnt get the door to stay up...I called. She offered to come to me but was clear to state it was in a personal capacity. True to her word she did! Was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. You wont get that from a big store. You have a gem Ace. Her willingness to go above what is required has been good for my soul. By the way she would not accept any compensation. Oh! She fixed the loose wire on my thermostat! Just wow! Ace is the place.

Wood stove very expensive and poor craftsmanship. Looks good and functions, some welds are popping while stove adjusts, the stove expert is on permanent vacation. There are much higher quality fire places if your going to spend this much money

I always get such great help from the employees here! Instead of them telling me where the item Im looking for is, they actually SHOW me where it is and help me find exactly what Im looking for!!Amazingly helpful!! Its things like this thatll keep me coming back!

I tell him what I need and they call somebody to the front to help me and then they help me pay for b it. I have nothing but praise for everyone at the strore! Store doesnt recieve any stars I have been a strong customer of the Show low location for 23 year and have always had great service and everybody knew me by name. However today I had quit an experience by the current alleged shift manager who is obviously a millianal, who has never learn respect let alone manners, or human relation training. this person is very condisending and baligeris toward his patrons., and when confronted with his behavior and mannerisms..He could care less and deside to moc me and could care less of the consequences of his behavior between his hand gestures and lack of caring he turned and walk away laughing as if my being upset with him was strickley interaining to him this is how a dedicated custmer of 23 years and roughly $30,000.00 Later are treated. I will not spend one american penny in this location until justice is served

Good store lots if help

Called before taking the drive from Hunt (1 hour) to Ace in Show Low today. I asked if they could cut a piece of glass for me in the shape of half an octagon, and they said they could give it a try.I bought an antique (1856) reliquary/shrine at a church interior company in the Netherlands, and paid over 3 grand for it. It was once housed in a monastery in Holland. My shipment arrived safely last week Thursday, but two days ago I brought the reliquary with me to church to get it blessed and my dog accidentally jumped on top of it in the car and shattered the glass. :-OAnyways, I went to Mike and gave him a template to work with. He said he usually just cuts squares/rectangles but was more that willing to give it a shot. I watched him work (do his magic) and he knew exactly what he was doing! When he was finished, he brought the piece of cut glass to his work bench and showed it to me. I was amazed at how it turned out and thanked him profusely. Mike is a person who will definitely go far in life. Not just because of his sheer enthusiasm and motivation, but also for his top notch personality. Thanks again, Mike. You made my day!Also, kudos to the gentleman (with the long hair) who answered the phone today. He was very accommodating, friendly, confident and smart. If it werent for him, I wouldnt have taken the drive down to Ace today. Thanks!

The generator we dropped off for warentee work the first time was given to us broke than took back for a fix. They broke it again and sent it home. Then we found tons of stuff that was either damaged or just half a$$ed. Not happy and no faith in the work. Please be weary. Nice people but dont trust the work. Take anywhere other than this place.

This is the second time I bought wood stove supplies and both times the clerk was rude. A simple question of exterior and interior chimney pipes was met with a rude retort. I choose the word retort because of the clerks inability to display proper customer service by providing a welcoming explanation. Then an elder Native American man,who was obviously hard of hearing, was also provided with rude answers when inquiring on where to find camping stoves. The exterior sign does read stoves! If this is a personal reflection of the clerks attitude towards Native Americans I would transfer him to another department. The majority of the reservation residents source of heat is provided by wood burning stoves which makes it inevitable he will have customers from the reservation. Ace has more of a selection of wood stoves and accessories than Lowes and Home Depot but the customer service is very unprofessional!

Cashier always greets you as you enter. Help is always available, but not always timely. Depending on who cuts keys and changes locks, if they work or not. Nice manager. Generally only one cashier, could use another to avoid waiting in line.

Go to the garden building and ask for Jason Stevens if you need anyting. not only is he one of the most knowledgeable people in this place he also is one of the most friendly people in this place. this is a great place to get pretty much anything you might need while youre on a trip or youre staying in town for a little while or youre passing through or you live there you cant go wrong by stopping in here!

Now you will find Ace Hardware,......Power hungry management firing dedicated loyal honest people jobless!! Renee was there 8 years and poor Tom was there 4 years and Doug was there 4 or 5 years!!!!! The staff is always polite and helpful. During one visit the young man in the chainsaw repair area fixed my chainsaw within minutes and free of charge. They have a separate building for wood stoves and other outdoor accessories.They even had the parts I needed for my wood stove this winter. They carry a wide variety of items and are one of the two places in town where you can get a key made. Including transponder keys. If youre new to the area or just passing through and need parts for your RV or propane related items this is the place to find them.

We recently purchased a small place in Show Low and have visited both of the Big Box Hardware stores and then we stopped in Ace Hardware this past Sunday. Wow, what great service and friendly people. I will have to drive a little further, but well worth it. All of the people was very helpful and cordial.
