Great store and great employees that are very helpful. We need a Home Depot west of here, supplying the large area between Shreveport and Longview. This store is located in a terrible area thats going downhill fast!

Great workers that are very polite, nice, and helpful. Lots of products in stock for decent prices. Customers on the other hand wont wear masks even though its required here in Louisiana. Guess they cant read.

Employees are a great help. Not like most places these employees when you ask something they can carry you right to it. Pretty impressive for now days.

Called8/28/21 Saturday no one never answers the phone. Came in only had one door open. All the employees just walking around. Finally found one nice lady who was stocking and asked her to call some one to help me and another lady in the ac section they never showed up. Counted 4 employees seen us with mean looks on their face.

Home Depot always has what I need. Most of the time they have what I dont really need. I always end up spending more than I intend to, because I find more stuff that I want. I always come away with some cool stuff though. So, I love going.

This Home Depot is my favorite. A few weeks ago I needed paint and could not find the swatch for it. I was going to go with a new paint but the associate looked up my past purchases of paint and found the right color. The only problem is they were out of the base for that color. They were out of a lot of bases! It wasnt too big of a deal because I was using this color as a second coat. It could have been a major issue if I was needing to finish a wall or something! In all I have never had a major issue here and I always find what I need.

After having a difficult time at another Home Depot in town, we drove to this store as a last effort to purchase an item we had driven 2 hours for. Courtney and her staff went above and beyond to help us get what we needed and more importantly, treated us like people. She heard what we had been through at the previous store and not only made it right but helped us to leave happy! The staff at this store truly care about their customers! I highly recommend shopping at this store and will continue to do so myself in the future.

Even though we shop at closing time,the men and women of Home Depot welcome us like were their first transaction of the day. They assist us in all departments and the checkouts just complete the best overall shopping experience.

Went to this store looking for a 5 gallon bucket and lid. Also a brass nozzle for a water hose. Checked out the HomeDepot.com. Set my store. Went to said store. Couldnt find the nozzle. Where the website said the item was located, it was not. They dont keep up the site. . . . Parked in the handicapped parking at the entrance. After walking half the store and with my problems, I was about worn out. THEN I had to walk all the way to the other end of the store to check out and to exit the store, only to have to walk all the way to the other side of the parking lot to where I was parked. These stores need their entrances and exits in the middle of the buildings so that its more convenient for EVERYONE! Home Depot why do you have 5 gallon buckets at the end of each aisle but you dont have the lids with them? FYI to other customers. . . water hoses and nozzles ARE NOT in the Garden Center. 5 gallon buckets and their lids are in the paint department.Now for the positive. The employees I encountered were polite and friendly. The lady working the self checkout was kind enough to scan my purchases, even though I was able to do it myself. Thank you nice lady. I wish I had gotten your name . . . The store was neat and clean.

Ordered a freezer. Took six weeks to come in. Store never called to arrange delivery. Online delivery info was wrong and freezer didn’t show up.Unfortunately, Home Depot is getting as bad as Lowe’s.will order from Amazon next time.So much for buying from local retailers.

Be very wary ordering anything through the store and thinking you’ll get it at the expected date of delivery. If they don’t have it on site, go somewhere else.

Terrible Customers Service.. We ordered from the pros desk specifically what we needed and they still gave us what they wanted to.. They sold us split bowed wood and refused to exchange it.. And also gave us the wrong nails and our customer had to pay extra due to their mistakes. I will never use home depot on pines rd again ... Ill rather go to bossier and haul whatever load we have across the city

This the most I’ll run placeof business I have ever seen.I have been waiting 20 minutes to get a receipt and my change from self check out.No people just self check out.A total of four people walked up,Punched on the machine and then walked off without saying a word.It is now 30 minutes later and I finally got a receipt and my change.Not good!

Getting help to load lumber nobody was helpful at all.

Its busy in there right now but thats to be expected with all of the storm issues. Good thing they have all of the checkout options to keep things moving.

This was also one of the cleanest home improvement stores I have visited anywhere. The selection was also great, they even had items that I was certain we would have to order, in the store on our visit. Great store!

The Pine Road Home Depot is the worst in Shreveport / Bossier. Rude and not very willing to help. They act like its an inconvenience for them to have to help you. Especially if theyre talking on their personal cell phones. The paint department is very friendly as long as youre black. This store needs a complete overhaul of its staff. Its by no means the store it was when it first opened.

I love home depot, they tend to have better selection and slightly cheaper prices than similar stores.

Had a horrible experience at the store on bert kouns but we found out that this store had what we needed...the extra 20 minute drive was well worth it for the great customer service!!! I explained what I needed and the sales associates did everything they could to get me taken care of...will definitely only use this home depot for future supplies!!!

Bought a generator online to be picked up. Was told my item was taken off floor to avoid being sold. Got an email an hour later saying my order was cancelled due to item being out of stock. Will not be spending any money online or at this location again. (Would give 0 star if I could)

We came to the Pines Rd store to purchase a garage door, opener & installation. I asked one gentleman if he could help us with one, & he said we would have to talk to the girl sitting at the desk next to the doors. She was on her cellphone & didnt acknowledge that we were there. We were talking about the garage doors & she gave us a dirty look like we were disturbing her and she got up & walked away. Then we walked out too. Ive spent a good deal of money at this store over the last few years, especially in the garden area. Ive never been treated this rude before.

I went in to find a fitting for a vanity faucet set I bought several weeks ago and I wasnt expecting to even find anything that would work. I finally asked someone for help but they didnt know what I needed so I started wandering from isle to isle till I seen a young black man and he asked if he could help me. I told him what I was trying to do and he went right to the plumbing fittings and found exactly what I needed. I wish I had of gotten his name because he is a valuable employee and should be recognized for his knowledge and credit to Home Depot. I will make a point to find him the next time I shop at Home Depot and make sure he gets credit for his customer service.

This visit was good, yesterday not so . I went around noon, one guy working but i could tell he was limited in his job but he was courteous and tried to get me some help. I called back before 5 at the bossier store and the lady in flooring should never answer the phone. Totally difficult to tslk too, i told her i had to go so i could call another store, wow. Im driving 20 more miles but thats ok.

Asked a counter person for info on a product in the store.No help, told me did think there was any. I said thanks and left.

This is one of my go to stores. I have my orange apron regulars who I ask for advice and if they are not sure, they ask others. I have never had a issue at this store and appreciate folks there especially Cody who is very knowledgeable of tools and helps out everyone!

ITS A Help yourself like Place. And IF See Orange Flashing by you. Flag Them Down . Its A Worker. They will give you directions to Where your items, Supposed to be. Dont Be Surprised, IF you See isle blocked off. Theres Restocking, But Maybe not what you need. Usually Low is Stock and dont have what you need. It Started off Great, Full of different items to choose from and Now. Its choose what they got or Leave. IF you do get something the Customer help desk cashiers is a FAST Place to Check out . Ok if you want Less stock and less Help. Its a BREEZE To Wonder In.

People are always around to ask for help and theres rarely a wait to check out. Staff is knowledgeable about where items are located and anything in their section. Reasonable pricing and online home delivery make Home Depot my first choice for any hardware or home improvement needs.
