ONE NAME!!! Bridget Mosley she is my hero. She and her team made sure that I was satisfied. 2 Years ago in July 2019, my sunroof in my 2015 Accord randomly shattered while I was driving. My insurance company authorized the replacement with a reconditioned sunroof. Holmes did the repair.Fast Forward to July 2021 and about 40,000 miles later....a loud snap and pop comes from my sunroof as I was closing it. It got stuck and I had to force it closed. I took it back to Holmes Collision for repair. Through the battles with my insurance company, Bridget made sure I was taken care even when there was a lot bringing my car in back and forth...and with part shortages. She put me in a loaner and made sure my issue would be corrected. She kept me updated during the repair progress ands she delivered my car to me and even filled it up with gas after the repair was complete.Customer Service at its finest!

My two-year-old Honda had defective peeling paint on the mirror. Nicole Stevens was incredibly helpful in sorting out the issue. Unacceptable, lousy, tacky work. As you can see in my original picture my bumper was blackout out completely no chrome. As you can see with the bumper they put on the lower bumper has one side chrome one side black at the bottom. The excuse given was they didnt do this black wrap work then you should have found a company that did and did the repair work to standard. This work looks like it was done by a shade tree collision repair man. Who gives a vehicle to someone with tacky work like this. Obviously this company does.

After a hit & run, my car had to be repaired. Nicole called my husband and I twice a week to keep us updated. She was kind and professional. Even after the parts were extremely delayed I worked with Luke the General Mgr. In a bad situation, Customer Service was GREAT!

My vehicle was wrecked and I had my car towed into this facility. I paid them $2490.71 on 19 August 2020 that my insurance sent to have my vehicle repaired, but my car was deemed a total lost. My money was never refunded to me and my insurance company have been trying to get the money sent to them since late September. We were told it would be forwarded back to my insurance company for them to pay out to my loan company. Discovered today it was not done and Im yet stuck with a car note for a car I cant drive. Im hoping this is an isolated event and others receive better support, however I will not be recommending anyone I know to here.

I have had several vehicles repaired and/or painted at this shop. I brought some fender flares for my truck to be painted and they came out perfectly. I’ve always had great service. Scott is a first-rate painter. Bridget was a delight. She was prompt with her responses to my questions via email. She arranged for one of her body shop guys (don’t know his name) to install the flares and they were placed perfectly. Holmes ROCKS because of their GREAT people.

We used HCC by demand of our daughter-in-law after a recent high water accident. I think the HCC team began inspecting the car the day it arrived at their shop. Our insurance adjustor was notified and there within 24 hours. Shop personnel and HCC estimators went above and beyond. They searched for quality parts, purchased them at the best prices, found damages overlooked by our insurance adjustor and kept their management in the loop. Hailee maintained constant communication with our insurance company and kept us informed through the entire process.I probably should not mention this part, but my daughter-in-law is a HCC employee. I say this to further impress you. Our service was so impressive that I had to ask her if we were getting special treatment or if this was normal. She immediately responded that it was their normal operating procedure.Shout out to the HCC management for supporting a quality team and a bigger shout out to the team that got our car back in great shape in record time. We certainly hope to never need them again but will surely use them if the need arises.

I had my bumper replaced and painted here after an accident. Not even a year after replacing maybe even just 5 months after my bumper starts chipping so I take it in. The manager stated that it looked like some one ran into me!? Like really I must have stupid written on my forehead because I know damn well no one ran into me because its chipping in small areas all over my bumper!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND HOLMES COLLISION TO ANYONE!!!!

Let me start by stating a very simple fact I dont Care if they paint that mercede Benz purple with a smart car on top I will go back for this reason. And has nothing to even do with the collision shop but everything to do with the receptionist at the front desk of the sales department. She is a very very Smart articulate well dressed And I mean can speak with the best if not better. It belongs to my 16 year old daughter. I usually dont read the reviews because it would be crazy if I would think everyone experience is the same. Im very curious to find out how it turned out and worried. Boss man it is great u can return answers to us small feeble oh and clear as transparent people questions, now start to fix issues to get that 2 up. And boss man please tell whom ever is sending money away Basically to stop. Get that rate and review score up chief or for my services, dont do what you are doing now, u know the good ol, who this guy thinks he is. Ok, this guy is a 270lb 65 man that got looked through, not over, through for several minutes, so dont, im a black belt in lean six sigma buisness transformation, that cat get your rating higher than the Hyundai rating. Like I tell my kids, friends and you BE NICE because your receptionist is a 10 so dont send me away thinking thats going to work boss man get the sops together and if not yet, just start by doing the whole pros and cons deal. So I can say not one of your workers respect u enough to help a customer. I been running my enterprise for 25 yrs. And take the picture of the building down until it is cleaned. Just take a look at it. Its has filthy run from top to bottom. Come on boss boss its a Mercedes dealership, never personal just criticism. I dont know u but it was a decent visit because of one very nice woman that works the front desk ok, high 5 boss i will see you all later, but first my VA appointment and also have to feed, dress, and give my mother her medication. I get it from her because my father is not that, please start thinking about what is next if the work is not right, to get me to give you 2 stars but 10 for the receptionist. my daughter is very happy but sir instead of bashing people that take the time to rate and review, do not give excuses or send them to someone else BE NICE remember

Went to get an estimate and a guy named Mike Odom was my estimator. He wrote some notes down about the car . And also asked If I wanted to do this job outside of the shop to save some money. I said no, he insisted and said its alot easier outside the shop. He saved me a 1000. He kept a thousand and it cost around 3000. After receiving my car I wish I would have spent the whole insurance check and gone through the office. My car repairs look sad and you can tell where the damage was/is.
