My husband was mowing our lawn when something flew out & cracked the back window of my SUV. I called Glass Doctors on a Monday morning and they were at my house on Wednesday morning replacing my window. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The guys that came to repair the window were courteous & very efficient. They had it replaced in no time. I have used them before to replace my windshield and had great service at that time also. I called for a week and had an issue with getting sent to the call center (not the actual place they are a franchise) but once I talked to the lady in the office, Amanda, I was was scheduled the next week! I called a competitor and the wait was 2 and a half weeks. It was a 10 crack at the edge of my windshield, I couldnt take the risk of it breaking from 1 bad bump on the roads in Shreveport. The wait was about 1 hr 20 min, which isnt bad at all. When I was paying the lady in the front was extremely kind and gave me a lot of helpful tips to follow for the next 24 hours to protect the windshield and not mess it up. Definitely a place to go to!

I had originally set an appointment with another company to get my window fixed. Someone had vandalized my car. A coworker told me to look into glass doctor. I called for an appointment and the lady told me the estimate was $100 less than I would have paid for with the other company.They offered to come get the car for me while at work, but due to confusion of the employee parking lot, I rescheduled two days later and was probably one of the firsts to enter. Theres an energetic lady at the front desk. I gave her my keys and had the waiting room to myself where I enjoyed the remote control at my convenience. Just a little con about the waiting room; it was freezing in there. There was a little vent I tried sitting in front of to keep warm, but that barely worked. The TV is also so 1990s, an ittty-bitty TV up in the top corner of the room.I was told the car would be ready in two hours, though they finished 30 minutes early. Its been about a week and some days and the window is fine. It cost exactly what the lady told me it would be.

I got my windshield replaced on my car on June 8th I waited to write a review because I wanted to see how long it would take for the situation to be rectified yet it has not. The overall service was great and the technician that came to replace my windshield did and awesome job, no complaints there. The problem is now my windshield wiper dispenser no longer works which may be insignificant to some but it worked before the replacement and should indeed work afterwards. I called the shop to let them know that it was no longer working I was advised that a part was being ordered and when it came in they would send someone out to fix it. A week went by so I called to check on the progress and was told the same thing. So now we are at the 2 weeks mark and I reached out with no response and nothing has been done. I do not think I should have to take the my car to my mechanic or the Chevy dealership to get this fixed.

The young man who answered our service call was very personable and pleasant. He displayed a genuine concern that we receive the best of service from the beginning to the end! 100% satisfied!

Getting an appointment was very difficult. Had to call them 3 times and my first appointment was a no show. The work they did was very good but customer service needs work.

My experience was very great they took there time getting things done. Its was definitely worth the wait will use them again in the near future if need be. thank you glass doctor for your services.

The technician was very nice. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because my appointment was Thursday. The technician came Thursday to give an estimate and said she would return on Friday between 4pm & 5pm to repair the window. She didn’t show up or call to let me know she wasn’t going to make it. Well it snowed Sunday, which made it very cold inside due to my dining room window being broken. I covered it the best I could but it was still cold. I called the business on Monday and they weren’t sure why the technician never showed. However, they promised to send her out that afternoon to repair my window and it was repaired. The technician fixed my window within an hour and it’s looks like it was never broken. The price was also very reasonable. Despite the hiccup, I would definitely use this company in the future.

So great employee and product and service.And they came to my house so I did not have to go out of my way and spend my day with sitting at a business as they did the work at my house. We contacted three glass companies for an estimate to replace the glass door and walls of our shower. Glass Doctor was the only one that came out quickly, and gave us an estimate. We heard from the other two companies, two weeks later. Glass Doctor replaced the shower door and walls. Their friendly staff did a great job.

I found Glass Doctor of Shreveport to be very courteous and knowledgeable. Their representative came to by home gave me a fair estimate of the work that needed to be done. They arrived at the appointed time. I would encourage anyone who should need any type of glass repair or window installation to use Glass Doctor.

Called and made an appointment for an estimate for shower door and broken window. Scheduled me for 10 days out, ok, no big deal. Appointment day comes, no call ahead day prior or day of. No call at all, all day and no show. I call at noon that day to remind them of the appointment, she at first has no record of the appointment then assures me they are coming- no show. I then call in the evening, get sent to corporate, he takes my info and assures me I will get called (friday). Monday rolls around, no phone call again, all day. I call and get sent to corporate again, relay all my information, again. He assures me Ill get a call.....

They did a great job and the wait time wasnt long will be using glass doctor when ever i need them again there just that good

When installer was installing window he found window was cut wrong. He left and said he would return but never did. I called the place of business but they were closed. I never recieved a call from the business or the installer to tell me why it had not been finished. The next day they still did not call me. I had to call them. They said that the receptionist must of written number down wrong. I wasted hours on them because they said they would return and they didnt even try to contact me. Just be careful when dealing with a company that I feel doesnt care much about your business.

Had a rep come out and measure a broken pane in a french door on Tuesday had to wait 4 hours for that and then was told they would have to come back to install made a appointment with a very specific time frame and she assured me it would be done waiting and no show and no contact from the company very poor customer service when you contact them still waiting on a call back from dispatch I would highly not recommend using this company it is apparent they dont need the work!!!!! If I could give them no star I would!!

I was very pleased with my windshield repair. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. I highly recommend this company if you need any type of glass repair.

In regards to replacement of windshield on Toyota FJ Cruiser. First off the tech was not happy to see this vehicle, I almost left when he came to take me key...hindsight I should have.After checking on vehicle in the midst of replacement. Found that tech had damaged trim in removal and was attempting to straighten it. He told me that a previous shop had glued it in place and he had bent it taking it off. I asked him to let me take it to a body shop to see if they could do any better. It still didnt fit correctly, but they let me take the vehicle anyway. Trim piece blew off 5 minutes later. Took vehicle to body shop for replacement and found two other trim pieces were broken, antenna grommet was broken and the XM antenna wire was severed. Shop had to color match trim and install. They said they windshield appears to be installed shifted to one side and needs to be reinstalled. This of course would start this whole process over, so I am concerned about letting this Glass Doctor do the job again. So far I have been charged $331.02 to replace the windshield (was quoted over $600 to do the job) and paid the body shop $1023.78 and an audio shop $143 to replace the XM antenna.I had contacted the supervisor at Glass Doctor and she told me that I had been informed that there could be some trim damage - a lie. She told me that she would contact the owner - they have not contacted me. I have written corporate and I am awaiting a response. If nothing is done soon, I will be forced to take legal action and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

These people gave me an over-the-phone quote and then did the old bait and switch routine by almost doubling the quotation after one of the most horrible installations that I have ever seen, related to glass installation. I recommend that you do not use them. There are others that will do this type of work and be honest with the customer.As far as Amanda Doyals positive review...I guess it is a coincidence that her last name is the same exact spelling of the owners last name.

I called to get an estimate. The lady stated she had someone near by and he will be at my house in about 15 minutes. I had to call back 30 minutes later and tell her he never showed up. He finally showed up with a lady in his truck. Says we can do it Monday or Tuesday. They never called me back, I called them and they said ok, let me call the employee and see what happened. I never got a call back. Terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

ZERO STARS! They are thieves. Ive written this once already and I guess it was removed so Im writing this again. The guy they sent out told me he could it for $150 but that he needed a deposit of at least $75. All I had was $80 so thats what I gave him. He was suppose to come out the next day. He even called to ask if someone was gnna be there that day. But thirty minutes after he was suppose to be there he called and said he got stuck on another job but he felt so bad that he would come out that Friday and not charge me the rest of the money. I knew something was up but since he was communicating I have him the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say he didnt come. My window is still broken and I am out $80. I called the company described the man to a tee. After being hung up on and placed on hold for 20min she came back on the phone and said that he told her he didnt take any money and that there was. I contract signed so she didnt know what to tell me. GLASS DOCTORS TALK TO THE POLICE BECAUSE I HAVE WITNESSES!!

Tried to call to get someone to come out to get an estimate. Someone would pick up and then hang up on me. Wouldnt even say hello. Rude. Never got anyone to answer. Wont give them my business. Am telling everyone I know that needs glass to stay away from the rudest business in town.

Scheduled appointment, wasted an hour waiting on them to fix my window. Then had to reschedule because they said they couldnt get to me today. Huge inconvenience because I had to get off work. Whenever I went back they got it done no problem though.

What a rip off. I wasnt quoted a price on my back windshield. Guess I shouldve asked. 3.5 hours to replace a windshield?!! I had the sane windshield replaced 6 months ago, it only took an hour and it was 1/4 the cost! Call around first. Ridiculous.
