I truly wish I could rate this dealer less than one star. To keep this review short, this dealer charged me while they attempted to fix an issue I had on my vehicle and did NOT fix it; they told me to have another dealer look at it and they will reimburse me for it, and they did NOT reimburse me; I gave them ALL the parts to fix the issue and when the other dealer went to fix it, they told me I had old parts on the car still (therefore they stole the parts I gave them). I honestly would never ever in my life recommend this shady dealership. Id hate for anyone to become a victim as I did. Drive to Dallas TX or Jackson MS for service.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Gary Washington, was incredible at helping us make a decision without even seeing the vehicle. We lived 3 hours away from this dealership and wanted a bit of information before we made the drive. Gary went above and beyond in giving us information and details that made us comfortable in making the journey. He was probably the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. Our finance director, Michael Demech was wonderful in explaining the entire process of purchasing a car. He was great in explaining every document we were signing. We felt very well taken care of at this dealership. One hundred percent recommend this place for your car needs!

My wife and I went to view and test drive the Q5. Wed been one other time and wound up being guided by Clay both times. Clay was awesome! He has an outstanding working knowledge of the vehicles. Upon arrival at the dealership, I noticed what appeared to be numerous Porsche Taycan EV vehicles, two of which were on the showroom floor. I mentioned this to Clay, as Im an EV nut. My wife sat in the black Turbo S on the showroom floor. Beautiful vehicle. He mentioned, that we should test drive one. He didnt have to twist my arm. WOW!!! What an experience. Im an airline pilot and I can honestly say, that driving the Porsche Taycan, is the closest thing Ive experienced to flying an aerobatic airplane. I mean, it has a G-meter in the car! Anyone who doubts the capability on an EV, needs to experience it. The Taycan also, blew its EPA MPG equivalent range test out of the water. It far exceeded the EPA range value. We unfortunately had to take the Taycan Turbo back to the dealership and test drive the Audi Q5. LOL The Q5 was a fantastic vehicle. Build quality appeared to be far superior to many other vehicles on the market today. Good steering like most European models. Interior quality is definitely high. Inventories are low right now, due to supply issues and demand, but should improve hopefully. We came away very impressed. Wife loved the Q5 but wants the black grill and optics package if she gets one, so that means SQ5. :- )If you are thinking Audi/Porsche and in the Shreveport area, I highly recommend this dealership and request Clay. His knowledge of the vehicles is outstanding, but more so, his friendliness and personality made for such a fun experience. Talk to his manager Joe too. Really nice people! I purchased a pre-owned Lexus SUV at Shreveport Audi on 24 March 2021. I live in Chicago and had spotted the vehicle on Car Gurus. My first point of contact when calling the dealership was sales specialist, Mr Gary Washington. Gary obviously understands the art of the (remote) sale.Communication is key when selling a car to someone 800 miles away. Gary kept open and consistent line of communication throughout the entire process. I explained to Gary that I had seen the listing on Car Guru and that there were no photos of the vehicle online. I also explained that if the vehicle seemed to be in good condition Iβd fly to Shreveport the next day to purchase the vehicle. Within 30 minutes of the phone call, not only did I receive clear photos of every perspective of the vehicle, I also received personalized videos that covered all of my βmust-havesβ and concerns regarding the vehicle, and detailed information of any wear and tear that was visible on the vehicle. It was as if Gary was putting himself in my shoes and ensuring he had done anything and everything possible to boost my confidence before taking the time and effort of flying into Shreveport. When he knew I was intent on purchasing the vehicle, he immediately put me in touch with the finance director, Michael Demech, in order to work out all the financial details in advance to ensure I could drive the vehicle back to Chicago in a timely fashion the next day.Michael was extremely efficient and accurate explaining the details necessary in order to ensure a seamless sale the next day. With all of the prep-work that was left by the time we arrived was to sign the paperwork and take possession of the keys.The following day Gary was kind enough to pick my spouse and I up at Shreveport airport in order to ensure a timely transaction. In order to preserve memories he filmed every step of the process with our consent in order to put a video together of our purchase experience. Itβs nice to have someone take that special effort as a vehicle purchase is a momentous occasion in most peopleβs lives and itβs nice to have those memories preserved for future enjoyment. Despite this being a pre-owned vehicle purchase, I felt as though I was still a priority customer to their dealership. That makes a world of difference when considering a dealership for potential new car purchases in future.

Iβm very baffled with this Audi in particular. You call the service department and they state theyβre back up. You donβt think seems as if you guys are actually closed on Saturdays. I just think thatβs crazy those Saturdayβs would help you not be swamped with unhappy customers. To be the only Audi dealership in Shreveport/bossier and be backed up is VERY GHETTO.
Everything we were told on the phone was correct. We drove 200 miles for the car we chose, so we appreciated that the car was ready when we arrived and our salesperson was very helpful. No car buying pressure tactics at all.

25 years of SUV toting four kids to swim, tennis, soccer, dance, cheer, doctors, parties, college move-ins, career moves, beach trips and the list goes on and on! Youβd think one would know exactly what she wanted when finishing an exhausting chapter like that and starting another. Thinking youβre ready for a change but not quite confident about the change youβre making is hard!Thatβs a very long start to say, if youβre uncertain, go to Gary! Gary Washington spotted my husband and I late one Thursday evening. We had decided to open the new chapter and shop for a βsmallerβ SUV. You know one that wasnβt a bus or RV type but could still fit our family of six. Obviously if it was late, we wanted to look alone, get a feel for options without being hit by a βsalesmanβ. He very respectfully knew that and courteously handed us his card and walked away. So impressed of course, my husband stopped him and asked one simple question that set the stage for knowing this was a man of great honor and integrity.After a three day three model search of what I thought Iβd be interested in, and speaking with three sales associates, I decided Audi was the dealership and Gary the sales associate for my changing needs. We even bought a car smaller than my family. The service department could use a lesson or two in providing excellent customer service instead of excuses because of a pandemic. I called Audi in Dallas after dealing with excuses and unconcerned service advisors. The staff if Audi in Dallas went above and beyond to take care of me.
I have been very pleased with Moffitt...both in purchasing my Audi and in servicing it. Everyone has always been very nice, and they are all very knowledgeable in their work.The only thing I would like is for them to give me a car to drive while mine is being serviced. Its nice being driven to a location to wait; however, when one drives in from another city, it is nice to have a car to go to places to shop, eat, etc.

Terrible business. I bought a warranty and was swindled when trying to utilize it. I have asked the dealership to refund my money and they refuse to call me back. I repaired my vehicle myself. The warranty was $2700 and although they βpromisedβ to refund my money, they never have. Their service is terrible and the fellow I bought the warranty from, Larry, has promised to call me back but never does. Itβs hard to find an honorable car dealership and this is definitely not one.
I made an appointment over a week in advance and they got me scheduled right away for 9am. As I first pulled into the dealership they looked pretty busy, I then went right inside to the counter and I was helped immediately. My only reason for coming in is to run a diagnostic test on my car to see what is going on with my car.. The gentleman took my information then stated that the mechanic is busy today and wont be able to get to my vehicle until probably after lunch? I am a very patient person but I am confused to why they would schedule me an appointment for 9am if they couldnt Even start my vehicle until a minimum of 3 hrs later? Sitting on their couch for over three hours really makes a guy think. I am fine with waiting but the whole reason for making an appointment is to get your vehicle serviced in a timely manner? I came to this dealership because this is the closest one to my home location. With that being said, I had to miss work pay for daycare when I didnt have to, and its going to cost me at least $300 just for them to tell me whats wrong with my car? I am not pleased with my experience so far but will post again once my experience is finished.........left dealership 4 hrs later after my car was still not pulled in for diagnostic test. I didnt get a sorry, thank you, good bye....nothing! Thanks for wasting my time Moffitt! I Will NEVER be back and you will NEVER get my business!!!!

Buying experience was great but the service department is terrible. I have never seen a service department give service appointments and then be so indifferent when it is HOURS past the appointment window. The service advisors as well as management (dealer owner included) act as if it is perfectly okay to treat customers as if it is our fault that we may have a problem with spending an entire day waiting on a car for routine maintenance. Audi is a great vehicle but dealing with Moffitt service is not worth it. In the future I will be returning to Holmes European.

Ordered Audi parts for the Bodyshop I work for from here. Had a very pleasant experience, and was very thankful in how attentive they were in getting each wholesale part to me, when having to wait a little extra and a few parts.
VERY unhappy with the service, took my car in to see why the check engine light was on and in the process they broke a radiator hose and made me pay for it when the service guy told me straight up the technician broke it, in my opinion I should not have had to pay for the parts or labor for that.

Do not use. I have a service issue with my Audi making it not drivable, and their answer was a 2 week wait to just have it looked at. I can understand a busy garage, but a 2 week wait on a drivability issue is a problem. The car will not recognize when it is placed in park, and locks the key in the ignition, will not turn off. Their answer was to just keep driving it. Drive a car that will not go in park?? Leave the key in the ignition to be stolen?? I will gladly take my car to Jackson, MS or Dallas, TX for repair. Thanks for not helping.

This service department does not know what they are doing. You would think because its a dealership the service personal would be very educated on how your car works but apparently thats not the case.
