My battery is mounted under the driver side wheel well, and the company that sold me the battery said it would be $50 to install it. Well, I called the guys at Sears and they installed it professionally for a fraction of the price, for only $20. Fast friendly service with a quality product. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Yes This Place is Still Open!!!!!!!!!This place is under new management. And it shows!!!! In talking to the new Store Manager he is very kind and I could tell he was very genuine when he says he will take care of your service needs. The wait that you may have to endure is well worth it for the pleasant service he provides. He has made many changes to the inside of the store and is in the process of trying to make the store a place that customers will be pleased with the services and the employees. As well as run a phenomenal business to continue to serve the community for which the establish stand as well as anyone looking for a great auto service experience . Give him a chance!!!!

Got good deal on a battery charger

Just like the other reviews, it Took an hour and 50 minutes to change the, didnt call when finished, and left the car unlocked with the windows down when finished. Thats not safe for my vehicle. Their credit card chip reader worked, which normally would merit another star, but my experience was so bad I have to give one star. Would not recommend.

Bought a Group-On oil change and set an appointment time for 9am. I arrived 5 min early only to wait until 10:45 am for them to be finished. They took an hour just to start and even ended up charging me $7 more for the service than what the groupon ad had advertised. My car is old and I noticed they had broken my powersteering fluid cap...no big deal my car is a POS.... but no one told me about it. Im not mad and the employees there were apologetic and nice, but the experience left me feeling cheated and disrespected.

Took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. They never called to say it was finished and left my car parked illegally, unlocked with the windows down. Tried to charge more than cost of services provided.

They get the job done but sometimes there is a long waiting line.
