Overall good experience the staff was very helpful. I was assisted with the type of brakes need for my truck. Started with the cheaper brakes but ended getting a better one...once it was explained how they would leave brake dust on the rims. 👍👍👍

Older gentleman refused to come outside in the rain to properly reinstall my windshield wipers although Monika was kind enough to do so herself. That woman needs a promotion & a raise. Her co-worker needs to go whine somewhere else.

Ordered my parts online so I didnt have to wait for them to pull my parts off of the shelf. When I got there they didnt have my order ready (I went the next day after the order was ready) and then one of the parts I ordered wasnt even in the store but it showed in store availability. So not only did I not get my parts, I waited 30 minutes for an unprofessional jacka** to search for a part they didnt even have.

They tried to sell me a battery that was way overpriced!! Wanted 270 bucks for a battery I got at oreilly for 140. Go to oreilly across the street instead!

My experience today was great. Kelly helped with battery and shock supports for my Jeep. He patiently explained all that he was doing while he installed everything, and he answered all my questions!!!
