Takes FOREVER to get something done, even if you are the 1st customer there when they open up. Robert is always helpful and nice, but the other guy not so much. I have a lot of things I need to get installed in my new dually but the other guy acted like he didnt care if I did business with them or not

Customer service was AWESOME. I had purchased running boards from them last year and I broke one of my end caps. I ordered the end cap and carried it over for them to install it and they didnt charge me a penny. Great customer service.

Led a friend to their location (hed just purchased a vehicle from a local dealership, and was having a custom step rail added to a dual cab truck). We dropped the truck off at 3:30pm (they close at 5pm), went to get a quick, late lunch, and were back by 4:20pm. The truck was already done, paperwork completed, and ready to take home. Clean, very sturdily mounted, and nothing left messy/dirty. Very professionally run business.

U-Haul was a little cheaper, but you had to wait a week for the parts. Dandy always has the parts in stock. Ive had 3 hitches installed over the last 20 years. And as a side note, this must be one the last businesses that dont use computers.
