Purchased a 2021 C300 from MB of Shreveport and Brian Hemion was excellent. Personal service from the time I started looking on the lot in mid April until the car arrived I had selected at the end of June! Brian kept me informed every step of the way and the financing process was extremely easy. Options were suggested and explained but i never felt pushed in any direction. Any concerns or questions i had along the way were promptly answered, just a text away. Living in Monroe and unable to make it into Shreveport due to work scheduling, Brian arranged and met me to deliver the car when it arrived and was ready to go. All of the necessary paperwork was signed on the spot. Support continues through follow up texts as well even after the sale was closed tonight. I feel this dealership represents the MB brand very well, and the car that I waited for far exceeded my expectations. I couldnt be happier with my decision and the end result. I had the most amazing experience at Mercedes Benz of Shreveport. I drove from out of town to look at a few different luxury mid size SUVs in the area & once I saw the 2022 Mercedes GLE 350 & drove it, I was hooked. I still looked and drove another SUV, but there was no comparison. I was not intending to buy a new car that day (since I had a 2021 GMC Yukon), but after working with Gavin, I drove home with my new car!
