Quick service bought a new battery. It was installed quickly and this was unusual for a Walmart. I was pleased so I gave 4 stars. If things change I will update.
Refered me to another company because they could not do my oil change.
So slow about changing tires. It took them well over an hour to change 4 tires.... Other tire shops are done in less than 20 minutes.
This place dont have a clue about tires, dont bother buying
Dont call this automotive department. They dont know how to look things up. I called several other Walmart Automotive centers looking for available keys for my vehicle. All the others were able to look it up on the computer. This one said they couldnt look it up; have to have the key and put it in their machine before they could tell if they have the blank. Im not driving 30 miles one way just to be told they dont have it. Seriously, they surely have the same equipment as all the other Walmart automotive centers. Even after I told her the other Walmart Stores could look it up, she insisted she had to have the key in her machine.

Mike Doty, auto care center manager, helped me out in bind. He even stayed past close at 7 PM to finish work on my truck. I’m on the road a lot and it is critical to have my vehicle running good. Mike is a stellar example of what a Walmart Auto Care Center Manager should be.

Store didnt honor warranty on tires that was order online through Walmart. Bad deal (WAS NOT INFORMATION AT TIME OF ORDERING TIRES FROM YOULL WALMART. COM)...

Bought camper tires here and they couldnt even mount them. Need to hire workers that know about tires. Went down the road to GATEWAY tire service had them mounted in bout 3 minutes.
You have to pay extra for Mount and balance that should come with the service and so many extra expenses
