Came in for a generator battery. They pulled it and brought it to the counter for me. Rang me up. The phone rang twice while I was being helped. Both times, the employee put the caller on hold politely and took care of the folks in the store. Came back with the core, they immediately took care of my core charge and I used part of the core for a new flashlight. Fast, friendly knowledgeable staff.

My son brought in his Samsung to have the screen replaced. After they replaced it, his service was terrible. He brought it back and told them and they said oh it must be a network issue No one else on the network had issues. He tried showing them and they brushed him off and didnt want to hear it. After days of frustration, I told him to take it to a different place. Once they removed the screen, they saw that the antenna was barely installed which was their fault. The other place did not charge him for fixing their mistake. I will never use them again.

Both agents were friendly, knowledgeable & efficient in handling a battery change even finding that I needed a part that they had in stock to run my phone more efficiently. They even had a reasonably priced cover for my I-phone. After applying for a $10 discount for making an appointment ahead of time, the agent quickly handled that & the transaction went smoothly. I regret to say that I didnt get their names, but a name is at the bottom of the receipt jwalker. Epic fail. The first rule of retail is: open your store on time! Posted hours on the door, 8am weekdays. I was there this morning at 8, and guess what...crickets. Closed and dark. Waited 5, and went and bought my batteries elsewhere. See ya :((

I had an appointment for 9am at the Youree Drive store in Shreveport, La the first guy (curly hair and glasses) was nice and he gave me an estimated time of 1 hour and 30 mins. I come back at 1030am and the letters j and I didn’t work so they said they would replace the screen. This time another tech worked on my phone (low hair cut with glasses).They told me to Come back in 30 mins. I did and he said my phone wasn’t ready due to customer volume it is taking longer. I come back and this time my phone was ready but the screen is cracked on bottom left corner. And my keypad to text is going crazy. He suggested that they put my old cracked screen back on and give a refund. His attitude was horrible and he had THe absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I am very unhappy.

Luckily the location had the battery available. Unfortunately, I purchased it online and chose the option to pickup with free installation. Sounded great I thought to myself, as my back had been really bothering me that day. I got to the store and waited just over 10 minutes before I was asked can I help you find something sir? Since I was waiting at the counter I told the young man behind the counter I had purchased a battery online for my car. He did his job of verifying that I did indeed purchase it, but finished it off with a very dead to the point I see you are wanting us to install it, the free installation right? You will have to wait until after 4pm. The current time was 1:20pm. He further stated, without someone else here I cannot leave the store unattended. Which I fully understand. Luckily for me, no one else but myself and the employee were in the store and turned out that during the time it took me to change the battery myself, no one at all came into the store as I was parked in front of the entrance door. I came back in and gave the young man the core battery (old battery.) I even said have a good day, and got nothing at all back, no response whatsoever. Thats nothing new this day and age right? Since before I left the store to install the new battery and when bringing in the old one for the core deposit he was more interested with whatever he was doing on his phone. I understand if its store policy that you cannot provide service if you are alone. Just DONT OFFER FREE INSTALLATION if youre not going to be able to follow through with it by making sure you have enough staff for any given time of day. Its just good allocation of time and people/resources, simple business 101. I did a great job performing the battery swap, much better than a previous visit to another Batteries Plus (different location) that installed a battery on my truck. Leaving the positive terminals connection so lose the truck began having jittery gauges then started to act as if you were turning the key from off to accessory really fast when I was pulling into (thankfully) a parking lot. I popped the hood and check the terminals and wouldnt you know...the positive one wasnt even tightened at all. They did the heavy lifting though, so Ill give them a 7 out of 10 on that experience. This one I gave them a 2 just for having the battery in stock for a relatively good price. Hope it helps someone if possible. I believe they are good people with good intentions (most of the time) but they are human and do make errors and that you cannot argue with. However, no errors can be made when they dont even try right? Thats kinda an error in itself with the choice you selected is free installation at the store and you end up doing it yourself. Probably not the usual experience...I hope for the sake of the business.

Purchased a platinum battery the battery was under warranty, But when I went in to have my warranty honored I Was tone that the battery is bad but they would have to keep it for two day. I asked how could I drive my automobile without a battery they told me I can leave my car there for two days. DO YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!! They did not tell me that when I first purchased the battery otherwise I would have bought it somewhere else.

If they tell you your cell phone batt has a life time warranty they are complete liars. I purchased a battery for my note 4 phone about 5 to 6 months ago as i was informed they had a life time warranty, recently my phone would shut off and go into whats refereed as a boot loop this is commonly caused by a software issue the difference here is the phone works fine when its plugged in the charger Ive dealt with small electronics my entire adult life so i know what happens when you have a bad cell in a battery. So i took my phone into the store and explained what was happening and the young man got a volt meter and checked it and said the battery is fine and informed me it was a software issue so i explained again how it works fine when plugged in so it cannot be a software issue. so after some back and forth i said fine sell me one if youre not going to stand behind your word. then he said ok im the one whos trained in this, as he was ringing it up he said to keep my receipt so when it doesnt work you can bring it back (smart aleck tone) i said fair enough when it does work will you give me a refund on the bad battery. he just walked away so i put the new batt in my phone and low and behold it works just like new showed him from across the store the phone was working he said have a nice day.I will own up to loosing my temper and i slammed the old batt on the counter causing it to bounce off the counter (this embarrassed me btw) and if the young man reads this i sincerely apologize. how ever after being shown he was wrong he had an opportunity to correct it and stand behind their promise. seems like some employees need more training
