My granddaughters phone was acting up on our vacation. Called several places and this place said to bring it in. They went ahead and worked on it since we were just passing through. They were great.

They didnt realize they had what I needed in stock when I called, and it took their sister store to inform them. However, when they figured it out they were able to help me within a 2 hour window. The only concern I have is the phone now vibrates... differently. It almost seems as if its... off. You can physically hear it vibrate EVERY time it does, even if it were on blankets or in someones hands. Which was not the case before. Its more violent. Almost as if its a little loose? Im not sure.

Went to have my screen replaced bc I cracked it working and before I bought it in there everything was working my exempt my vibration but my speaker and my head speaker to talked in worked fine but when I took it up there to get it fix and went to pick it up my speakers didn’t work nor could anybody hear me or I couldn’t hear them at all Nd I took it back in there to see what was wrong and they tired to charge me 146 dollars to fix. My phone again when they are the ones who broke it in the first place y’all should be there one to fix it when y’all are the ones that messed up my speakers they worked fine when I bought it in till y’all messed with it. And y’all said usually the apple recalls A1660 model. Well my phone isn’t that model my phone is a model a1784 Nd like I said everything worked fine on my phone even when the phone was broken the people was able to hear me an I was able to hear them tell y’all took it apart 🤷‍♂️

I called to see if they could replace my iPad screen same day. They said yes no problem, I just had to pay for the screen first and when it comes in they would call me to come in. They never called. I called 2 weeks later to find out what was going and apparently it came in but no one called. I took it in and he acted like I was crazy to think I could wait on it while he replaced the screen. If I didnt need it for my job I wouldnt care. So after they replaced the screen he tells me the screen must be defective parts of the screen dont respond and there are lines all through it. They said they would order another one and call when it comes in. Again never heard anything. I waited another 2 weeks and called back and finally the guy comes back saying it came in a week ago and to come on in. So I go in and the guy at the counter tells me its going to take at least 48 hours. I ask why it took the first guy an hour. He basically doesnt now how to replace a screen. So now I have to keep checking back until someone is there who knows how to replace a ipad screen.Update- so I got another iPad so I could drop this one off and they said they would call when its ready. A couple days later I get a call asking why I was asking them to replace it again and accusing me of messing up the screen and that they shouldnt be responsible. I tried explaining that the guy that replaced it told me it was defective and he would order me another one and have me come back and now they are trying to get out of making it right. Finally after being threatened with a call to the better business bureau he says he will replace it.

Chance did a fantastic job working on my phone. The first screen came in broken from the supplier (absolutely not his fault) and he ordered another that day and had my phone fixed the very next day. He also gave me a loaner device so I wouldnt be without a phone. Awesome customer service and a very well done job on my repair. Very happy customer!

I drove from Haughton to get a new phone battery because the place came highly recommended. The sign says open, but there is a clock that say “be back at 9:30.” Was here at 9:30 and waited. No one. Went and did a few errands and came back. Still no one. Going to the competitor across the shopping complex. Very disappointing.

Cracked my iPhone screen while on a trip out of town. Cell Phone Solutions was recommended by a Best Buy employee. They said they did iPhone repairs, which is technically true. They left out the fact that third party iPhone repairs voids Apples warranty. Apple stores and Apple technical support will refuse to repair the phone in any capacity from now on. When I confronted them with this over the phone, they said they dont mention that warranty voiding because there is no Apple store in town (true, but irrelevant). To top it off, the aftermarket screen is literally falling apart, the glue separating in the hot weather. Unable to repair it legitimately, they offered to replace my screen with someone elses cracked screen, so Apple wouldnt know the phone had been repaired by a third party. I refused to participate in a lie by omission. $150 wasted on a bad repair in another town, I now cannot even have Apple repair it correctly, but must pay an additional $300 for a completely new phone. If I had not taken my phone to them, I would have had an official Apple repair for $105. Cell Phone Solutions did offer to repair the phone again at no cost until it was right, but no amount of additional repair will restore my lost warranty.

I am giving Cell Phone Solutions two stars instead of one because of the turn around time. It took them about 45 minutes to fix my screen. However, ever since I got my screen fixed it has been lagging. I called and they told me to restart my phone, which fixes the solution for a few minutes before it starts lagging again. Sometimes it is even difficult to type on the screen. I am not sure if this is due to the type of screen they used or if it was not properly repaired. Its quite frustrating trying to type things but struggling to do so. My screen seems to have a mind of its own at times. It just randomly types numbers, letters, and even calls people. I am so frustrated with this screen.

I took my phone back four times over two weeks because the first five screens they replaced did not work properly. Initially I was reassured that aftermarket screens aren’t as good quality as Apple screens. One screen they replaced cracked while it was being installed on the phone.Despite the poor quality of many of their products, the guys were able to find a screen that worked and was of good quality.

I would not advise taking your phone to be repaired here if you want honest, quality work. Me and my husband took his Galaxy s8 plus there for a front screen repair. When we got the phone back the back glass was shattered (which was in perfect condition when we brought it to him) and the sim card tray was lost(which we know was in there before bringing it to him) also the screen isnt completely installed... (Will post pics) When we asked about the back glass being shattered he said thats just what happens you can get a case. Offered no discount, no apologies. Just completely non chalant and even argued with us... We paid 305 dollars to get the front screen fixed just for him to shatter the back screen.

Very good service. I actually went to get my cell phone screen repaired and ended up buying a galaxy s5 which came with a 30 day refund or exchange warranty. They also sell and buy phones. Very friendly, fast, and efficient staff. I plan on taking my IPad there to get the screen fixed.

Great customer service and fast service. I needed a new screen for my cracked iPhone 6. Was in out and in less than 15 minutes.

Went to fix my iPhone 6plus they ended up making it worse and my phone stopped working. Told that they would replace my phone. Its been six months and nothing changed. I called their office hundred times and never got a proper reply. Always they come up with a story, texted their owner and he said he would pay me cash, and dint happen either for 3months. Now I ended up buying new phone with my money. Worst customer service and owner who couldnt stand on his word. Useless place.

Some of the staff are unprofessional and come off as rude. They buy very cheap parts and throw them together on the phone. I have visited this place twice because I believe in second chances. The second time, I Was quoted for $140 to fix my camera on my Galaxy. Was told that the camera is very expensive and they were giving me a deal I declined and found several OEM cameras for less than $25.

I had a cracked screen and they put a new one on my iphone 6 plus. Two months later my phone wouldnt work properly but they refuse to replace the screen. The techs at the Apple store told me that Cell Phone Solutions uses cheap screens which cause problems. Do not go to this store!!! A Waste of money!!!

Cell phone solutions is an okay place, ive gotten my phone fixed twice from here. BUT both times I have gotten home and after a few days, something else begins messing up. They put the hard exterior (covering the boards) over my sd card and I had to go get AT&T to get it out. The other time, i had to go back because when they fixed my screen, the front camera was absolutely dirty! Couldnt even take a picture the lens was so dirty!
