The owner broke my phone after I paid 140 for him to fix it! He’s rude and it havent even been 6 days since I got the phone fixed” I took it back and he didn’t want to fix it he told me I had to buy a whole mother screen!!! Don’t go here

Sloppy work, felt safe trusting him to fix it a simple cracked screen on my S21 Ultra, now the antenna doesnt work and only connects to wifi tried to work it out but he got in my face and blamed me . Negative 10 stars

I went in with a problem with my MacBook air keyboard, I had previously gone to the Mac store and was told it would cost $400+, Phone Town took care of it and didn’t even charge me anything! Excellent service and efficient return time. I cracked my Samsung Galaxy S8+ and it only blinked green screen. I thought all was lost. It was really in bad shape. I took it in and it was repaired to like new condition in less than an hour!

Went there for my broken iPhone screen. The screen that he replaced my phone with isn’t nowhere near the Apple screen. The new screen is very dull and causes my color to appear very dark. Went back the next day for a refund and asked for my old screen. The guy was extremely rude and told me he’s not fixing anything and to get out of his store. I immediately called the police. Do not go here because I promise you’ll regret it!!!!!

Went through 3 phones before I got the 4th one that worked but wont take a security update says its up-to-date but it hasnt updated since September 1st of 28th 18 crapy service badd language unprofession Would not recommend to anyone started with a $150 refused to refund me gave me a phone that the back fell off of with a free case I would notice also the incana was broken in it because it wouldnt pick up any so Carrier towers at all very horrible guy do not go there reporting to be be 1st thing tomorrow

I went in because my sons phone wouldnt charge. They took care of the phone and it didnt cost an arm or a leg!!Update:My sons phone has been having the same problems. I took it to another location. When the phone was opened, it was discovered that the screen was not replaced correctly and screws were missing. So basically, the work was shoddy and Im very disappointed.
