I phone a phone from them through the mercari app. I was able to use the phone for months and it was reported stolen. Now the phone is locked. This is bs.

Do not purchase anything from these people . they sold me a phone through mercari and it was carrier locked even though they said it would be unlocked . they also NEVER will respond to you . the phone was just returned and they’re already selling it again, still with no details that it is locked . so don’t trust them, luckily they allowed returns

It is very great and easy to deal with. If you have any problems the service over there is just responsive and amazing. I would highly recommend this, especially for people who would want there screen done in one day !

They have a wife selection of Cell Phones. Fast Repair. They will call the phone company for you and set it up. They work really hard. Theyre very polite and respectful. Dont waste your money!!!! Rip off!!I took an IPhone 6s Plus to get the screen repaired and I paid $190. There are cheaper place, but Ive dealt with this company before. When I pick the phone up he put a gorilla glass on the repaired phone and he told me to make sure you put a case on there. I put an otter box on the phone and later that day I noticed the front camera wasnt working. The store was closed by then so my intentions were to call the next day. So that next day I dropped the phone and the screen shattered!!!! I immediately call memos and explain everything to the owner! He tell me he have to contact the company he got the screens from so call back the next day. So I call him back today and he say he cant do anything about it but he can charge me another $150!!! Im very disappointed because he also stated that he cant just replace it because he will be losing out on $200! I am very unstatisfied customer! I do not recommend anyone to go here and all. This screen was obviously bad quality to break the Next Day! And Memos obvisouly doesnt care about their customers!

Cheaters!!!! BewareI asked for a quote for samsung phone repair. They gave me a quote of 40 bucks. I went there after buying parts and they increased the price to 65 bucks which is unethical. The person who gave me the quote is there and not responding to me. I dont have a problem with the price as long as it was given at the first time. Once after given the quote, they should do it for that price.
