CPR Cell Phone Repair, brought my Samsung Galaxy A50 back to life when it was left in a rainstorm and the battery would only charge to 3%. I had to use a portable battery pack to be able to transfer my 14k pictures to my SD card properly and attempt to add them(unsuccessfully) to my Terabyte storage on Microsoft One Drive. Within 2 hours, my phone battery was replaced and I was given excellent customer service from this shop. Super friendly, cordial and very professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!! ~♡~♡~♡~

Guys did a pretty good job of fixing my phone. Just not great experience from a lady that worked there. SheRefused to give me and husband back my phone due to their lack of communication. She also was trying to go threw my phone to check a email, until my husband told her to stop. So due to her I will not be going back there.

Dropped my phone and cracked the face on my phone. I just happen to be looking for a repair service. And as I saw the cell phone repair service I walked in and asked could they repair this type of damage. The customer repair technician said yes. Today The technician called and said the part was in and that it would be between an hr..to 1 hr. and a half. It was done in less time as stated. And the phone looks better now than it did before I dropped it. I am totally satisfied with the service I received and will pass on the information concerning CPR Cell Phone Repair. This place is an absolute joke and I highly advice customers to NOT come here. I had an issue with lines on my iphone screen so I paid over $200 dollars to get it fixed. The lines were still there so I took my phone back. CPR said there’s a warranty and they could fix it for free. I leave my phone then they call 30 minutes later saying I miraculously have water damage which voids the warranty but I can pay another $200 + to get it fixed... This place is a scam and does not fix issues. Go somewhere else!

Gave me a time limit to return back to the store after dropping off my phone. I return to find out they hadnt restored the phone to complete functionality and would need the next day to fix it. This resulted in me having no phone that day which I needed to do my business, putting me in a very difficult and stressful position. I understand that things happen, but as I had in mind that I was dealing with people specialized in their craft, I am severely disappointed. Only reason why its 2 stars and not 1 star is cause they came through for me in the past.

They have put 2 IPad Pro screen protectors on for me. The first, was a paper screen protector that was supposed to make the screen feel more like a notepad. I used it for about a week and ended up deciding to go with a typical tempered glass protector. They installed it in about 10 minutes and did another fantastic job with it. They are very kind and very quick! They do fantastic work. I can’t recommend this place enough.

These guys are excellent! Matthew is the man! I’ve been here three times, and walked away satisfied each time. They don’t promise what they can’t do, but do everything they said they would. I bought a phone from another repair store, and they went above & beyond making sure it was in good working order, even though they weren’t making any money on it. I trust these guys. They know what they’re doing. The GM himself came out and took time with us, too. Great guy.

A friend recommended CPR to me & I will definitely recommend it to others! I actually called first to see if they could work on me Apple Watch series 1. They were so nice & helpful on the phone and told me they could take a look at it & probably help. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, was greeted as soon as the nice lady working the service desk saw me. She took my watch to the back & was back in 1 minute letting me know the issue & that they can fix it. And it was WAY cheaper then Apples repair price! And I’ll have it back in a few days instead of a week+.... PLUS they give you a 6 Mo warranty on their work! That’s awesome!

After I called to let them know I was running late, the staff was still glad to accept my phone for screen replacement nearly 35 minutes before they closed. They were polite, professional, and made sure I understood how the water exposure indicators they observed would cancel the warranty on their work, which I accept as unfortunate, though understandable. They even honored a nice little discount I mentioned that I saw online.Happy Customer, will be back

Have a cell phone issue? STOP and don’t think about anything else but taking it to Cell Phone Repair! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was so pleasant as they played Christian melodies. You know you made the right decision when everyone who comes in and leaves is so pleased with their business. I would compare CPR to Chick-Fil-A for cell phones! Great place and thank you so much!

The prices were fair and the store was calm and clean and the employees were very nice, but I can only give this store 3 stars because of the quality of the screen repair I received. Lots of adhesive was left over on the edges of the screen and the home button kind of sticks now where it didnt before. other than that no complaints

Had to make return visits 2 out of 3 times I used them. Update ....5 days after return visit they still did a terrible job installing rear camera glass. Thumb print on the inside right over the camera and very dirty camera lenses ....camera is useless now! As well as improper alignment! This happened twice in a row even after complaining about them installing glass with a scratch over the lense! Very disappointing ☹️

CPR Cell Phone Repair in Shreveport is great. Helpful and they have great customer service. I was going back and forth between AT&T and a Mac store trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my phone. Turned out to be a hardware issue. John at CPR knew exactly what I was talking about, he helped me understand my options, and fixed my phone in a matter of minutes. The price was just right too.

After 1 hour of listening to the staff discuss with a non-customer the bars to hang out in, I along with another customer, left. Neither one of the two employees gave me nor the other customer the time of day. I will never go back there. I had my repair done at another business.

Right now it’s a 2.5 star due to no updating per request. I dropped the cpu off Thursday 3:30 pm. It’s Saturday 10:39 am and it’s still not fixed. I’m a little nervous because they are closed Sunday and I need my cpu Monday for class. I have a job waiting afterwards. I called staff said it was ready, I go to leave, he called back saying it’s not and it will be another 6 hours. I’m nervous 😟

These people are very honest dealers. I have been using them since 2 years. Sometimes for minor problems with computer, they repair and and do not charge. I was surprised and pleased with their honesty

My job is on the road. I shattered the screen on my iPad a couple of weeks ago and have had a heck of a time trying to find someone that could fix it on the fly. Call these folks on Monday, dropped it off on Tuesday and I am picking it up here on Wednesday. Awesome! Are used it so much for my work and now I will not have to do without it anymore.

Usually when I go into to fix my screen its nearly $200 with the added diagnostic fee. At this place I always spend under $100. Not to mention, I didnt tell them I had a broken speaker, but they went ahead and fixed it for free! Excellent service, fantastic staff. My new favorite place to go. (I break my phone A LOT.)

If you are in need of a fast and reliable replacement/repair then this is a great place. Both my dad and I had our phones fixed here for a very reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even do some of the more off brand phones (like my one plus 3).

They did a great job. My screen was cracked beyond repair. They ordered a replacement from Samsung and called me a week later when it came in and it was replaced in a matter of 4 hours. Very polite and a nice facility.

Nobody really came out of the door for a while. I did get my phone fixed, and they did a great job with that, however the service can use a boost.

My phone crashed last night due to some sort of software issue. On it were pictures of my dads 92nd birthday celebration, that had not yet been backed up. Do not go!!!Went around November of 2015 to get a new screen. It looked great until around January it started popping out again so I left it. Now I took it to another place in town and they said it wasnt put on correctly and that there were screws and important plates missing from inside my phone! I will never go to In &Out repairs again.

They lost our computer charger and made me drive all the way home to get the computer it goes with in order for them to find it when I had already been visited the store twice. Super inconvenient. They are clearly very disorganized and the customer service is not great- nobody knows what’s going on.

I had a problem with my iPhone charging port. I came in expecting to pay $70 to have it replaced. The guys at In & Out looked at it and said it didnt need to be replaced, just cleaned up some.
