I cant get my money returned to me that came off my card. Verizon says it is not owed to me cause the transaction didnt go through. I am sure it is not a store issue it is something else but I am trying to get answers and no one will answer the phone at the store😭.The email address in the reply is not valid.😡

Originally went to the Verizon store on Youree by Sams, but they were closed. Saw that this location was open so I decided to try it. So glad I did. Aaron was awesome. Even though he was the only person on shift, he made sure that everyone got taken care of and took extra time to set up my phone even when it was refusing to work. Will definitely be using Russell Cellular as my primary store from now on.

I had a great experience while in this verizon.

We ordered a tablet. We got an installment agreement for the correct price. We received notification from FedEx that the package had been delivered. We waited an hour. We called the store. They didnt say let me check. They said no, we dont have it. So, I spent 30 minutes with FedEx rep just be told yes, delivered to correct address and signed for by.... Called store back. Oh, yeah, it just got here.Go to pick up tablet. Get notification from Verizon about installment agreement. Now there are two installment agreements and the new one is a higher price. Go back to store. Agent tells us he only sees one agreement/order and that the price difference will be reflected as a billing credit. Verizon says no, it wont. Go back to store. Have memory questioned, how do you know its supposed to be $100 off at checkout and not a billing credit?. (Not to mention that it was still the current promotion available....) Agent in store calls agent who placed the order the previous week and admits that he didnt enter the installment agreement with the lower price because he didnt know how. Also admits to the original agent that he sees two orders in the system when he had just moments ago told us he only sees one order. Lies upon lies upon lies for no reason. Just say please give me a moment to make sure that I process this correctly.Customer service is a lost charm these days. Would YOU want to be lied to? Would YOU want someone to process your order without regard to its accuracy?We did finally get it straightened out, but it took hours of additional phone calls and multiple trips to the store. It just goes to show you that customers can NOT trust dealers/agents, etc. They view their job as just being there, not actually providing a service.
