I can say honestly that although I was not able to get the original issue with my cell handled I was happy with the resolution offer. The Verizon reps at this location were friendly and professional and at no time did I believe they were anything but. Not sure how other Verizon stores operate but this one does require mask worn by all customers and employees and they make every attempt to recognize and encourage social distancing. I was however dissatisfied by the stores lack of replacement devices on hand otherwise five stars.
I went here yesterday to pick up a new Iphone. I am telling you right now… it might have been the best customer service I have ever had in my life. The manager Brian was personable, friendly, and just one of the nicest overall people I have interacted with in Shreveport. The tech who helped me Tyus is also a awesome person and super friendly and makes great conversation and is very knowledgeable of all the products. They didn’t just try and help and then rush me out. They were patient, made sure everything was clear, and they took amazing care of me and made sure I got everything I wanted. The employees at this Verizon will make sure you feel like a VIP.
Did an exceptional job.J.J was the rep. That took time address the problem .be fortunate that he is a Verizon employee at your location
The staff was friendly and it was very convenient to paying your bill at the pay station...
Very friendly and very helpful! If one of the technicians isnt able to help you, they will get someone on the phone who can!
The lady who helped me was rude. She was short with me when I asked questions. I wanted to see about putting my tablet on a plan and that was a huge inconvenience to her. It seems like Verizon doesn’t care about their existing customers. If you’re new they kiss the ground you walk on. But after you’re hooked to them you’re just another inconvenience to them. I wish I could give them no stars. One star is too good for them
So slow service. They had added an extra cost on my bill without an permission. I didnt notice for several months. Supposedly, they took it off, but didnt refund my money that I had paid.
Finally got phone fixed. People were great, but LG phone is a piece of junk. Do not buy.
Trying to get somebody on the phone is ridiculous. They make you go through a recording & as soon as you hold for the operator, you’re on hold for 30 minutes. I wanted to talk about buying a hotspot (which retails to $400) but I can’t get anybody on the phone to talk about it 🙄
Dont have any phones and staff is useless and rude.
Rude employees!!! I was not greeted upon walking in. After just standing for about 5 mins myself and some other customers begin conversing amongst ourself and found out we were all having the same problems. Our phones were either dropping calls, couldnt receive calls, or our internet was not working. The employee did tell us there was an outage. However he was extremely rude and very disrespectful when answering our questions. I understand he may have been asked the same question over and over but how were we supposed to know there were problems in the Shreveport area with our services. Maybe of Verizon would have notified customers maybe just maybe we wouldnt have gone to the store to get help. I figure if Im paying over a hundred dollars a month for a service I should be treated with some type of respect. This is not only on the store employee but Verizon itself. Anytime theres an outage you should notify your customers.
We have never gotten a good deal here, also staff is usually rude. We always get a better deal on the same phone and same plan at best buy
We had a problem with a SIM card. We were met at the door and explained our issue. This was resolved with a new SIM. The staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. I was pleased to see everyone wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.
Brought a friend shes a Verizon customer they were very helpful to her answered her questions
They were very professional They took care of it in a timely manner
I came in for an exchange arranged online. But it took 30 minutes before anyone helped me. I was finally seen but the representative didnt know they had what I needed until I got on the phone to contact another store. Alls well that ends well, because I got my exchange done within 45m to an hour of being there.
Greeted at the door. Checked out the top Pixel, Samsung, and Apple phones. They knew the prices of the phones which help me out the most.
Discontinuing OtterBox styles for some phones is unacceptable. I expect more out of a corporate store.
I left the Bossier City store on Airline Drive and went to this store. Here I was greeted by a salesman who was very nice and friendly. He immediately showed interest in helping me. He answered all questions regarding products and pricing. He also had an obvious interest in selling me what I needed and did not try to push a product on me. He was very honest!!Once sales transaction was completed for purchasing an iPhone 8 he proceeded to set up the phone for me. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. He even stayed a little after business hours to complete the process of setting up the phone. While he was doing this he also provided me with some very valuable technical advice and information regarding a device I already have. This is a very professional store that is operated by ADULTS.Do not waste your time at the Airline Drive location in Bossier. Go to the Shreveport store at East Side Plaza.
Pretty awful. I know decent customer service is almost extinct, but come on! So I get there and have to stand outside to be let in, not in the morning when they open, but in the afternoon. I guess it is a COVID thing.... There are 4-5 employees visibke and two customers in the store.I finally get let in, not because a customer left, but just when they decided to get around to it. I have a cracked screen on a tablet I got from Verizon a year or two ago. I ask the lady if they can replace the screen. She says no. She asks if I have insurance. I tell her I am not sure if I have insurance on this device or not. So she tells me since I dont have insurance (in stead of looking up my number to see if I do or not) that Ill have to get a new one and make payments on it. I ask if they have other tablets I can see. She points to the back wall and says We have two Galaxy and two ipads. I wait.... OK, can I take a look at them? Sure, take all the time you need.I go back to the tablets and turn around to begin asking her questions, and she is back behind the counter on the other side of the store with the other employees chatting and looking at their phones. There are no signs to tell you any info about the devices. I tap the screen to see if there is a tutorial on them, it says something to the effect of Speak to a Verizon associate for pricing and product specs. Haha, ok... I guess that isnt happening....I pick up one of the devices to look at it, the anti-theft device goes off and continues beeping for about 3-4 minutes before she comes over to silence it. It wont stop beeping despite her repeated attempts. I suggest possibly a battery change may remedy the issue at hand. She agrees and pulls the anti-theft device off and walks away.I examine the two tablets, standing there for about 10 minutes waiting for her to come back. Then turn again to see what is keeping her and see she is chatting away behind the counter again.I wait with my patience now wearing thin. Nothing. I set their tablet down and pick mine up as perhaps this will spur one of them to action with a potential customer readying his departure. Nothing. So as I walk out of the store she tells me to have a good day. I respond with a similar salutation. She did not ask if there was anything else she could help me with or if I found what I was looking for.Had she bothered to pull up my account she would have seen that I am a long time Verizon customer with 6 devices through them. She also could have gleaned through my being well spoken and well dressed that I likely have money readily available and could have and WOULD have purchased their best Galaxy tablet, along with upgraded memory and their best case and screen protector, as was my intent upon learning that they could not replace the glass on my current model.I am not being bragadocious, but she just let a guy who makes annually well into the six figure range, and an obvious issue that she could very easily have fixed and upsold, walk right out of their store. I was also considering replacing my S-9+ phone which I purchased as soon as they came out; with a newer Galaxy. I will NOT be doing it here though. In fact, seeing similar reviews of this store, and after this clown show experience, it seems that Verizon has no intention of addressing the rampant customer service issues here. Perhaps it is time to start looking at other carriers for my mobile device needs. What a joke. Stay away from this store.
Terrible experience and service at this store. They have a sign for curbside pick up! I ordered my things online and had to wait 51 mins before receiving any help!! Curbside pick up should be fast and easy! It shouldn’t be difficult at all!
Helpful as always..
This store is a joke you couldnt pay me to come back in this dumpster fire of a store the people working in this store wouldnt even acknowledge my wife when we asked for help after the original person that started to help us walked off then we sat there for over an hour waiting to be helped because we were planning on getting 2 new phones and after multiple sales people passing us by and not saying a word to us one of the sales ladys started helping a person that just came in that was it I lost it I will never darken the doors of this store again dont go here just cross the parking lot to best buy much better service
This store has always had a productive focus on customer service, you walk in and feel HELPED, not bombarded with salespeople. They have quite a decent selection of actual (not fake displays of ) products. Cases are a bit pricey, but as expected.
Had a problem with my phone. They got me hooked up in minutes. Thank you verizon.
Tammy, a sales member, was extremely impatient with me. When I asked questions, she was very rude to me. Shockingly rude with an attitude, actually. It’s a shame that I had to ask the manager for customer service, which he did provide. Won’t be back.
I was pleased with the care of the staff members who helped me in regards of picking out my new cell phone case but was not at all happy with the first initial lady that helped me. She was very rude as far as Im concerned in her ability to serve a customer. After she pawned me off to someone to complete my purchase she didnt say another word. Usually after leaving the store when Ive made a purchase I am told to have a good day or at least a thank you from the staff who isnt busy with other customers. I usually have the sales person walk me to the door as well. That didnt happen this time. I did observe a group of workers who were standing around one table talking. As I was leaving all of them saw me and two even looked me in my eye but never said anything. One of those women being the initial sales person I spoke too. I was very, very disappointed. When i spend $50+ next time it will be at a different location or online. Customer service should be number one priority.
Very friendly atmosphere!
They answered all my questions. It was quick it was easy I didnt have to wait.
They seem to not really care just heres another phone number call them to help you take care of it which of course nobody ever does
The salesman didnt seem very eager to help us at all. He just seemed like he was just riding the clock and had no desire to try to sell us a phone. So we ended up not buying anything. And now, I have a line Im paying for that is not being used and they wont let me drop it. I like Verizon as a whole. But this particular location could use some better customer service. Ive been paying close to 300 a month for 3 years or better now. You would think I had earned a little bit better service than just theres nothing we can do without even taking a look at our account. So Im just stuck paying for that line no one uses. I may switch carriers when I have these past two phones paid off.
Service representatives were helpful and well mannered. They seemed knowledgeable about the products they offer. Con: While there were several reps floating around the store, we waited at least a half hour for service. We were told when we came in there was only one customer ahead of us.
Nice clean helpful employees
Extremely helpful! Thank you so much for our patience of this old lady.
Get pretty fast help from the workers. Had a broken phone and didnt want to pay for a full price new one- one of the employees sold be a bootleg phone cheap and it worked for a year. Awesome!!
I have been at this particular store several times. I like the people in there. The service is good. I like the sales lady who attended my needs today. I am looking forward to upgrade my other phone in the near future.
The staff are all very nice and informative. They are courteous and go out of their way to make sure the customer is always satisfied. This is the only store I like to go to when I have any issues I need taken care of. Keep up the great work guys and gals!!
Went to verizon store for help with my phone. Three men with badges standing at entrance of store. Walked in and the 3 stared at me like a bug and i had to ask any of you willing to help me. One of the 3 nodded and then treated me with abrupt remarks with an attitude of indifference. I will never go back to this store. Went to the second store and one worker promptly waited on me and was very courteous. Training in common courtesy is lacking in the first verizon store. I am not very pleased with the way i was treated.
This place is your neighborHOOD Verizon store. Used to be an excellent place for great customer service. Now it is a great place to get swarmed upon entering. Its like vultures!! But more like vultures flocking to live prey. Once they get you they have no idea what to do!! There are a few exceptions. I give credit where it is due. About 3 or 4 of these people know what theyre doing but if your lucky enough to get one if them be prepared to be schooled!! You will leave here feeling like a fool because you didnt know.....No better place to get a bad taste in your mouth for Verizon than this place!!
I was with AT&T for 11 years, I decided to add my daughter on a plan and move over to Verizon because AT&T didn’t have the best service at my house. This has been the worst experience. I put down a lot of money for the phones, and they even talked me into buying two cases to take off my activation fees for the phones. I went to another Verizon to check what was all on my plan, and found out they put the more expensive insurance on my phones without telling me, and even added. Then they added Verizon Cloud when I never agreed to that either because I have iCloud so why would I agree to extra money on my bill for Verizon cloud? So I had that store take both of those off and saw my activation fees were still on my bill and drove straight to this Verizon to get it taken off. They told me it would be off by Thursday and almost $1000 later spent at this store I still have a remaining balance for the activation fees and it is now Saturday. Now I have to waste more gas to drive all the way from Benton to Shreveport to once again tell them to delete my activation fees, and this has now become the absolute worst experience with a phone company I’ve ever had. To tell me two times it was deleted and I have given it 5 days and it’s still on my bill is ridiculous. I would of just paid for the $80 activation fees over $100 on cases that I could of got for $20 on amazon. The issue is the guy was rude, I didn’t get his name, and the second time he wouldn’t even finish with me and had someone else and now I’m here still with activation fees and a bill about to be due for it because I’ve already paid everything else for the bill. I really regret going to Verizon at this point because all it is doing now is costing me way more money, gas, miles on my car, just to make them take off something that was promised to me after I paid all this money for everything else. I don’t recommend this store. I have emailed with my reference number the email you gave me, no response still and STILL $80 activation fees on my bill. What on earth do I have to do from here to get some help!!!!??
Not particularly happy with Verizon at this point. Id been having issues with my phone and instead of helping determine exactly what was wrong I was sold yet another charger. After still more of the same issues I was advised to use my insurance (which I dont recall adding to my account)(another issue!) I find out Ive been paying almost $14.00 per month, per phone for insurance. Please, please, please check your account for this!!! It is a rip off! In order to replace my phone Id have to pay an additional $150.00 deductible and theyd send me NOT a new replacement phone but someone elses OLD returned REFURBISHED one!So Im out $$$ on chargers I was told I needed on two previous trips, over $200.00 in repairs at an In and Out repair shop Verizon sent me to (no longer in biz) and insurance charged to my account I didnt request. I was SO very ready to go somewhere else but my husband decided to stay with Verizon. For now.I didnt like any of those options nor the fact, they really didnt care about my previous problems. I was told they have people (employees) in and out he was sorry I was given bad advice by the previous workers. I even took back the last charger (tags still in place) but they wouldnt refund because its been over 30 days. Sorry, I have a life.No credit for any inconveniences rather it be 30 days or not! Im just supposed to be okay with the explanation it was because they hire someone that cant do their jobs and their gone now???? Heres an idea...How about training your employees instead of firing them after they screw up? DuhDid that save me any money or fix my problems?!?!??! NOI bought a new phone (begrudgingly). Just to get out and keep peace in my family because I needed a phone then. But I am not a happy camper! Id rather (and still might) be with another carrier!
I have been with Verizon since 2009. I go in I ask for Moe and usually the wait time is not as long as it would be waiting for just anyone! Moe is a tech specialist that is really very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleasant to work with. Need help??? Go see Moe! Tell her Candy sent you!
Its a typical Verizon store, the employee arent exactly that gung-ho about helping you and0 not the warmest of people but my issues or questions are taken care of so I cant complain.
Staff is always very helpful. They take the time to explain your various options when changing your phone plan. The manager can sometimes act like you are not worth his time...
Great service..issue was resolved
Excellent service
Very quick and friendly service theyd make sure to answer all my questions and review all the options with me before completing my switch over. I have always like the service from the network and Im very happy with the level of professionalism at this store
Very helpful
Why is it that theres a 30 min wait before being able to ask a simple account question? Although I love their network and phone options- theres no justifying the time drain that happens when I walk through the doors of a Verizon store. The store is well kept and stocked.
Changed from ATT to Verizon because of the lack of coverage in my area. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very quick and seamless transaction for 5 devices.
Usually go to the one on airline because their service is top-notch but this one pleasantly surprised me. They have my order ready for me at 9:59, 1 minute before they opened.
Decent in-store experience. We did have to wait about 25 minutes to be helped but it was fairly busy that day. The real trouble was when we got our first bill and realized the salesman helping us put me and my wife on two separate plans instead of one shared plan. Took a few days to figure out what was going on and get everything worked out and convince Verizon we didn’t owe them twice as much as we “thought” we signed up for.
Nice and helpful staff. Can be busy at times. Not easy to know where to go in store to find help. But, again, the staff is nice and makes up for it.
Dont bother to use the website to pay your bill. It is totally NOT user friendly, and the support staff are a joke.
Terrible manager. I dealt with him multiple times and he must hate his job cause he projected that on me every painful moment I had to deal with him. The employees aside from the manager were nice and even apologized for the managers behavior.
Visited the store to combine plans. The associate had us call a number to do the transfer in which we sat on hold for an hour with no resolution before we left the store. And to add to this, sort of unrelated, my upgrade was cheaper at Best buy.
I love verizon
Worst experience I have had to date, my experience there is always frustrating and trying at best. Last night I went in and spoke with a salesman named Eddie. I explained to him that I would like to purchase a phone for my business and use a line that was not currently being used with new phone. He stated that since I did not have a upgrade and I would be buying outright that he could not help me and to go online to purchase. I looked at him and wondered, here I am, I want to spend 600+ dollars and buy a phone from this store. You have just told me in not so many words to screw off and go somewhere else. Thank you Eddie! I have purchased the phone online and they were very apologetic for your lack of customer service and knowledge knowing full well you could have assisted me in this transaction. I will say that purchasing online is easier and Verizon online customer service is spot on and hassle free every time. I will never buy or step foot in this store or any other Verizon store again, and frankly shop online for just about everything else I need. Thank you Eddie for reinforcing my thoughts about shopping in general and dealing with lazy people like yourself.
Took my phone over to the store, as I was told, and they were to replace it. I got there and was told they could send me one, but they dont do that on the store. This will be my second replacement for the same thing. You will have it tomorrow!! Well, I will checked and I wont have it today, Ill have it tomorrow. He knew that, he just told me that to get me out of the store. My contact is up, going back to At. I changed to Verizon to get this phone. They are not the same company that they used to be
BEST Verizon store anywhere! Treated like a fiend by ALL as soon as a customer walks in. “Moe” went above and beyond what a customer would expect. “Moe” & Chad treat me like family EVERY time I have aVerizon need. Keep raising the bar.... Eric Hatfield, proud customer
I have been with Verizon for about 12 years and I cant tell you how many times I have been to this store, however, I can tell you service as always been 5 stars service. I dont understand the bad reviews because like I say service has always been great and the coverage is the best; I cant tell you how many times I have been with someone and their phone not have service but my phone work just fine. Verizon gets five stars from me.Best regards,Jimmy Rogers
Great service. Cant say enough how great the staff is. Adam is awesome.
My GOTO place when it comes to any services/help needed for the Verizon services I may have or I any friends family! U WILL B TAKEN CARE OF!
Told had to pay $50 restocking fee for a defective phone within 14 days of purchase. Wanted to get another phone, but was told about the restocking fee that the sales person did not tell me about
Employees are always very nice and helpful. I have always been satisfied with my experiences there.
Sale person (Adam) was very helpful. Enjoyed my visit.
Nice folks if you absolutely have to come into the store. Verizon, like the other big carrier, is pricey, but the service is good.
Great customer service at this Verizon. Ask for Adam Knight. He was very knowledgeable.
Great service as always..always have great service with verizon.Have been client for 20 years..!!
Terrible customer service. No one has greeted us yet. Not a hello, just a min, NOTHING. With 4 employees present, not one of them have acknowledged our presence. Terrible.
Great fast service yesterday. They were quick to diagnose my SIM card was bad and fixed it within 15 minutes.
Contrary to my typical cell phone visits, this one was fast, informative, and saved me money. Even though there was a city wide outage at the time, and the entire place was packed with unhappy users, I still was helped fast and my tech new what he was talking about.
They were as helpful as they could be. They steered me in the right direction as it seems my phone is a relic and they dont carry accessories for it anymore.
I think the one star is too much, my fiance and I walked in the store no one greeted us, everyone that worked in there seemed like they were annoyed. No one ever asked if we needed help with anything, we were just left standing around in the store. We were there to pick up an order and was even thinking about getting new phones, but when no one came to try and help us we just went to the counter, picked up our order and left. As were walking out the door two guys that work there were standing in the door, they didnt say anything not a thank you or nothing. I feel like that was the worst customer service Ive seen at a store where ppl come to spend their money or look for help with their devices. I would NEVER recommend anyone to do any business with this establishment future verizon customers would do better trying another verizon store. Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to get the employees some training on customer service cause they have none.
When switching to AT&T they love wasting your time getting proper paperwork to make life easy. Mine and my husbands 6th time having to drive back and forth. AT&T saved us an additional $80 dollars a month. All they needed is the early termination fee breakdown of our cell phone numbers! That is the hardest thing for verizon to do.
This place is a clown show. No service. Lots of employees. Its definitely not understaffed. If the employees earnings are commission based than they are subsidized or they couldnt pay their bills They have no motivation to help. I hate this place!!!
Good selection. Sales people are helpful most of the time.
I dont deal with Verizon. Ask hubby.
This store has some of the poorest customer service I have experienced. The employees spoke to me as if my presence was an annoyance and were annoyed when I wanted to discuss the prices of multiple phones. I went in intending on switching to Verizon, but decided not to after this experience.
Nice clean place .. friendly staff
Very helpful and patient. I am of a mature age and a lot of stuff goes over my head
I have been a Verizon customer for almost 25 years (from every variation of the company since Century Cellunet, circa 1990). I entered the store today to get a new phone and was greeted by that guy with the tablet and asked what I wanted to do. When I told him that I needed to get a new phone, he motioned me over to the different models and told me to browse them over and - when available - someone would help me, and he started to walk off. I asked him if he could help me, and he said (with a short and a chuckle) that, No, he could not, and sauntered away. I perused the numerous phones in the display area, looked around for assistance, spotted the same fellow (with a nametag that read General Manager, by the way) just meandering around NOT HELPING ANYONE. I calmly walked to (and out-) the door, and he did not bother to acknowledge me again. No Goodby, Did you find what you need?, or I apologize for not bothering to help you. I have 5 lines (iPhones) on my account, each with unlimited access and could not even get the General Manager of Verizon to sell me a damn phone! Good riddance Verizon: Youre NOT the only game in town.
Did online order. Was taken care of immediately once I arrived at store. The young man that assisted me was very friendly and professional.
My wife and I were tired of AT&T not being able to provide us with cell phone service at our home address and finally got enough and switched to Verizon. The sales rep we had the pleasure of dealing with was Nick, and we give him 10-out-of-10 on all aspects of his job performance.I stopped by earlier in the day and told him I would like to come by with my wife and talk about using Verizon as our carrier and he had three phones sitting out for us behind the counter, along with a tablet that was on special. He did all the work from moving our phone numbers from AT&T to Verizon, to walking us through options for calling and data plans. He explained all the special offers available and admitted to me that he worked on a commission. I didnt mind one bit that he confessed that, because he was top-notch all the way.I could say more, but if Verizon can provide phone service here in my rural area where AT&T admitted they couldnt, we are going to be happy campers.
Good visit !!! The people were very friendly and helpful.
Great service. Picked up a new iphone for me and my daughter. No issues got in and out fast.
We told Moe we would be back. Shes on vacation. Chaz helped us instesd. He did an excellent job.
Get in there. Ask for Adam. Very courteous and knowledgeable guy who got me fixed up and on my way with no hassle.
Great service. So much better than the BS you encounter dealing with Best Buy.
We sent my mother to this Verizon location with her granddaughter whom was waiting on her whom witness the exchange because me & my husband are in Texas. My mother iPhone 6 stop charging & all she wanted was a flip phone which we were ready to pay for but Anzore Abzakan whom informed us that he was the store manager refused our money & yelled at my mother whom is 67 years old with a heart condition purchase. All I can say is Anzore Abzakan showed us that verizon is not about customer satisfaction. How would you like your elderly mother that has a heart condition & no way to phone emergency to be without a phone, oh and the address he first used was wrong. We just want to say Thanks Anzore Abzakan for treating the elderly so bad.
Its much better than best buys mobile area. Better customer service and selection.
Wanted me to file a claim and pay $200 for a warranty issue on a 2 month old phone. Got warranty replacement and still doesnt work right.
Jeremy waited on us we turned in one phone, and added two phones more which put us at 4 phones total and had excellent service.
Best cell carrier as far as im concerned
Horrible customer service from General Manager Anzore who doesnt care if you sit and wait forever. I hate come to the stores because of experiences like this. All he cares about is his bottom line and not if you received great customer service. I could go on how terrible my visit was.
Decent services from good guys
Knowledgeable and very helpful when I picked my new phone.
This store has terrible service just about every time I go. All of the bad reviews are legitimate and I just cannot understand why something hasnt been done about it. The attitude of the employees I have dealt with is they could care less whether I was taken care of or not. I have never been treated that way anywhere else and I do everything I can to avoid this store. And believe me the employees couldnt care less about that fact. Example visit- I went to show them a problem my phone was having and I actually had a 2nd phone that had a video I took of my phone having that issue. I couldnt use my phone because of the issue and I handed them my broken phone and also held the phone with the video up to push play and show the lady exactly what happened when it messed up on me. Without saying a word to me she grabbed the phone that was broken, took a step back, completely ignored the fact I was standing there trying to play a video of moment my phone acted up, actually looked in another direction away from me, and had her hip kicked out with I dont wanna be here nor deal with you body language and look on her face. She then did a reset on my phone (she didnt tell me what she was doing, I had to ask) and when it started to reset set it on the counter in front of me. She still hadnt looked at me or said a word. She then took a step back and finally at least looked at me. I said is it fixed?, and she said ya. Thats it. No explanation, no can I help you with anything else? Nothing. I had other issues and was gonna buy an ear piece while I was there but decided to just leave and bought a case and an ear piece at best buy. That is one of about 5 bad experiences with that place. That one just stands out as the worst. I dont leave reviews normally but I had to here. Again, I do not go to this store anymore, I drive around the world to the one in Bossier. I really cannot believe something hasnt been done.
Service was fast and friendly, went in at around 730pm was done by 8.
Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable
