Everything is good, best coffee house in Shreveport. The seasoning drinks are always well crafted and made in a pristine manner. One of my favorite things is being able to order any drink hot or cold which gives everything a totally different feel. Great place! On my last visit, I had an unexpected guest in the picture stop by to have a drink with me! #priceless

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Rhino Downtown has never been better! I was warmly greeted by Dylan who took my order and ensured the rest of my day was fantastic. Maya expertly crafted a wonderful oat milk latte that I will be dreaming about. Christina in the back prepared one of the best salads Ive had at both locations, AND she was SO fast getting out to me. The Downtown Rhino team is truly at its peak. Keep it up!

Been here a few times for coffee finally decided to stop in for breakfast. Hands down the best cafe in Shreveport. Those breakfast biscuits are MONSTERS and delicious as well. Coffee is phenomenal. This will be a regular stop from now on when we are in town

Iced Chai Latte was so delicious! 💕 I also got their Rhino Biscuit. I had to order the biscuit twice, because it was that good. I would suggest Rhino over Starbucks any time of the day! I suggest you guys give it a try if you haven’t already.

Overall it is an awesome place and the staff was super friendly. They have great choices in cold and warm coffee beverages and food.

Good coffee, good service, good space to work/meetup. I didn’t test the WiFi, and dogs are allowed on the patio. Parking is easy, but I was there for maybe 15 minutes and got a ticket, so be sure to pay.

This was our first time to visit as we were exploring downtown Shreveport. The service was 5 ⭐ as well. The barista was very nice & answered all of my questions. My wife enjoyed The carmel macchiato & I had the Iced Thunder.

From out if town came here got a drink and food. food was awesome. Drink was bitter and disgusting I asked if they can rectify. Guy says he will just add syrup. Um no. I ask if they can refund he goes nope. I leave the gross drink on the counter wont ever be back no customer service skills whatsoever. I spoke to a tall fat guy with glasses.

Coffee was great and I appreciated the nondairy options. A medium here is pretty sizeable and despite it being a little pricey (my bill was 10 bucks for coffee and a cookie) not a bad deal. The place has cool hipster vibe and thats the kind of crowd you should expect. Its in a beautiful building and has in door and outdoor seating. Adorable interior and the staff is pretty nice. The baked goods were better looking than they actually tasted. The scone was dry and the lemon tart lacked taste, but the cookie was delicious. Not a bad place to grab a coffee with your girl friends.

This is such a cute coffee shop that I found when visiting Shreveport for an interview. I tried a pumpkin spice latte, which was excellent and not too sweet (like Starbucks). The atmosphere of the shop is quaint, quiet and seems to be great for studying. Pictured is the coffee & the view looking off the porch.

Not so long when I gave 5 star 🌟 because of the quality, customer service in person while walked in the caffe. Was great so far.Start having issue while you made order online, this is second time having terrible experience on online order. So for Ref ( Imran Muhammad order#861541)One of the Roast order online and went to pickup in downtown branch soon I came to know its not available and out of stock “ for no reason” I have been told at the counter it does happened sometime and their system is not updated 😕 seriously 😒.Well! Secondly I spoke to the guy at the counter and ask to check if they’ve same Roast in Shrevport Branch and he told me they do and will hold for me, so I went to Shreveport branch and they had no clue what I was doing over their and no one figure it out what’s going on and finally they don’t even have that particulate Roast at the moment.“Long story short”…So as already messed up online order before so I request them to canceled my order and refund it to my card.After a week realized doesn’t refunded so wrote email to the concern customer service, surprisingly never ever since today no one even to bother reply.So right now so disappointed, frustrated and annoyed from online customer service. “ however I made order online on there main website which charge you extra for delivery and ordered has been delivered in time” so this is other side of the story at the same time.My point is if you’re not able to handle in-branch order for what’s so ever reason stop taking it. To run smooth all this customer experiences.Hope someone will consider this… which I’ve 0% hope.😕🙏

Stopped quickly in Shreveport on our way from Alexandria VA to Tucson AZ. Saw the good reviews for the Rhino Coffee and decided to give it a try. Very pleasantly surprised by the great location and atmosphere. Great selection of pastries, excellent service, and the cappuccino and latte were well prepared and delicious.

Love their coffee. I know I usually get the chai tea latte which is very delicious and tasty.

Had the Crash, a dark roast, very good but the Meadow Lemonade was exceptional. A little loud for a Coffee house made it hard to concentrate on my work. Overall great space to hang out.

To make deliveries here in a big truck, you must park in front on Texas or on the one way next to the coffee shop then bring the freight inside.

Sites temporary hours are until 2pm. At about 5 till staff started telling people they were closing and at 2 they asked people to get up and leave. One customer who came in before 2 was turned away. The whole thing was kind of off putting. Not somewhere Id want to go back to.

Want good service and abreasonably priced hearty meal? Rhino Coffee Downtown is your spot. Manager Anthony took care of me personally, and seemed to try to readily accommodate my needs and requests. Food portions were more than filling, and definitely worth the price. No scarcity of condiments was evident. Rhino Coffe Downtown got it right!UPDATE: What a difference a day makes! Because of the pleasant experience I had here on yesterday, I returned this morning anticipating another such experience. Unfortunately, I was net immediately with yelling and discriminate treatment by a young lady wo identified herself as Lacy. She repeatedly yelled and spoke in a condescending tone with discriminate undertone toward me....until she got an inkling of who I am that is, and of how how well manager Anthony had personally attended to me the day prior. This is unfortunate because this unprofessional worker cost this establishment a would-be loyal customer. Her actions were absolutely unacceptable, and I recommend her probation and hopefully termination.

Great coffee! Smooth and strong. Friendly staff. We also ordered coffee cake and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was very soft, chewy, and just wonderfully decadent! A must try, for sure. Our kiddo enjoyed the hot chocolate. The decor was neat, and the place was very clean and tidy. The wrap around bar is really cool! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

I visit the downtown Rhino between 3-4 times a week for business or pleasure. There are so many beverages and food options! You must try the Rhino energy bites! Im addicted. Whether listening to your own music 🎧 or the sounds of a local coffee shop, youll appreciate the vibe if youre into, well, local coffee shops. Photo was taken with my new phone; I was just messing around. But youll see the espresso machine, along with taps of local beer for your post-work beverage option.

In town for a work meeting and was looking for a local spot to kill a few hrs in between meetings..... Christmas miracle I found this!The barista allowed me to sample the white lightening as I was concerned it would be too sweet, it was spot on and as an avid hazelnut Americano drinker I wouldve paid for a tap of this at my house! Heaven!The spot was clean in a newly renovated main street building with cool exposed piping and vintage styling.Light alt rock music piped over the stereo.Once I found a shades corner from the roasting sun I was set!I didnt sample the food, which looked fresh and quality.I may not come back to the casinos in Shreveport, but I will make a point to revisit Rhino Coffee!

Place is really pathetic in service area. Turned down me a 4 friends because i didnt wear a mask. People sitting at tables not wearing them, so I guess thats ok huh. Had to walk a few blocks just to get to this place after paying a meter just to get turned down.

First time visit...loved loved the Rhino burrito. The salsa was AMAZING!! My mother makes homemade salsa year round and it was very similar. Delicious!!! My husband got the cinnamon toast and is was delicious as well. Good coffee too!! We will be back on our next visit to Shreveport!!

This place is Amazing! I have seen their drinks & food posted on Instagram and wanted to try so many items. We were not disappointed and will be back as often as possible. My iced lightening was delicious and my daughter loved her frozen (frappucino style) wooly rhino. We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie that was soft & chewy with big chocolate chip pieces, along with a carrot cake muffin that was really moist and with just the right amount of cream cheese frosting. If you like Starbucks, youll love Rhino Coffee.

Rhino was, and still is the best coffee shop on the Shreveport-Bossier area. Either location has its benefits. One is more tranquil and has more accommodations, while the other provides more options (meaning alcohol).The people are good, the coffee is great, and the prices are worth it.If you havent checked them out yet... what are you waiting for?

Rhino is a coffee institution in Shreveport. They have an uptown location and a downtown location. I visited the downtown location today.I got the Eastside Latte and a muffin. Both tasted excellent! They also are said to have great hot food, though I haven’t tried their food yet other than the pastries.Service was quick and efficient.They also had an extra iced almond milk mocha that they hooked me up with for free, which was awesome.This is a great place to study at, too. I highly recommend it.

Revolutionary statement here, if you dont like coffee you shouldnt go here. Great little shop. Glass bottle drinks from Mexico, homemade pastries, and beer on tap. There are things for everyone, but the roots of this place is a coffee shop. I was also super impressed with the size of their large coffee cup. That cup has to be somewhere between 24-32 ounces of coffee, which should be enough caffeine to wake anyone up. Has indoor and outdoor seating, not sure if it is dog friendly on the outside. And it is in a great part of town. Live to Eat!

The turkey sandwich was delicious. A few others agreed with me. The Wolfy Rhino coffee was highly recommend. Im pretty sure thats the name of it.

Really enjoyed almost everything about our experience, just wish there was a little more room for indoor seating. It was pretty crowded during lunch rush, had to sit outside and it was a bit rainy and chilly. But overall a good experience!

Im the type of guy that loves trying new places to eat, and rarely do you find such a place that is as peaceful, laid back and yet the center of commerce. I must also admit that I was skeptical of how good the food would be, I was quickly, and utterly proven wrong. I had a wheat bagel with bacon, egg and cheese, and dude, it was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. I dont use that phrase (best ever) lightly, and of all the places world wide I have been, it was legitimately the best breakfast sandwich of its type I have ever had. The staff was also polite and very helpful. Will be hard not to frequent this place every morning, easy to say i will definitely be back often though.
