It used to be a great place and regularly tipped these guys because they had a great attitude and knew what they were doing. For the past days they have been training people and not only did they decide to train everyone simultaneously but the lady that makes the drinks has no idea of what she is doing and gives you an attitude if you kindly tell her the drink is not the way its supposed to be (someone that drinks the same exact drink every morning). Quite disappointing service so I will just look for a new Starbucks where they know what they are doing and have a good attitude towards work.

Ordered a few items on the Starbucks app. Everything was ready to pick up when I arrived. Staff were pleasant and helpful as usual. Long line at the drive through, I went inside to pick up order and was seen straight away.

Why is Starbucks closed this morning? No signs, the drive through blocked with milk crates. Not even one employee car in parking lot. Is this just for today or is it permanent. I would like to know so I dont waste my time again like I did thi8s morning. I hope all the employees are heathy and the store isnt closing. Great employees and I love the coffee. I ordered inside due to the cars wrapped around the drive through. It was not as busy inside so we could order right away. The staff were friendly and the frappuccinos and mochas were good.

Had black coffee. Had better tasting at dennys. Not impressed.

Went there late at night and some girl had an attitude while I was ordering. She asked for my name and to lighten her mood I just used her name to joke. She sighed loudly because she didn’t appreciate my joke and once she finished it she just said here annoyingly. You just can’t please people, but what can you expect from a fast food worker am I right?

This particular location is extremely slow. I’m silly for doing it, but I waited in the drive they line for nearly 45 minutes before I received my order. Management really needs to revamp the efficiency scheduling because what they currently have in place is costing them greatly- and that is not good at all.

Customer service at this location has progressively gotten horrible! You walk in, no one greets you, everyone with mobile orders somewhat stands around WAITING to be acknowledged, nobody says anything. This used to be a happy and warm location even POST Covid! It’s terrible now! Terrible!

This Starbucks lost my business. I was already on the fence from yesterday because I wasn’t impressed with attitudes when I walked in, with a mask on. So. I get it, we need to wear a mask! Normally I do, however, evidently I managed to forget my mask at home & didn’t realize it til after I placed a mobile order. I went in to pick up my order; which there was more than enough time for it to be complete to where I could just grab it right off the counter. Whomever was closest to the door said I had to wear my mask (same girl from yesterday), I said I didn’t have it with me & I was told I had to wait outside and it would be brought to me. Ok fine. Again, I get it, (again I didn’t realize my mask wasn’t in my vehicle til after I placed my order) but as I said thank you to the girl who brought my drink out, she very rudely says “next time wear a mask or go through drive thru”. It was absolutely uncalled for! If I had been rude or disrespectful I would have deserved a response like that, but I wasn’t, not until after she was rude to me! Thank goodness there are plenty of other Starbucks in the area I can give my business too!

Good quick place to grab some energy

We come here fairly often. Today there were staff members I had never seen before. Normally we have great service from friendly people, but not today. I ordered a caramel frappachino with caramel in and out and no whip cream. Instead of just a little extra caramel drizzled around the cup, the barista just squirted an inch of caramel sauce in the bottom of the cup, poured the frappachino in, and then put another inch of caramel sauce on top. When she picked up the whipped cream, I said No whip please (which was also printed on the order label on the cup). She rolled her eyes and muttered something to the barista next to her, causing that barista to look over at me. I did not ask them to remake my drink because frankly, I was worried what she would do. But I wish I had as my beverage is almost undrinkable. I tried for 5 minutes and could only suck up caramel sauce....never could get a taste of the frappachino.

Used phone app and makes it so easy. Order and just drive up and walk out. Fast. Only do this for my daughter. Starbucks too expensive and food needs improvement. my daughter about to give up using stars on app to get rewards as pay lot before get a free cup could have just paid for one. Staff nice.

This Starbucks has the best service of any Starbucks I have been to. My card ended up getting declined at the register and they were nice enough to cover the charge and give me my coffee for free! It made my day! These were some of the nicest employees I have ever encountered!

Ive told them once when they steamed my milk too hot. I chose the option WARM when I placed my order. She replied, Im sorry, I missed that. They get right about 80% of time. If they can get it right 10 out of 10, I will come back and give 5 STARS!!!!!

Lets just say that all Starbucks arent created equal in terms of customer service. Check in was great. However, after a few minutes I happened to look up and see our drinks at the counter. Mind you, we were seated at the table closest to the counter. I dont know if my wifes name was called or not. Surely, we would have heard it from 5ft away... I picked up our drinks and barely received a glance of acknowledgement from the staff...nice.

This location is more convenient than most, with access from all sides. Well, not from the (oddly?) Mattress store next door but still has much easier vehicular access than most Starbucks locations.The barista was helpful and friendly.This location is a credit to the Starbucks chain!

The staff here is very friendly, but I did have to wait 5-10 minutes for my drink. It wasnt super busy inside the store, where I was, but the drive through was buzzing. I feel like they need a separate set of machines for the drive through.

I hadnt discovered this coffee shop and so was pleasantly surprised where it is located on the main commercial drag, Youree St. Staff was friendly and service was good. I had a lay over while a friend did some training and so had to hang out there morning to late afternoon. The spinach wrap was just right for lunch, quick, yummy, and a fair price. Later in the day the frappo was good after a tall americano which are reliably good. I cant help to comment on many people out these days. They seem to be attached to a phone that drives them to violate the normal order of things.

Bogo today and they still tast great. No shortcuts even when they are giving them away

Probably the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. This is in the town where I work and through the years they have tried improving things but nothing seems to help at this location.Service is just too slow, which is why I preorder, but even that sometimes is slow and although I arrive there after the suggested preparation time, often my order is still not ready for pickup.

A good spot in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping centers. If youre looking to enjoy coffee in a coffeeshop setting though, you might want to try a different location. This location has very little seating and can feel cramped

Starbucks is great, but not all locations are created equal. This location on Youree Drive is conveniently located close to Lowes, so its one of my usual stops. Its pretty average, compared to other Starbucks locations. The trash can is hard to find, and theres not a lot of seating. But they get the drinks right, and thats what matters most.

My experience at Starbucks this holiday season so far has been delicious. I can monitor my dietary preferences and still have yummy coffee!!

Except for all the homeless bums stinking up the place, the coffee is usually good.

My experience at the Starbucks on Youree Dr has always been good. The crews are generally knowledgeable and as fast as can be expected considering their traffic load.

Staff is always super nice and helpful. I also love that this chain in coffee seems to always attract the pay it forward concept. Always feel so loved and humbled when the barista lets me know their is an abundance of love being shared and being a part of that love is always so amazing. Ive never been let down by this corporation, thats for sure. #basiccoffeegirl

Ian is a great manager and most of the staff is really good! It moves quickly, but it can get really busy at certain times. Mobile order is the way to go!And if something is wrong with your drink or you just dont like it, dont grumble to yourself and leave a bad review. Just say something! They will gladly fix it for you.

Dear StarbucksMacchiato~is served in a tall glass and has distinctive layers between the foam, espresso and milk with the foam on top, espresso below the foam and milk at the bottom.Mocha~is prepared by mixing one part of espresso with two parts of steamed milk and adding chocolate powder or syrup.So how come every time I order a mocha macchiato they put caramel and coconut milk

Just got a chia latte and it taste like water with cream. Unbelievable. If the traffic wasnt so bad I would turn around and go back.

This is the least likeable Starbucks in the area. Staff is not friendly, any drinks Ive gotten here tasted off like it was missing an ingredient or it wasnt made well. I wish I could post a photo of the breakfast wrap they just gave me that looked like it was trampled them put into a bag that was wet on the outside. This is the worst Starbucks ever it’s right by my house I’ve given a try way too many times they don’t put as much ingredients as other Starbucks when your paying for a expensive drink!!! Food, coffee, and service are good. Wait times are extended but reasonable for the amount of business. Prices are, well, prices are Starbucks prices.

This place is always busy, and even though its busy, the team works like a well oiled machine. I may have waited 7 mins, and thats with a drive -thru full of cars and the inside packed. The Youree dr location is the best

This specific Starbucks I am not to faund of... they got my order wrong the first time and then when I stated that I did not want any extra sweetner additives to my lemonade very rudely the lady said they dont have any sweetener additives for lemonade, which is a lie... I requested easy ice and the lady rolled her eyes at me... however the coffee was good...

Today was amazing! Darius was working the drive thru and Cryphon and Domo were baristas. My drinks came out wonderfully and all three employees delievered fast, friendly service! I just felt as if these employees should be recognized!

Spendy, coffee is good however the lady who runs register in morning looked disgusted when I told her to put the change in tip jar.... OK why am I even tipping...?I have had the same reaction from same lady... Im not tipping at a Starbucks EVER.. Again.

Ive posted before. But this time I am a little upset. The other day was free red cup day. Ok. I get it. The early bird gets the worm. But this is a busy location and it was only 9 30 am. Like. Be better prepared for a promotion. You know what your average guest per car is in the drive thru and your average insider ticket. I still give you 5 stars cause I always get fabulous service by the best baristas in town. I just feel like Corporate could have provided enough cups for the whole day since its considered an all day event.

Its a must for me and my daughters, especially during cold months, Snickerdoodle hot chocolate is amazing and the cake pops are so moist

I like Starbucks Fraps so I frequent this location pretty regularly. Having a drive through makes it really convenient. They also usually have some healthy or let it all hang out sweets that I ought to avoid! lol! Friendly staff, clean restrooms, good selections...what else could one want???

Eh, the coffee is pretty good but severely overpriced and their politics suck. Id like to order something from someone who doesnt have green hair or a hook in their lip. If youre liberal or a beta male, this is def your place. Im straight, white, Republican and a conservative NRA member who fiercely believes in the 2nd amendment and the constitution of the United States, so I tend to avoid this place. I also say Merry Christmas and God bless America and that tends to offend the millenials and betas that congregate there, so I just buy Deathwish coffee. Other than that, their coffee is pretty good in a pinch.

Location is not ideal, difficult to get in and out, staff doesnt know the menu, go to the Target across the road for better service.
