Staff was friendly and store was well stocked. Could use a bit of cleaning on the outside of the store but they do share a building with dollar tree so I guess they cant do much.

Honestly just an easy experience. Nothing to really complain about so, thats a win for me.

We usually receive very good service now they only speak to you as your leaving. Absolutely no greeting nor attempt to help or answer questions. Walked around loss for 15minutes while the clerk was flirting with some guy! Very poor service. We went to another location.

I very much disagree with their return of new games which will not work. I will not be buying any new games any longer. My business with gamestop may very well diminish a great deal. Dont buy a new game at gamestop.

An employee lied to me and convince me to purchase something on the pretense that it would give me something in a game it did not so I wasted my moneyas well as had these things on pre-order for months in advance

Terrible Customer Service. Probably one cool guy in there. This guy with gages treated everyone like they were idiots. Youre better off buying games on EBay. That way your chances of getting a better deal and not getting screwed over are much better.

Every time I go in, theres someone new. But, theyre knowledgeable about the games I ask. Just wish theyd answer the phone

I only shop at this location due to the sales manager Ricky. This is dude is like Sam from Cheers. He caught me on a bad day and listened to my problems. I walked out of the store that night feeling better from when I walked in. This dude is on top of customer service and always lets me know of any deals going on.
