If zero stars could be given, I would do so. They took my money and when I spoke to Mo, whoever he is as he would not identify his position in the store, he would not give it back nor place a sign so that other customer’s money is not taken by their inoperable machines. The worst ripoff ever and I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

I went there around 10pm after work to get a simple ICEE as a favor for somebody else. I would not advise going there at odds hours as single woman. Men are hanging around the place, smoking and having their eye on you like they want to take something from you and run.When I walked inside, there was a man smoking INSIDE the store. The two male employees behind the counter didnt seem to care. I stood before the cashier counter waiting to be served but the man didnt acknowledge me at all. The man was just looking down at his register. I had to be one to break the ice and said hi. He said hi back, but in a very demeaning way as if to tell me to get to the point. I had had a really bad night at work, and just a simple smile and greet from him would have made some difference in the night. But he made me feel very invisible, and thats one of the worsts things to feel as a human being. Maybe he thought I was ghetto and like the rest of the ratchets in this tough side of the city. Never again with this business.
