They’re closed late at night. I drove to 3 different circle k’s in Shreveport for tylenol; they were all closed. When I was broke and in college the air compressor took my money but didn’t work. I went in to ask for a refund, they told me “that’s your problem.” Circle K isn’t a business, it’s a joke.

I live near to this Circle K and frequently stop for coffee/beverage. This used to be a fantastic store. Then a few months ago, the entire staff changed. Now this station is awful. About 6-8 fountain drink options are now out of order more often than operational. It seems like they never have what I come in to buy. Its less than a mile to Valero. They dont lock doors while cashiers step outside for a smoke and tell people they are closed. Bring back the good workers and Ill reconsider.

I stop by this location most mornings. I am ALWAYS greeted with a “good morning” by each staff member! Sheila goes out of her way to make sure I find what I need! Every staff member I have encountered has been kind, upbeat, and helpful! I love my morning trips in here!

Since when is it acceptable to chain the doors closed from the inside and put a sign up saying 10 minutes, sorry? It is 4 pm on a week day. Several people were waiting outside and said it had been over 10 minutes.

When I lived off Youree, this was my favorite place to buy gas.

Y’all employee has a sign that says in the bathroom be back in 5 minutes... it’s been about 30 minutes...

Fast service, convenient to work.

The manager Shelia is extremely rude and most definitely should not be in customer service by any means.
