Very clean. Customer service was decent.

Beware using pay-at-the-pump! I did the usual routine and was approved but the gas never pumped and the amount stayed at $0.00. Tried again and got same result. Went inside and told the clerk what had happened and she reset the pump from her terminal and said try again. Strike three, same result. So I moved to a different pump and filled up no problem. Once home I checked my statement online and saw that I was charged for all three failed attempts. Contacted Chevron billing who said that they could do nothing and that I would have to ask the local merchant (Swoop) to remove the charges. Went back to the Swoop store and they said that they have no control over the pay-at-pump transactions and that there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to contact Chevron billing. What a runaround scam! Also noticed that the faulty pump was still in service. Blatant theft! I wont be going there anymore.

Stopped to get gas but first went to the restroom. There was no soap available in any restroom. The cashier, Briara, was the worst employee I have ever encountered. When I asked about the soap she said they did not have any and it wasnt her problem. Said the truck did not deliver any soap and I could call the truckers and ask why. I kept my voice in a calm demeanor but the employee would not let me even speak. She told me that she was calling the police on me because she claimed I was harassing her. It was the other way around. I left without buying gas at this establishment. Will never stop here again.

Always my go to stop when getting on 49! Clean restrooms, hot food, great drink selections! There’s also a Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Burger King, all next to it!

This gas station was AMAZINGLY clean!! So fresh smelling, extremely neat and tidy, bathrooms immaculate. Well lit at night, all products very neatly displayed. Well done manager and owner!! We always travel from Dallas to Baton Rouge through Shreveport, we will most definitely make a point to make our pit stops here! 🙌🏽👏🏽

Very clean store all the way to their restrooms. Coffee area was clean. As a traveller, i was impressed. I met ms Veroniquka, she has great customer service, the manager was good too. I felt welcomed for the short time i was here.Be blessed!.

VERY RUDE. Go someplace Else. We stopped by there with a large group on our way to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We filled up 2 cars and bought snack and used the bathroom. The guy behind the register had major difficulties ringing us up. It took the manager on duty who disapearred when we showed up to finally come out about 5 min later to help. Initially I did not think much about it. We were traveling with a puppy and my wife held the puppy by the front door because it was cold outside and never let him down on the floor. On our way back home it was another convienent stop for us so we stopped again bought gas and snacks. The MOD yelled at my wife about not bringing the puppy in, she stood at the door the whole time we were there with some type of stick in her hand. I can only assume that on our 1st vist she went in to watch cameras. This time it felt like she was going to accuse us of stealing and beat us with the stick. Very uncomfortable. Will Not go Back. STAY AWAY.The place was clean but the manager ruined the experience.
