Mango sherbet was good, but not worth the long wait. Disorganized employees. Two employees. One came out of bathroom and began washing the sink and a few dishes without acknowledging the long line of customers. We had a pre-order pizza and they didnt have a name on it and seemed confused

Ate outside at one of their tables and weather was perfect. Ice cream hit the spot. Really good.

The ice cream was good, but that is all that was good about the experience. We went in around 9:20 which is 40 minutes before closing according to posted hours. Two people working one waiting on a previous customer and the other behind the counter ignoring us. I asked nicely to sample a flavor, which got her attention. The male worker finished up his transaction with the other customer and immediately asked us what we wanted. We were very rushed to make a decision as they had already started cleaning up for the night and had the ice cream covered. We made a quick decision and without even asking what we both got he assumed we both got a double scoop, and was going to charge us accordingly. As we were walking out the door at 9:25 another couple approached the door to which the male worker replied with some not so family friendly words that could be heard as we were walking out, so I’m sure the other customers heard it too. I would have understood this type of behavior if we had shown up closer to 10. Either way it was rude and unprofessional. Next time we will go to cold stone.

I havent had ice cream in many years. It was a special treat. The young staff was patient with bright smiles and quick service. I liked all the space to sit with my family and friends.

My visit to this lcation on Youree Drive in Shreveport, LA was on Saturday 29, 2020 around 8 PM.As I walk to the door I see a small child claening the door with a spray bottle in one hand and paper towels in the other. She looked to be around 5 or 6 years old. No, this was not a little person. This was a child cleaning the cooler glass going behind the counter to get more cleaning supplies and paper towels to continue cleaning. I asked the employee if the child belonged to her and she stated the child belonged to her coworker that was sitting in the corner of the store with other children and family. She also stated she cleans all of the time and asked if it bothered me. Yes, it does and it should bother the company! Child labor is child labor! This looked like a scene from orphan Annie or a plantation you never expect to see something like this in 2020! I expect to see children in an ice cream store but I dont expect to see children working and cleaning like theyre about to sing the chorus of Its a Hard Knock Life!

I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the 2 males staff that were working. They had a long time to serve but was kind, and did an awesome job getting the orders out. Love it

Wow! I tried for the first time and ordered take-home pistachio-almond blend and it was so tasty. Absolutely recommend.

For a franchise that has great products I find myself beyond words as to how this was my second time I ordered a party cake and it was not what I ordered upon picking it up. I ordered B2 from there book a birthday party cake and the exact same colors that the picture had. The only exception from the oder book and my custom order was the name of the person. I got a bright orange trim and flowers. ( with white frosting) nothing similar to the book. The 1st time was a graduation cake I order in the school colors. And they got that wrong too. i asked for marron frosting with white trimmings. I got white frosting with chocolate trimmings.This has got.too.stop.

My kids enjoy this store. Has seating and restrooms to clean the kids up if the get sticky. Prices have always been a bit high.

Great ice cream is so many fun flavors. (Try the pecan praline! yumm!) Seating is very limited imside and it does get busy sometimes so pretty crowded. There are a couple tables outside so that is an option.
