It was a great experience. The tech knew everything he was installing, explained everything so well my wife and I were asking all types of questions and the tech gladly answered them all! Great job by him! He deserves a raise for such dedication to his job. I dont always review businesses but some we are new to the state this job by him definitely needed a word of commendation. I have adequate internet service and am considering buying a phone from them as Verizon is to expensive and basically no customer service. But my concern with Comcast is that yo can not call anyone if you do have a problem, and how could I not assume that they really dont give a hoot about their customers.
They lie to get you to try and sign up for their mobile service. I was told if I did not insert the sims cards I would not be charged anything. The sims card are supposed to activate the phone. LIE!!! It’s a LIE! Don’t fall for it! I did not insert the sims cards and I do not and never have had xfinity moble service. I have been with Verizon for 20 years and they charged me $65.00. I changed my mind and didn’t want to leave Verizon so I never inserted the sims card. I have called and been on the phone 2 different times for over an hour each time and both times they say 3-5 business days I will be credited back my money. Needless to say they have not refunded my money and I got an email the other day saying my phones have been activated and it even gave me new numbers. CRAZY when you don’t even have their service. I have had to contact my credit card company about this and they have stopped any further chargers from coming through. BEWARE! They make it sound wonderful and half the cost of Verizon. After 7 days if you have not inserted the sims cards they send you they will partially activate your phone and charge you. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

I just had to drop off some equipment, it didnt take more than 6 minutes total time. The store is very clean and well lit. The staff were very professional, and knowledgeable of the processes to make my transactions, efficient and effective.
My internet service has improved 100% with Xfinity. I had AT&T for years with terrible internet services. The app is great because you can accomplished almost everything you need through the it. There is also a local store available if I need to make a visit and my experiences there have always been good.
Internet service out at business. Was told it was “an upgrade” and to reset all equipment. This of course was not the case. As of today our service has been out 3 working days. A tech came by and said he found issues he could not fix and that it would be repaired between 8-12 the next day. This of course did not occur. Another call to service reveals this appointment was never made. Instead we have an appointment in 2 days. Bottom line—I’m. switching to ATT fiber. Comcast service is terrible.
Just went in to upgrade my modem and add Comcast TV and got a great deal with 2 really employees that were so helpful. Was the easiest thing I’ve ever done to get tv and internet. Thank you to Danielle Sibley, you did a great job!!

Every few months I have an issue with them, they send a tech out, he replaces the modem, issue remains. I talk with their customer support, they tell me that theyre working in my area, but will let me know when they finish, 2 weeks later, issue remains, Im so annoyed with them constantly causing an issue and then never fixing it. My internet has been flickering in and out for over a month now and they cant seem to find the solution for it.
Fantastic experience, except for the forced mask rules. Not very appreciated, considering the new CDC guidelines since the release of the vaccine.
Only two representatives and one goes to lunch. No one to fill in. We sat for 30 minutes and some guy walks in saying hes waited 55 minutes why didnt anyone call him. So we knew we wouldnt be next. We left. Waited too long for no service.
Customer service was terrible! I entered the store and instead of the employee STANDING up and asking me how she could help me she stayed seated and asks from across the room!! She clearly displayed a lack of concern for her job as well as my reason for being there. Another employee helped me but after that first impression, I thanked her for her time and help and I decided to take my business elsewhere! I don’t want anyone to lose their job especially in these times but this LADY really needs a refresher course in customer service! And she needs to be reminded that if you don’t have customers you don’t have a job!

Xfinity is absolutely worthless. the service is a joke. My bill changes monthly, despite no services changing. I asked for the seasonal plan, received a confirmation and two months later, my bill is even higher. The customer service is nonexistent. This company needs to be run into the ground.

The internet is constantly down. If you work from home using the WiFi, you’ll be fired in no time!!! I thought ATT was bad, but xfinity takes the cake in horrible internet service. Maybe we should start a GoFundMe account for them to help them achieve the goals that they lied to their customers about. Worst company ever. I asked to pay my bill on the 1st and was told I could have a 1 day extension, which would be the 24th. Im not sure how that works . If I cant pay on the 23rd then how am I supposed to pay on the 24th? Also we have massive issues with our internet going out at least 3 times a week. While my daughter was doing online classes

Excellent comunacation
This is the second WiFi outage in my area in almost a week. The last outage lasted 3 days. This type of service is not acceptable during these unprecedented times when people are having to work and have school from home. This has been a huge inconvenience to me and there are few other providers in my area.
Was greeted at the door by an very rude woman who promptly told me I had to call the 800 number to activate my phone. I tried explaining to her I had called SEVERAL times in the past mont only to be left on hold or to get disconnected. She rolled her eyes and implied I was not doing it right and TOTALLY REFUSED TO ASSIST ME. She told me open the box and follow the directions. I went home followed the directions and STILL NO PHONE. Was on hold AGAIN for 20 minutes on the 800 # then was disconnected. IWAS PROMISED BY THE PERSON WHO ACTIVATED MY INTERNET AND TV SERVICES IF I BUNDLED SOMEONE WOULD HELP ACTIVATE AND TRANSFER MY EXISTING AT&T NUMBER TO THIS NEW PHONE. If there was a way to rate this experience at your so called BRAND NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTER A 0 I would . I cant wait till the so called survey calls me back. But they won’t. I just wish I would have gotten that rude woman’s name. I NEVER HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH AT&T WHEN SWITCHING TO NEW PHONE.

I spent 3 hours on the phone to reverse a double charge that was made. Comcast was no help. Pretty much told me oh well. So I am having to jump through hoops to get my 240 dollars back. This is why Im cancelling your service and paying the extra 20 dollars to your competitor. I will also share this experience with people and let them know how my new provider is doing a way better job.
Xfinity automatically upgrade their customer basic package to a triple play. With all extra hidden charges HBO, Stars and etc. My bill went from 89.00 a month to 143.00 in a year. Not to mention they said I wasn’t charged for my modem. Well why not I got it from them. This my last month. I will not go through this come Jan. Whatever I owe will be just that. I have had intermittent service since jan 25th, 2020. Ive call and chatted a dozen times. No use! The bill kept rising and i refused ro pay for intermittent svcs. Now comcast says i owe close to $300 and its shut off petmanently. I am not payong i cents for non-service.

Comcast internet shut down for maintenance 30 minutes before the test without any prior warning to customers. She quickly drove to another location that did not have comcast internet. I will be canceling soon.
The staff are rude and more concerned with talking to their co workers while I’m asking for help. She was carrying on conversations with other two staff members while I’m at her station. This is not the first time this has happened. I know this is shreveport, but please do better.
Xfinity is brutal to get on the phone. Im trying to order new service. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I can only imagine how bad it will be if you are a customer.

Worst phone customer service I have ever dealt with. I live in a rural area. I was moving needed to discontinue my service. We took our modem to the local UPS location as instructed and they dont package and ship them so we drove an hour and a half and they dont either. Xfinity would not send a shipping label so we could mail it to them, would not work with us at all. They just said they are supposed to do it. Would not allow me to talk to a manager ( they were all conveniently in a meeting). If you have a choice steer clear.

The laziest staff Ive ever witnessed! Ive never encountered a staff like this in Texas. Of the total 90 seconds I interacted with them it was horrible. 10am in the morning and the staff had attitudes. They were even talking to each other in the presence of customers commenting about they didnt want to be at work! I ignored the reviews about this location thinking how bad can it be... Im only returning equipment. The reviews are extremely accurate.

We had the worst experience possible. Their technicians cancel your appointment for no reason, their employees can’t actually help you with your problem, they just say they’re “filing a report and you’ll hear back in 24-48 hours” so basically someone else has to deal with it. Then you never actually hear back and have to call in and talk to a different person, who can’t fix the problem. Never go with xfinity
Nobody there knows what they are talking about! They only tell you what you wanna hear and don’t go through with what they say. They will gladly screw you out of your money. Liars! On top of that the service is horrible and overpriced! Would NOT recommend them to anyone! If I could give negative stars I would! They don’t even deserve 1!

Left work early for my internet installation. The tech never showed up, and I get a call saying to reschedule. The guy on the phone says theres no explanation at all. I get a call back from the escalation department. as Im on the phone with them the tech enters notes hes onsite, but Im not home. Im literally in my living room on the phone with the call center. Why do they feel the need to lie? This is a huge inconvenience to someone who has to leave a job early for these appointments. Please hire staff thats not stealing time from you by saying theyre working when they really arent.

The amplifier on my modem went bad, and I went to go replace it at the store. Walked in and before I could ask a question the employee guarding the door states “there is an outage and we cannot do anything for you”. I said that I was aware (the cable was out which is what led me to the discovery of the broken amplifier) however I wasn’t interested in having my cable service restored. I told them this and they told me they didn’t know what an Amplifier was and that they had never seen the object I was holding. I asked if they had a manager I could speak to and they said they did not.I called corporate who said “I guarantee they have one at that address. Go ask for one and they’ll swap it for free”We go back and my wife goes in as I’m pretty upset at this point and don’t want to be rude - and the person she speaks to again refuses to help and suggests we call corporate or come back tomorrow.So you should probably never go here if you want someone who will actually try to understand what you are asking or try to help.

Do NOT get WiFi or anything with these people. Their connection is trash, their cable is trash, their automated system that initially answers the phone is TRASH. Netflix stops every 5 minutes to rebuff, Hulu, Amazon, My Xbox is always getting kicked out of games. I have a 1100 sqft apartment so distance isn’t a factor AND I HAVE 4 DEVICES. NOTHING ELSE PULL FROM MY WIFI, SO WHY IS IT GARBAGE!?....that’s a great question people. One that has yet to be answered...
