This is an awesome place to network with other people and learn how to use your machines.

One of my favorite places in the world. Not only because I love all things sewing, but because they are family. Even if not by blood, they make you feel like family. And the knowledge of machines, embroidery, quilting, alterations and service is phenomenal! I think Melanie (the owner) knows everything there is to know about machines. See Ms. Sandra and Ms. Chey to embroider anything you can think of. They can even take your designs and put them on your items. If your machine isnt working correctly, see Mr. Gary or Mr. Lonnie, they will fix you up. Sometimes while you wait. And Ms. Debbie will show you all the new fabrics and wont give you a run around when asking about classes, which many are offered. The teachers (including myself) are knowledgeable in what we teach. All of us have more than 20-30 years of experience of sewing and all things sewing. And if you need alterations or quilting, Welcome to Happy Town, where Ms, Cindy, Ms. Denise, and Ms. Shelly can help you out. Some days, I just go by and sit and drink coffee with them and have a chat. The clubs are so fun and free! Come by and just say hi!

The people in this store are top of the shelf. I ran into a problem with my machine, called them and they walked me through it. I also needed a special color of embroidery thread, they ordered it for me. Such a friendly staff.

They were very nice and helpful. I have had some problems with my machine for a while and I just couldnt figure out how to fix it. I have followed the manual and looked online; nothing I found was very helpful. I am very happy that I found this place.

I took my Singer Quatem because the bobbin case would turn around under the needle and would break, it also would make a terrible noise. I use this machine for stop and go quilting using a thread cutter. First diagnosis was wrong, returned it and after some discussion, we decided what I would pay. To sum this up, I will use this place again. People are very nice and their inventory is awesome
