The items are marked down for a better common deal except on the meat. The meat market usually smells rancid and if u must shop there ask the man that works in that department to get u fresh meat if u need him.

Store is clean service isles labelled clearly, This is a great place for a classic assortment of old fashioned candies. Great deal on 5 items for 17.95 in meat department.

Everyone in this place is very friendly t. The store is very clean and the food is fresh . The meat is really impressive. The butcher comes out in greets you and answers any questions you have.

Shoppers Value Foods is a place that really trys to meet the consumers need. With products that are fresh, and affordable prices. I feel the stores puts its customers first than profits. Which in turn,attracts faithful customers, Consistent profits for its chain of stores. I like it, Im very satisfied shopping there.

Very friendly and professional service.

Employees were VERY rude. The older gentleman who seemed to be the manager that night was not kind upon us entering the store. Then the younger female cashier had a bad attitude all the way around, or maybe she just didnt like her job, and the manager let her act like that! It was the first time Id been there and liked what I saw. Ill try it out again, just to be able to shop around and see what all they got, but definitely not on night shift before they close!!

It sad that during a mask mandate the manager was walking in the store with his mask under his chin.

Same as the other. Good prices on roast, pork chops or pork loins to cut breakfast chops out of. And bacon is usually a good price half to third off reg prices

The meat looked old. The store smelled, and the extra 10% they charge you after taxes is ridiculous.

Prices are misleading as 10% is added to every item and tobacco and beer gets heavily taxed. The food quality varies alot from time to time.

This store is still set up the way it was when it was the previous store so it was easy to find my way around. Its brightly lit and very clean. It also has some pretty decent prices. I actually enjoyed shopping in this store. The cashiers were very pleasant and nice. Great job.

This and other stores named County Market changed their name to Shoppers Value which is a cost plus grocery store ( you pay what it cost the store and they add 10% at checkout). This store was cleaned up and made to look a lot better after the name change. They a small breakfast and lunch counter for takeout which I like. I enjoy shopping here.

They had a price differenceOn the catfish fillets $14.95.The price was $22.95 reg. Price. I had to argue with the guy in the meat market. I did get my fish for the price that was displayed.

I hate this place!!! This place isn’t even worth your money! The food is below average the meat is not good! I just throw my hands up and I just shop at Kroger, found out that Kroger is really cheaper. I don’t even really shop here anymore I don’t even go in for anything! When they opened of course I went in shopped and tried to give them a chance! They put these type of places in our communities and you’re really not saving anything! They sell us anything and we buy it! Stop it!!

This market is kind of like Save a Lot. They had a lot of good deals. They do tack on a 10% charge along with your total cause they say it helps keep the cost down. Im not crazy about that. I spent over $100. So that $10 charge could buy $10 worth of food. They dont add the 10% if youre paying with foodstamps

A little far from my house but wanted to check them out,the employees were very friendly and the store was cleaned, merchandise was straight and a good selection the only grocery store in Shreveport that had Delmonte ketchup.

It has really changed since it was county market Alot better the meat is fresh and so is produce the over all store is so much cleaner and the prices are alot better the sales are really good . I recommend this place

Dont like how Shoppers Value is going up 3 or 4 cents on certain things..like the stale honey buns, use to be, 33 cents...AMD other as such

I have to drive 16 miles to get WHITE LILY FLOUR. Shopper Value is the only store in this area who sells this brand.

My sister and I takes my Dad to the Veterans Clinic for his appointment and bfore we head back to Texarkana, we always have to stop at County Market. Ours closed so thats the next best thing.

A Place to Buy That $20 Special of There Meat

They have come a long way!! Everything is clean and the smell is gone.

Manager need to be aware of the bad oder this particular store has (the north market store). They seem to be putting out bait for rodents but dont remove the dead rodents when they die or they are not cleaning the stale blood that is in the meat bunkers. No other concerns at this time.

Some things are unique for your travels like nostalgia candies...peanut patties..etc.

One of the best places to get meat, if you beat the mad rush- never have I gotten anything but great fresh meat there, and Ive bought alot of meat there.

Its great the customer service there is also great i love traveling there😊😊.

The employees are genuinely friendly and helpful, the store is easily navigatable, and you cant really say theyre out of stock; it seems like the employees are always restocking shelves. Just need a couple registers available during slow hours, instead of just the one.
