This is one of the worst sensory experiences I’ve ever had. As an autistic person with hearing sensitivities I attempted to enter your store and was yelled at by an employee trying to force me to take a cart I did not want. I tried to find a basket and the employee continued to yell louder and louder at me until I left. Grocery stores are hard enough for Autistic people… this made it unbearable.

I grew up with Kroger, born in Cincinnati (both of us) I think its in my blood. I do adore that they stock things that I thought I would have to be in my hometown only.Now Im 68 and have moved all over this country and have never missed shopping in a kroger familyrelated ” store. I have finally landed in Northwest Louisiana and now shop in a real* Kroger.Now I am able to get Skyline Chili, Greater Ice Cream andmore,

I gave it a 4 only because it is not as large as some Krogers stores. However, they had a really good selection of food. I went to find different flavored candies for making fudge. I discovered this location has quite the selection in the baking supply is.

I cant speak about the company as a whole but the store in Shreveport Louisiana on Youree has really went down when comes to timely customer service at their service desk. It seems as if to me that this particular store is declining when it comes to customer service. I frequently use their service desk to handle affairs such as bills and check cashing and the last three times I have been there its been a very nerve wrecking experience and when I asked I asked to speak with a manager the last time because of a 35 minute wait in line at the service desk. The manager was about as unprofessional as the service desk clerk

Went in this this morning on the way to pick up one item quickly. No registers open. All the woman at the customer service would tell me that it would be a while. I was on my way to work and did not have a while to wait. This has happened before. How hard is it to have at least one register open at 6:00 when you open the store??

I just got 7 packs of cigarettes parliaments light .. The Heavyset girl on the cigarette register was trying to charge me for an extra pack while I count 7 she counts 8 once she took them of the shelf and again when she put them in the bag .. i had to take them out as quickly before she moved to the next customer and counted in front of here 7 packs of parliament sigI have to keep my eyes on here the whole thing looks like she was trying to charge me more or she was trying to get 10 extra in her register

Today was just a stop to get Starbucks coffee! Very clean store! Kroger always has the best fresh vegetables, fruit and meat! Highly recommended!

Bad customer service at the self check out they stop me for buying 12 packs saying its a limite on that it was no limit she even looked at the sales paper its not even on sale and still she didnt let me to buy them!!!!!! I know about Kroger more than her thats the only place we shop from!!!!

So Ive been shopping here almost 20 years. I shopped Krogers with my mom in Dallas before moving here,bottom line I love Krogers. I usually wear a mask but recently my asthma has flared so I waited untill closer to closing time to shop without my mask. It was after 11pm Im doing my heavy duty shopping and Im just about done when the manager stops me and tells me I must wear a mask. I explained my asthma she tells me well do click list then. I explain that that is not an option for me right now. She says well no mask no shopping. I had to finish up so I took the mask and wore it, spent 300on groceries but this was a bad experience for me. I understand the mask mandate so that s why I went late but this was ridiculous.

As someone who has made Starbucks drinks at another location - Please do not argue with a customer, as well as state that the Double Chocolatey Chip Creme Frappuccino is made with coffee and that I should clarify that I dont want coffee in it next time.The Java Chip is made with coffee, as I reminded the worker here, however she decided otherwise.. The drink I ordered, the DCCF, is creme based and does not contain the Frap Roast, nor the coffee based ingredient to blend the frap.I appreciate that they remade My drink, even though they didnt make it with the soymilk I originally requested the second time around and wanted to continue arguing against Me, but at least it didnt have coffee in it.Probably wont come back to this location again.

This store gets and 0000000 zero stars. This is very bad. They open up at 6am and the cashier doesnt be here when we have to come get grocery for customers. This is so bad. I literally had to wait until 7am and this isnt right to us that shop for customers.

I was shopping today and my cashier told me she was sick had a fever and she was told by her manager to go home take some ibuprofen for 2 hours and come back to work. Shes afraid of losing her job. Kroger I cant believe you are still bullying your employees while they are sick to come to work. You are writing them up and telling them after the 3rd write up they will be fired. I will never shop at your store again because you guys do not value your employees and they are doing an AWESOME JOB!!

It was awesome when it first opened. It has great employees but in the last 12 months its gone to pot. If you dont mind bagging your own groceries and being your own cashier then go for it. I refuse, unless they want to give self service a discount. The corporate office has put in place these policies. Screw the customer.

I love their produce and their circular sales....the workers were always willing to help if you cant find an item...its all about the quality of food, produce and everything else. Their deli and bakery is awesome...im never disappointed on the quality of their produce...

Store is clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Have a lot of good deals and promotions. Specifically their house soda is good and rather cheap. In fact their in brand items are extremely good and in some cases better than name brand like the chocolate milk.

Ive always shopped at Krogers and willingly paid a little more for the service and ease of checkout. Now I find that they you have installed more self checkout lanes and have fewer live bodies at the register. Not good. I understand that Im just one person. Two cents given

I live out of town but needed to order a cake in Shreveport. Cynthia in the bakery was wonderful! Over the phone she helped me order what I wanted, gave suggestions and was so helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you Cynthia and thank you Kroger.

Great place

This store isnt big on customer service. They had only one line open on a Friday @ 3PMand about 10 people in that line. You have to bag your own groceries there. This makes the lines very slow. I wont be back.

Helpful employees that dont make me feel like Im in their way. Its a sad day when something like that is all it takes to get a five star review. Yet, here we are.Nothing against Kroger, they really do try hard to make your shopping experience a good one. Kudos to the management team for pooling together a great team. And kudos to the team for pulling it off.

These are a few of the things I like about this particular Kroger. The parking is plentiful. The store is clean and well kept. It stocks the products I want in the sizes I like. The employees are friendly and helpful. I especially like the extra services. I use the excellent florist services. This might be the best in the city. I also use the pharmacy. I know the pharmacists are absolutely fantastic.

I just love Bayou Walk Kroger. Its not the biggest or fanciest but they still carry most everything a Marketplace Kroger does. And the people who work here are all very nice and personable. Always willing to help if you need it. Especially Sonny in frozen food and Glenn in the meat market.

Customer Service lady shut register down after customer ahead of me paid. 3/4 of my groceries were already on the counter. I had been waiting about 10 mins. Placed my groceries back in basket and had to get back in another line and wait again. Reported to floor manager.

I love shopping at Kroger, however I have been continually disappointed with the bakery. I have waited at the bakery for several minutes (5-7 min +) at a time without anyone assisting me. The customer service has been lacking consistently when I have been recently. I am so sad because I love this Kroger and used to love the bakery!

As I was doing the self checkout on the main entrance side, I witness this sweet older lady asking the cashier lady that was over that section of self checkout (she was older with gray hair and wore a beanie) if she could help her check out because the other lines were too busy and she never used these machines before... this employee cut the lady off before she could finish asking her question. Told the lady that “none are open obviously” and told her that twice when the lady tried to finish asking her question. After being so rude to her, she walked away (barely even acknowledged the sweet lady as more than an inconvenience) and went to someone else and was also very rude to them because she had to fix that register. Luckily another customer and employee helped the lady check out. But the rude employee continued to ignore her and as soon as she saw the employee that was taking over that spot, she couldn’t leave out of there fast enough. There was absolutely no reason for that employee to act like that. So I hope someone for that store sees this post and does something about it

This is one of the best Krogers Ive even been too. The staff are great and and always helpful. They have the best meats! I love that I can get the kids a free balloon while we shop to keep them entertained. Highly recommend!

Most of the time they will run out of there sell items but other than that this store is the best the staff is friendly helpful they have the best sales they used to be open 24/7 but they now close at one a.m. which kinda sucks... But still my favorite store always be a loyal customer!

The workers at Kroger are amazing!! I used the Youree location for an extremely large order in which Joseph took incredible strides to make sure my order was filled. If they didn’t have it, he went and found it at another location. Amazing people and fantastic experience!!!

I had always shopped here before the Kroger market and enjoyed the neighborhood feel. That is why I was disappointed today. Long lines (3 cashiers open, rest were self check out & 2 < 15 items lines). I Had a cart full so a regular line was my choice. Then cashier was not friendly.

Safe area in Shreveport. Clean store that has everything. Close to great shopping and restaurants all within one mile.

Wide variety of products, courteous staff. Quick lanes so you wont die of old age in line like at Walmart. Only downside is very high volume so they run out of things quickly.

I love this Kroger for many reasons. They have a great selection of produce and international foods, and their staff is so friendly. Whenever its super busy, many times, Ive seen the managers open a register and check people out. I respect that a lot. We save a lot of money for the quality and variety as well.We used ClickList for the first time. I was hesitant because Im particularly picky about my produce in particular. It was extremely efficient, and the produce was really good. The coupons are next to to the items, I can search specifically what Im looking for, and I wasnt overwhelmed with tons of options like in the store. Pick up was easy and the two clerks were extremely professional. When they didnt have what I needed, the lady asked my what kind of substition I wanted and went back in to get it. Overall, Im extremely happy with it. We have two little ones and its hard to shop with them at times. It also saves us from impulse buying.

Its a larger store, so theyre about to carry more stock than my local Kroger. This store also does the order and well bring it to your car thing, which is great when Im able to plan ahead.

There were not enough cashiers and no bagboys so i had to bag my own groceries. The cashier THREW my groceries to the end of the conveyor belt. It was 8 pm on a Saturday.

Shop for my mothers groceries each week. Shes in her ninetys and it is the store shes comfortable with. She likes the salads in the deli and the fruit in produce.

Best grocery store in all of Shreveport hands down! Forget Whole Foods, Kroger has just as good grocerys for less. Also has a really well kept store.

The freshest produce, reasonably priced gourmet cheeses, unique bakery items which includes monster cupcakes and cheesecake, a real butcher and best of all doubles on weekly sales using their digital coupons. Very friendly and helpful staff in a clean and well maintaoned store located near Barnes and Noble, Petco, Old Navy etc. Whats there not to like about the Youree Drive Kroger?

Ive been using Kroger Pharmacy pretty much exclusively for seven years now, and I havent once regretted it. I get text messages when my scrips are ready. If they dont have something I need urgently they help me find someone who does. When I lost my health insurance, they helped me find coupons and cheaper alternatives for my numerous meds. Lauren, in particularly, always greets me by name, asks me how Im doing and really seems to care about my responses. Shes always given me such amazing, personalized customer service. I always highly recommend the pharmacy at the Kroger on Youree Drive to anyone and everyone who has to fill prescriptions regularly like I do. I dont know where Id be without them.

DO NOT BUY PICKUP. Each item we order more than one of, the second was replaced by a store brand, expired substitute. Obviously they are trying to unload expired goods. What a trashy tactic, shame on you Kroger to take advantage of people during this time. Shame on you.

It is not the biggest or the newest Kroger in the area, but it is perfect for a our normal weekly grocery shop.

Great grocery store; has most items we use. Meats and produce are the best here. Can goods, pre-packaged foods, etc when not on special can be had at Walmart or Target at a better price.

This is a great place to shop. They have lots of varied items to pick from.

Love kroger. Seems we shop there at least twice a week. BUT, we have to bag our purchases most every time.

Avoid Walmart after 10PM, go here instead. Multiple lanes kept open mean that youll be in and out with your random midnight ice cream craving in a jiffy.

I usually shop at the brookshires on Kings Hwy because its close to my house. Theyre always expensive and the selection is narrow, which is good I guess because I dont spend as much money there. But wow, Krogers is on a whole other level! I came in there to get milk and pizza but along the way I saw several unbeatable bargains and I just had to grab them while I could. In short, I got more than I came in for but spent less than I would have if Id shopped where I usually do. My youngest daughter was thrilled, kept shouting this is the best day ever! When your nine year old likes going grocery shopping, youre doing something right :)

Great Beef quality and fresh produce very helpful cashiers and fast service

I found pretty much everything I was looking for, however the shelves were bare on a few things. Guess I was too late! I love getting coupons for things I buy often. The cashier and bagger (I think it mightve been the manager) were friendly and efficient.

Store was very busy all check outs were open also all sales items I wanted were in stock cashier Brittany was very nice and knowledgeable of sales items I asked about very polite.

Horrible customer service in the deli. Have been several times and always bad customer service. Today the clerk named Pamela acted like I ruined her day by asking to purchase some food. She was making some food trays or something and I guess I should not have bought anything so she could finish. Handed me my food and didnt say thank you, have a good day, or anything. Just handed me my food and didnt say a word.
