Great place for low priced tools and equipment. Although most items are not top name brands, they are reliable and have lasted for many years, and still working. Great staff, but short handed at the time of this review.

They made everyone mask up so I spent 179.00 on a battery charger at Orielys!!!!You lost $179 plus other tools I would have bought from you vaxers and maskers don’t use tools that will hurt their knuckles!!!!

Great for your basic tool needs, but the quality of a lot of their products is kind of low. Perfect for cheap tools if its not something you really need to be of professional quality. Some of the larger items that you have to assemble yourself are not easy to do, having parts that dont fit together well and have to be forced or bent into place. Never had any problems here other than quality of items sold.

Would have gotten a 5 star if the manager could have remembered that certain tools were on sale. Lol

When I needed some tear drop shaped clearance lights for our charter vehicles, I searched everywhere with zero luck. I then remembered the place I should have checked first. Not only did they have what I was looking for, it was very affordable. Plus I used my online coupon using my phone, for an extra 20% off. The discount is only for the higher priced item, if you have more than one item at checkout, not the total amount.

SHREVEPORT Harbor Freight employees are super! i phoned them, looking for a tool chest that Bossier was out of. They went above and beyond to visibly check their computer inventory and even the warehouse for me as i made way to their store. i was greeted by friendly faces as they helped me. The cashier who originally took my call was so helpful and friendly, as well as the staff in the warehouse. Great experience! i will be back!! in a big city, i got small town friendly service.

When you need the right tool for the job, but cant afford it. You can go here to buy a one time use version of the tool and get the job done for pennies on the dollar

Huge price increases this year; 20% higher in most cases ($19 wheeled shop stool now $29). Giveaways few and far between. Obviously, Chinese tariffs have hit them so hard they are no longer competitive given the quality offered. Home Depot and Lowe’s tool pricing offer higher quality and nearly the same pricing if you time purchases with sales and price reductions.

They must not pay DECENT wages, always different workers when I shop, very hard to find what you need. Pretty much shop Home Depot or Lowes, mostly everything comes from China, also Harbor Freight keeps raising prices, just give my money to Lowes or Home Depot, occasionally Harbor Freight is same or higher prices.

Im a lady, but I love shopping in this store. I like to get involved in repairing motorized things and some people are shocked that I might know how to do a lot of things that they wouldnt expect a woman to know how to.

Our shopping experience was fantastic here, and I must say, very reasonably priced for named brand tools. The employees there were very nice and knew where and what isle the tool or tools were on, cause I tested a couple of the Employees and each one that I asked where a specific tool was at not only told me where it was at, but escorted us to the specific location where the requested item was at.Great shopping experience today at Harbor Freight.

I wasnt the one to make a purchase today, we brought a friend to help pick out a few things. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Checkout was quick with no wait. They even offered to help load our items. Well be back!

I dont really shop here. When I go I have something picked out and a coupon in hand. I hate it when I buy something here and two weeks later its on sale at 20% less than I just paid for it. Such is life. I recently found out that if you return anything that doesnt have a purchased protection plan you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Pretty lame. But I guess if you peddle fringe-quality products you have to draw the line somewhere. So far all of the higher dollar things I have gotten here like automotive Jacks, an air compressor, 20 ton press, etc. have held up well and exceeded my expectations. But there will come a day when I go to return something THE NEXT DAY and only get 80% of my money back. That will probably be my last shopping experience with Harbor Freight. I only have one big dollar thing still new enough to consider taking back, but its got a protection plan. Ill probably lose that receipt over the next 2 years anyway.

Cheap Chinese tools will get you thru one job maybe two depending on the size of the job, if your lucky. Its not likely you be passing these tools down to your children as if there Craftmans or Dewalt.
