I called to make an appointment for my daughter and was put on hold 3 times in the one call. Melissa (who answers the calls) never asked for my childs PCP. So, she called the old PCP my child hasnt seen in over 3 years. Old PCP calls telling me I need to bring my child there for a reference. Melissa calls my phone back but Im on the phone with old PCP office trying to figure out who they are & why do they need to see my child. I called back & stated I had a missed call from this number (mind you I dont have it saved so I legit didnt realize it was her until she answered). Melissa had the audacity to tell me with an attitude that I didnt miss the call I just didnt answer. I told her actually I was on the phone with another dr office (not that I owed her any explanation) and she proceeded to ask who is your kids provider. Instead of answering in anger & telling her about herself & all I wanted to say I opted to tell her dont worry about the appointment cause we would never be back there. She was too unprofessional & I refuse to be disrespected by anyone. PERIOD. I literally would rather drive all the way to Monroe or Alexandria to be covered by Medicaid then be talked to by someone who acts like they dont have any home training. She needs to be reprimanded for this & if this is how she handles other patients/parents then she should look for a job where she doesnt deal with the general public.

Will give you evaluation. Tell you to find therapy elsewhere. If you just need evaluation. Great if your looking for therapy. Not great. Office assistant horrible attitude.
