I called to see if they could take a look at one of my hearing aids I received from the V A in Houston. They told me to come on in and they would take a look at it.The next day I walked in explained my situation and 15 minutes I was out the door HEARING, they took the extra steps and time to call the warranty company and had everything covered with absolutely no cost to me. These folks know what customer service is and go out of their way to help the customer. Over the years I have visited a few audiologist and these folks are head and shoulders above them all. Superservice.
