Thank God that the nurse who treated me is not a doctor because she has a very bad way of being.I know it bothered him my color and my bad English, but nothing is free. I am paying for the services.

I went there as a child, and now my children go there. My four year old has had so much trouble with her ears, and Dr. Blake Thornton has been absolutely amazing through this journey with us! Anytime she is feeling bad (ears or not) she will come to me and say mommy I want to go see the good doctor, and when asked who the good doctor is without missing a beat she will say Dr. Blake!

After being left hanging with no diagnosis, a close relative referred her to this officeI was impressed, to say the least. The staff was very friendly, and they were very efficient at maintaining their schedule.Dr Pou was by far cream of the crop with his bedside manner, and he exhibited a true concern and determination to diagnose her condition. We had a couple of questions crop up after we were completing our visit with him, and he returned to his chair and answered each one patiently and thoroughly (NOT standing at the door walking out).He spoke in plain English and used common analogies to help laypeople like ourselves understand what was happening.

I have seen Dr. Pou for many years as my ENT. He is very knowledgeable and has always taken my symptoms and concerns seriously. He also fixed my deviated septum several years ago and it has made breathing so much easier!

They have taken great care of both of our kids.
