We walked in with the intention of purchasing a mattress today. The sales person didn’t acknowledge us at all. When she finally did, she asked us what we were looking for, and as I was telling her, she turned her attention to another customer and walked off with them. While I was mid-sentence, she walked away. I have never felt so under valued as a customer. My husband and I walked out, and we will NEVER return.

Came in they didnt have what I need in stock but the lady was really nice and made a call to find out how long it would be till they did have it.

The saleswoman was so personable and helpful. She knew exactly what she was talking about. Her name was Kathy and I highly recommend her!

Had wonderful service great explanation of different types bedding. Let us to try all different types beds. We Choose a split king Pure Talalay Bliss latex with a split lift for both sides plus the Talalay Bliss latex pillows I recommend Mattress Plus for great service.and great choice. Plus it locally own.
