Service was good, security of unit was good only bad thing we had 2 dead rats in our unit when we moved out 😣

This was my first time using Cube Smart and will definitely be my last. My items were in storage temporarily and when I went to get them I now have beetles in my boxes! Now I have to pay for pray control to treat me home due to negligence at this location!

We are military and have stored belongings at this location. We had no issues during our PCS to Europe. We were able to manage our payments and storage units easily from afar. Upon our return, management worked with us and made special arrangements related to charges when we couldnt return until 3 days after our monthly renewal was due. It was very much appreciated!

I had a really great experience here! I had no idea what size storage unit I would need and Kristin was extremely helpful! We talked through what type of items I had and she used her knowledge to help me figure it out. She also showed me the unit and gave me a better idea of how things can be stacked and placed so that I don’t need to rent more than I really need.When I told her I would have to get back to her with my decision she did not pressure me into just getting it anyway and still told me to give her a call if I needed any more help, whether or not I would use this storage or not. Before leaving the premises, I ended up going back in and reserving the unit, partially for the really good deal but in huge part to her customer service. It was simple and easy. And to top it off, when I told her I loved the color of the marker she used to highlight important points on my invoice she let me HAVE the highlighter! (I have a minor pen/marker obsession lol).Great customer service Kristin.

I have used this storage property for years and only now I feel a need to review. Kristen(and it maybe the wrong spelling my apologies) is simply the BEST. She is always kind, patient, and she remembers me. Any time a client can feel valued even in the least you will always have that clients loyalty. Great secure place to store your stuff. Very well maintained. Staff and management are always so very helpful. For sure a five star rating from me. I encourage you to use them for your storage as well.

Just as a fair warning to everyone, since the facility managers wont say anything about it; this place has break ins multiple times a week. We had no idea until it was already too late and our unit was broken into. Even the police we filed our report with urged us to have our stuff moved because theyre called there for break ins atleast 3 times a week. The people who work here dont care. They wont even allow the police to view security footage to help out. We know we most likely will never see our items again but the least we could do was let others know before you decide to rent here or have your unit broken into

Nice facility. I have setup auto pay multiple times. For whatever reason, I have received calls 2 Saturday mornings in a row, before 9am, stating that I owe late fees.My response, I setup auto pay when I rented the units just like with the other unit that I already have.Their response, Im sorry but we dont see where you did.My response, you set it up and said that I was good.Their response, you owe the late fee.My response, Because you screwed up?Not only did I set up autopay at time of rental, but I also did it again last week over the phone; the day my rent on one of the units was supposedly due. Meanwhile, the manager just sits at her computer and looks lost while they steal money 2 weeks in a row because they screwed up.

We rented a storage unit from them and everything was very easy. The manager, Trudi, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the unit was large and clean. Theyre also very convenient to I-49 and Bert Kouns.

Super trash!!!!! Ive never seen so many lies in my life all these comments have to be from the staff. My unit was broken into by one of the staff members after they went inside of my storage when it was past due about 3 days, only because I was out of town working in Texas and it slipped my mind. If anyone want to challenge it I have the pics and the letter to prove it as well. The letter they sent was sent to me late and it was suppose to be list of everything that was in my storage, but the items that wasnt listed was all the items that was taking. Quite weird right. Funny thing was they made it seem like I took the lock off, and called me a told me I needed to put my lock back on my unit. Yea right. I made a post about it on Facebook and over 15 people states the same thing happened. I threaten to have the police come then I was giving a full refund for the months I was there. So I know for sure these comments are a bunch of baloney and lies! Its not that safe at all.
