Some times its just easier to get a truck and get it done.Easy to book on line and quick service.

I must say, working with the team there im Shreveport was one of the best experiences Ive had working with u-haul and I rent a lot of U hauls. The team was attentive the General manager was very informative and helpful. Even the young man who recived the truck from me was extremely helpful and full of good spirits. Thank you to everyone who made this move smooth and easy. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it

They are very nice but they never have the pick-up truck no.matter how far in advance you reserve itOnce I DID get the pickup and it was double booked so I got frantic calls to return it even though it was paid for the next two days.

Poor service and rude employees. Call corp customer service and issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Will never use U-Haul again. Buyer beware!!!
