Please dont rent here.The Manager makes up ruless as she goes her own rules.She refused to rent a Van to us and we been renting from this location for 4 years shes very unprofessional and she has an attitude and it was so early in the morning very disappointed .Will be making a corporate complaint against her. I would not recommend this Uhaul rental site to no one I am totally disappointed in Service and they changed me for ten gallons of gas when I totally put vehicle gas back to where it was when I rented it the gas hand in truck do not match paperwork that they give yu in office so they can charge Yu extra

Everyone is so nice and friendly and very helpful

Very slow service, not enough workers, no where to park the trucks when returning, no one outside helping customers return trucks. They advertised the 26’ truck to be $39.99 and i ended up paying over $108.00

On Sat., February 16th I was met and assisted by a wonderful young man (Timothy) at this location. Timothy was outstanding in communication and delivery of service!! In todays climate where high customer service standards seemingly no longer exist or rarely experienced, I must say this young man exhibits very high standards. I picked up an auto trailer from another location who did not provide much assistance or guidance in ensuring our transport would be successful. We stopped by the Hollywood location with questions and additional assessment; Timothy quickly assessed the trailer was not properly connected and immediately proceeded to modify the hitch to ensure the auto trailer equipment would not touch or scrub the ground or become a hazard during our travels. After he addressed our concerns, I felt comfortable transporting my vehicle 150 plus miles. This type of service is very rare. Timothy went above and beyond in my opinion and I am very grateful and thankful that this young man was working and willing to assist us ensure our travels and transport were safe.

Amos Roberts is the man as far as Im concerned. Amazing customer service and he took the time to make things right with a smile on his face. :) definitely will go back next time Im in need of uhaul.

I used to use this place often, until recently. I returned a vehicle via their dropoff, and a month later (when renting a truck from another uhaul) they told me this place flagged me for 160 dollars, because of a scratch decal (that I didnt do.) When i called to inquire, the general manager was extremely rude and hung up on me (while I was going to pay for it!) Ive reported them to uhaul corporate, but I also want to let everyone else know about this place, bad customer and horrible business practices. Oh and the GM name was Paige Robinson. Buyer beware

Just got here to bring the uhaul back and find out that its going to be an extra 80....some odd dollars, but on the phone yesterday she told us to keep an extra day would be find and to return after 12 pm on Sunday would be an extra $21...not cool..

Customer service needs work!

Hell hell no. The toothless woman samantha at the front is the rudest woman i have ever met. They are a rip off. Tell you one price on the phone and its completely different when you show up. There are too many moving truck companies to have to deal w a aging rude crackhead that works the desk thrn you pracrically had to fight her to ger corporate number. Just BO NO NO

I must say the experience was horrible. Im guessing the representative that worked with us was new. I can understand that but he shouldnt have been responsible for a register. We were literally there for about 45-50 mins just to rent a uhaul for 36 miles. He had no clue in the world how to work the computer systems & didnt care about the time of others.

They are a total rip off. I will never do any business with them ever again even in another state or city. They are real criminals. Out dated equipment and conniving employees. They do not deserve this one star I had to tap a star to write a post. THEY SUCK big time

Got a hitch put on my car and they did great.

Pretty good except I didnt need my tow bar replaced with there... oh well I got me a new one out the deal

Waived our late fee. They were very understanding.

Worst storage place Ive ever been to. they spelt my email so wrong I honestly think the person who typed it may be illiterate. They never sent me a bill of any kind then three weeks later after it was due they call me and tell me I owe an extra 45 dollars in late fees. They dont know how to do anything you ask them and honestly they dont even listen.
