I’ve been to this location twice and both times have been fantastic

They were very helpful, and went out of their way to minimize the wait, including helping people waiting in the do it yourself area instead of just making them wait. They were courteous and respectful to me as well, and overall made a visit which started as “oh darn, really busy, this will take forever” into a quick, easy visitOf exceptional note was Kizzy, who was very proactive in general and the one who helped me.

Great customer service! They were so patient and helpful. She gave me price quotes and tested different size boxes to make sure the package would be shipped safely. I will use and recommend FedEx at this location to anyone who needs this type of postal assistance. Thank you!

Courtney at the FedEx Kinko’s location on E 70th Street in Shreveport, La helped me a lot with a print project on Sunday. She was professional, patient and treated my small project as a priority. I will certainly take all my future print projects to FedEx Kinkos because they appreciate my business and provide a five star level of service.

After no help from the 1-800 customer service representatives (not to mention that I could not understand their very poor English), my daughter and I went to this location in search of my package that was due to be delivered that day (1/16/20). The 2 ladies that were working were the nicest, most helpful service providers I have experienced in a long time, and it was 8:30 at night. They gave us information on where to go and who to call to try and pick up/or locate our package. They encouraged us that it would probably be delivered the next day, and what time they usually receive ground deliveries. Thanks so much, and I will be sure to find out their names.

Very knowledgeable staff that does a good job every time I visit. They helped me print my poster board on a laminated sheet. Even though it was my first time to print such an item, they handled it very successfully- and in less than an hour!

Very rude lady working in there last night! I usually encounter lazy/unhelpful employees at this location, but never someone so rude. They will never get anymore of my business. I have found out that the UPS store that used to be in Bayou Walk is now across the street and I will use them in the future. They were always very nice and helpful.

I had a package to drop and was pleasantly greeted. To tell you the truth it was the most satisfying business tranaction I have had in months.I didnt get the young womans name but thanks for your help

This should be negative stars. I usually make it a point to only leave good reviews or no review at all but today this store has changed that. Brandy at this Fed Ex location: Im sorry you hate your job so much that you find it necessary to laugh at customers who cant pick up a 100 lb box. Maybe you should look elsewhere for employment. Hmm... she didnt try to pick up the box. It was one thing after another. She didnt have the insurance price, she couldnt give us contents options, we had to guess. Every time we nicely asked for help she seriously was giving us a shocked, she couldnt believe we were asking face and I think spit was coming out.BTW - If you go here, they have a scale they can roll items on to weight them with a cart. When this was finally done she flopped her hand at manager Chris, with a tape measure in her hand and said get the measurements for me. She was just as rude to Her Boss as she was to us - Way to go Manager Chris!Fed Ex - Pull the camera footage! 4/29/19.

Tasha (the store manager) is wonderful. She was very helpful despite how busy the store was. Best customer service I received in a long time.

No customers present. I tried to use self serve. Neither machine appeared to be working. No lights. One display said reboot; the other would not allow me to select a service. I pointed this out to the CSR who came over to show me how to use the machines without looking at the displays. Very disappointing that they assume it is a customer error. At any rate she realized that both of the machines needed to be restarted. I then asked if she could just make the copies for me so that I could be on my way. She was happy to do this and then we began the check out. She asked me to move to another check out and I did and then she asked me to move to another which I did. So I thought I did the right thing, I was in a hurry and assumed self service would be the best option. What I really wanted was service, period! Not in evidence here tonight.

Had a package taken into this location for it to be mailed. Had a return label for shipping from Co. It came from postage paid. My package i was advised by the receiver it was to be sent to, they had not received it after 2 weeks from the date i had brought it in! When this was made known to me, returned to this location for their records of me paying them a small payment for packaging filler. And to my surprise, i was told that they did not keep that information past 30 days! Now ithe receiver that didnt get this has started making withdrawals out of a friends bank account, which never shouldve happened! I am very upset with the lack of records and the agent i spoke with whom gave me the worst customer service and no-care attitude!

Special hours for the holidays but no one is answering the phone.

Any favorable reviews were probably from friends of people who work (and I use the term work loosely) there. My unfortunate incident was dealing with the print department. The employee who waited on me had a bad attitude, and was one of those type of people whose first reply is negative. They dont do that, they cant do that, etc. Each question was answered with a negative reply. Even though what I was requesting had been done there numerous times before. The manager (and I use that term loosely for this too) either didnt want or was to lazy to be bothered, or didnt know what he was doing or lacked even the least bit of sense. Lacked any communication skills. Employees often reflect the manager, and it is clearly shown here. Pathetic customer service. I hope this is not acceptable to FedEx. Or they set low standards for the people working there, just to have people occupying the store. What they couldnt do was done by Office Depot. Professional and good customer service.

I was acknowledged upon entry by Ms. Kelly. She was so helpful with my task. She showed me how to operate the equipment and stayed with me until my task was completed. I had another task to complete but my phone was off network and Ms. Kelly got it going for me. Ms. Kendra helped to remove 11 pages from my phone that was so important and urgent to finish my task. Ms. Kendra and Ms. Kelly were kind to everyone that came through the doors. Very professional and knowledgeable at their jobs. Keep up the good work.I went on 7/5/19 and was greeted by Ms. Brandy. My task was simple yet my phone wasnt cooperative. Brandy conferred with another employee and she was baffled about this symbol that kept showing on screen. They put my wifi back on which is opposite of the norm...then bam!!! It was ready to release the documents. Ms. Brandy didnt give up on me and asked for help and they were a TEAM. !!!!!! Im visiting and transitioning from Tennessee. Thanks store SHVK location 3802.

Horrible service locked the door while I was putting on my mask in the parking lot. Said they were closed and wouldnt let me drop off a package.

I just left this location and once again it reminded me why UPS is better. I only went because it was close to my home. Kendra working at 10a on 9/7 extremely unpleasant.

Rude staff. Filed a complaint on the website, asked a manager to call me and they never did. Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Awesome! I elected to have my package held at this location, and they notified me of the arrival in a timely manner. Staff was extremely nice and answered any and all questions I had.

Staff was super polite and helpful and this location has everything fax, computers, stationary, boxes, all your shipping needs.

Horrible service. Took 30 minutes for them to print out 1 piece of paper. Was in such a rush after that that I sucked it up when they blatantly Over-charged me and then didnt know how to correct it. Very rude manager/owner who clearly did not care about any of this. Only saving grace was that they had 1 employee who knew how to do anything. WOULD AVOID unless said competent employee is working.

The employees here take incompetence to a whole new level. Theyre flat out lazy. It seems theyve been poorly trained to do A,B, & C and if you even dare to ask them to do D, their brains glitch out and they refuse to help you. Avoid this place at all cost. You will have an awful time trying to do just about anything here.If youve had a bad experience here (or several like me) follow my lead and file a complaint with corporate. This place needs to be completely shut down and re-opened with new staff and management.

They tore a massive hole in my package, exposing vital parts of my computer I was sending. They admitted they broke policy, because if they damage a package, they are supposed to repackage it. Told I would get a call in 3 to 5 business days...never happened. Sorry excuse for a shipping service.

Terrible service.We walked into the store a little after 8am. We were the only clients in the store and she printed one sheet of paper right away ($6). However, the front and back did not match so we asked her if she could reprint it because the variance was almost 1/2Then she said she HAD to scan several boxes that are being shipped out at 6pm, so she made us wait about 10 minutes (for one freaking sheet of paper) until we realized she really did not want to help and we walked out.

Rude employees. And they always close early. Get there before 5:30 or they will lock the doors and stare at you when you walk up even though they should be open until 6.
