I had my 2010 S550 serviced here. Don’t expect cheap if you’re having a MB vehicle serviced, nothing MB is cheap and their labor isn’t either. That said, they know what they’re doing and if you want the best service for your MB this is where to have it done. I find their service managers to be friendly and helpful. The dealership gave me a driver for the day while I got service which they are under no obligation to do, so I really appreciated that.Their lot is kind of a chaotic mess. There is ongoing construction in the lot, and lots of one-way areas. Parking is scarce.On a side note this is where my wife bought her MB and as far as I know she had a good experience with them, but my review is based solely on my interactions with them and their service dept on my S550.
I am long time customer of Wagner Mercedes, I have always respected and their salesmanship and also service department, over the past 4 years it has been terrible, every time I have a vehicle serviced they forget to put oil or washer fluid, transmission fluid, etc. etc.,, They are supposed to check & top off all fluids, that is what I am paying for, this was the second time it has happened and I am very upset, I pay top dollar for their service because they have always given me a level of safety and ease,, now I have to worry every time my vehicles leave to check their work,, This is a real concern as customers could do severe damage to their vehicles due to their lack of incompetence, The service department needs to step it up and check on their mechanics, as they are supposed to do, before the vehicles leave the service department…

I had a scheduled appointment for Service B maintenance. Walked in, the unwelcoming receptionist told me the wait was 4-5 hours. She also verified that I scheduled the service stating I would wait in the waiting area. Then told, the cost was $753. Which makes it $150 more than the location in Natick. That was my first time at this location so Im not sure if the problem was the off putting woman at the reception desk or if this was standard business. I left to think about all of this, then told myself, if things arent adding up, not to spend my money there. So I never returned. This was on 7/20. So management if youre reading this I hope this is addressed.

Sales process and finance process were great...car delivery and checkup was not great! Took to my detailer after picked up from dealership to have a ceramic coating put on and he noticed the car had repairs done to the front bumper area (which still had tape on it - see picture) and paint overspray on the roof from the repair (second picture). Both of these areas had to have full paint correction done to remove the over spray and the scratches on the bumper area. I contacted the dealer to ask whether or not my car had been damaged prior to delivery and had any repairs done...that was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back only to say they contacted the Mercedes rep. Other than that, the car is fantastic. As I said, the sales process was great and overall the dealership has been great up to this point. Would have given a 5 had I not had to have the paint issue corrected at my cost!

I bought my car here 11 months ago . They were 5/5 selling the car. Now I brought it in for service B. 10k miles later they told me it needs rear brakes and spark plugs. Long story short. It needed them 10k miles ago too. So they did a recall also on my car which I didn’t know about till I was home and read the receipt. I’m not satisfied with this dealership so I had my car fixed elsewhere. MB is the finest car on the planet. I’m hooked. I did have a MB dealership in New London do my brakes and really felt good when I left. Keep driving the best!!

Rarely do I take the time to leave a public review, but I have to say I was blown away by how easy the team at the dealership made the car buying experience. We worked with Andrzej in sales and Paul in finance. Initially my wife and I were just looking and came in to look at a particular car. When we came in Andrzej had the car ready, but pointed out a couple things we missed which made it not the right fit. However, Andrzej had three options already lined up before we came in as he though this might be the case and showed them to us. Ultimately, one of them was the right fit. Really well done thinking about the client and anticipating alternatives.When it came to price and financing, everyone was super helpful and transparent. The team offered a more than fair price on our trade in, and the price of the car was fair as well. Then we got to work with Paul doing the financing, and he too was completely up front about what packages and services could be offered. He worked with our bank an no pressure. Just the facts and prices, and left it completely to us without the stereotypical car sales tactics.Overall a great experience at MB of Shrewsbury, and highly recommended. Five stars.

During these crazy times the simplest things can be difficult to navigate. I bought a vehicle and worked exclusively with Tonia Backstrom, i believe at the time the only sales or finance person in the building. I purchased from Maine which has its DMVs closed. Tonia worked through a maze of issues that arose from this. On the last day she also drove my new vehicle hours out of her way after work to deliver me the vehicle. She was prompt when responding to correspondence, professional, and all around an amazing woman to work with. She made my dreams reality and busted her you-know-what while doing it. I WILL buy from her again. I promise.

I bought a used Lexus from this dealership, it was a great experience. The staff was never pushy, just extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I found a car that was not a Mercedes but was the car I had been looking for (BMW). Everything from A-Z was great. From discussing pricing to purchase to financials. EVERYTHING. I worked with Paul Nate and Tim. I cannot tell you how good they were to me, especially getting to the price point I needed. Used car buying is not always easy but let me tell you could not have been better. I will be back for sure.

Ben Boomer at Wagner Mercedes was outstanding to deal with. I arranged for purchase of the car online, since I live in Washington State. Ben was very attentive to the details needed for the long distance transaction. He made sure the car was detailed and ready for shipping when the transport was scheduled. There were no surprises during the transaction and the car arrived exactly as I had expected, and with a full tank of gas! During the buying process, David the sales person was so good with a lot of positive energy, good knowledge of the product . He actually had flowers waiting for my wife when we picked up the car. Its my third car from this dealership and I still get amazed.
We were skeptical because we were only buying a used Ford from a fancy Mercedes-Benz dealer.Was I wrong! You would’ve thought we had been buying Mercedes’s for years.We had a few concerns about the car.(Nicks, paint defects, small hole in pass seat) Instead of saying what I’m used to hearing I heard “No problem we’ll take care of it.” I didn’t think you could buy a car like this. The car only had one key. Last car I bought the weren’t getting me another key unless I bought it. This car has the fob built into the key. So I’m thinking how much is this going to cost. Before I even ask they tell me they’ll get me another key. I was blown away.Couldn’t be happier.
Excellent experience yesterday with Mercedes of Shrewsbury. Id especially like to single out Glenn Shaw for being such a nice, helpful, and knowledgeable sales professional. I would recommend him (and the entire dealership) to anyone. From Glenn, to Russ the business manager, to John who demonstrated my new vehicles features, and to the guys in the parts department who were so pleasant, the entire experience was A+++. I live quite a way from Shrewsbury and originally only went there because they happened to have the particular vehicle I was looking for. However, I came away so impressed with everyone that I would definitely go back.
