Two sundays that I have gone to shrewsbury Massachusetts AT&T that I have gone there and it has been closed when they are said to be open on google till 6. This is a huge disappointment and is very outrageous considering that there is no other at&t near me that is close.
It was a wonder experience. Kevin was very helpful and polite when answering my questions. Everyone at the store was very nice!
I had to set up phones for my family in Northern California. Steve N.listened, asked questions, and set everything up for me. He was very professional, nice, and thorough. I recommend him if you are ever at this store.

Im and older lady with little knowledge of cell phones. I was in the Shrewsbury Ma store I need help with my new phone and Kevin the Manager was so kind and patient with me I would give him 10 stars. To all my friends and family I would recommend the Shrewsbury Ma Rt Nine store they go above and beyond to help with any problem.
It was Friday evening and we needed assistance activating a new phone received the day before in the mail. As a new customer on my sons AT&T account and my first iPhone, I had some concerns. Best customer service ever from Luan the service representative!!
Good service, but not as much stock in this store as you can find elsewhere. Tried to talk us into going home with iphones even though we had a promo for new LGs (that we eventually got and are really happy with). Read up before you go in-store, otherwise you might get talked into a deal thats not as good as youd get with a little bit of searching on your own.
I just had the best experience at this store. Roger and Sam were super friendly and helped me get a new phone so fast. I thought it was going to be a long wait but it wasn’t. Thank you so much!
Igor is the best worker I have ever worked with! Hes professional and honest and took care of me and all my needs while helping another couple get phones and tv as well! Everyone walked away happy with service :)
I had the best experience at this store working with Roger. He was knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. I went in frustrated about my phone being broken, so he helped me out and got me set up with a new iPhone XR. Roger helped me transfer all my contacts and photos to my new phone, quickly and painlessly.I highly recommend this store and I will be back again for any future purchases!!

Just got back from this store and couldn’t wait to write a review because this was the best customer service I’ve EVER dealt with. Ashraf set me up with a brand new iPhone for a really good price. I’m very satisfied with what they’ve done for me, all while smiling and making me laugh. If I could rate over 5 stars I would. I might visit just for fun because the crew there was great to hang out with. The way Ashraf’s hair flowed was also really elegant. All in all, the best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store in a very long time.

The place has excellent responses and service. The store manger explained all billing details for a family package including any additional costs.
Zero star rating. Service worse than horrible!!! They are in direct violation of their own posted return policy in the store and on the receipt.Its ILLEGAL what they are doing. Its unethical. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ATT&T RETAILER! Purchased an iPhone that doesn’t hold a charge from day one. They will not replace the device. Sent me to Apple had to wait 3 hours for an appointment. Got the note from Apple saying it wasn’t holding a charge. AT&T said if I had that they replace it. Now they have changed there minds and won’t replace it. Unless I buy a more expensive device or take a black phone, which I am sure is refurbished. Policy states a 14 day return policy which they are not honoring.
Robino is the best! We had to update our plan and upgrade a phone and he was so helpful in getting us what we needed and saving us a lot of money from our previous plan! He was honest and informed us of different specials but never pushed on anything the way some sales people do to the point you feel uncomfortable. It was great doing business there. It was not too busy and we were helped right away. The other staff that assisted us were also helpful. I recommend you stop by this location over others and talk to Robino!
Absolutely appalling business practices that border the criminal
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This store is not an AT&T Corporate Owned Retail Store, but an AT&T Authorized Retailer (privately owned) and they do not uphold their own return policy for a new iphone that was broken right out of the box. First, they told me I could exchange the device, but I had to pay a $45 restocking fee... on a brand new broken phone. I refused. Then, the next day, they insisted that they couldnt return the device because it was broken and that I had to go through the Apple warranty to get a repair, which is insane. I talked to 6+ AT&T employees at different stores and via the AT&T customer care hotline, and all of them said they had never heard of a store denying a return within 14 days and that they waive the $45 fee when processing this type of return. The store manager only facilitated a return of the device through an AT&T Corporate store when I threatened to get a lawyer. Awful experience! Go to a real AT&T store!
Too long a wait to even get help switching to a new phone
It was grate experience Mr.Rogelio hernandez he was so cool and very fast guy. and very grate helping to the customers.he explane me everything clear, (before i went to some At&t store in Worcester )there customer service was very bad .i drove 30 miles to come to this store Shrewsbury i am so happy with this store i recommend this store
Igor is a great representative of AT&T. He is cordial and tries to help more than one customer at the same time. I just wish that my time spent there wasnt so long.
This place is HORRIBLE! Going on month 3 still being billed for line we dont even have and get nothing but excuses! Would give 0 stars if possible

Dont come here. Customer service at this location is terrible. I came in to make a change to my service plan and agent Tom handed me a phone to call customer service...Second, when I asked Tom to pre-order the iPhone 6s he tried to sell me the iPhone 6. He repeatedly insisted that I should purchase an iPhone 6 and I had to insist that I wanted a 6s. He then began to lie to me about the hardware specifications of the two phones so I left.Awful experience and a waste of time.
Amazing service, even if the result of the service was us not buying anything immediately.
Avoid this location. I have tried to do business there three times and regretted it each time. Today the employee told me to go to Apple since my phone was older than two weeks old. He did not even check the sim card to see if it was an AT&T issue. So lazy and unprofessional.
