Outstanding attention to detail by the Customer Service Team. Any questions were immediately answered. If their was a question the Teammates quickly got together and gave me a detailed and complete answer. Very pleasant during the entire process!!!! All were socially distanced correctly masked.
Just a horrible experience. Katy/Katie was NOT helpful at all. Very curt and rude- no sense of empathy what I have been through since my switch to T-Mobile on Dec 22nd. Did not make any effort to make my experience any better- did not seem to care.
Went there the other day for assistance with my new phone. I walked in and a girl approached me to help, I was telling her my situation and she said you need to take a step back that was just ridiculous to me, I wasnt even that close to her and had a mask on.. Definitely put a sour taste in my mouth... wasnt waiting the 20 mins either for assistance because they were at capacity. Luckily, she suggested the old sprint, new T-mobile down the rd. They were so nice and very helpful!! Oh mind you, I was even closer to the person helping at this store then I was to this girl at other store. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to that T-mobile again.
I went to the T-mobile in Shrewsbury to buy a new phone and I was serviced by Dan Silvestri I had a great experience he went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. Thank you so much.
They are very helpful. Ray even followed up with us to see if we are happy with T Mobile. I have a business account and Ray let me know when a better deal was available for me to take advantage of. Staff were not knowledgeable or willing to pursue information beyond what we are told. I have a billing/transfer issue that has lasted several months and they demonstrated no interest in trying to resolve this egregious error. I have to wait again to speak to a manager, who of course, was not working in that store at that time.
I am very sorry that I visited this place very unprofessional customer service. The staff didn’t respect the line order and they served a customer just entered the store and left us waiting for more than 15 minutes then when we asked for their help they didn’t finish our request. I am really speechless of what I got from this unprofessional customer service team.
Very unhappy ! The new staff seemed to be more sales driven now compared to the previous staff I had become accustomed to with my many years as a customer. knowing my customer service will be sub par now over the past years. The biggest concern is their drive to want to upgrade or sell me up to a newer device . Then trying to offer me a tablet when I was curious to phone offers but as a long time customer there are few offers or have to add new line for some offers . Really tired of the games with this company as being a long time customer.

I justed switched to T-MOBILE. Shelby hooked me up and took care of everything. There was a line of people behind me and she was the only one there. But she stayed calm cool and collective. She is the best!!!

Im a T-mobile fan and recommend them as a preferred vendor for phone service. They have come a long way with coverage over the old days of just a few years ago. The on-line customer service has always treated me with respect and the local people can be hit or miss, but most often its because they are new to the brand. This store I have visited 100s of times and they get the job done, and the latest manager call me directly to fix and answer a complaint I filed in a post sale survey over the lack of documentation on a new promo. She called the next day after the survey and took care of everything. I encourage you to shop here and make T-mobile your phone carrier.

Go to the 490 Lincoln St office in Worcester instead of here and save your time and frustration!Twice now Ive tried to go buy a phone (outright buy, no complicated financing or anything) and they have been out of stock. Which would not be so bad if I didnt have to wait in line 30 minutes each time to find that out. And that 10 minutes away the Lincoln Street office had the phone in stock, BOTH times!But while standing there waiting you see the car-dealership like environment they run, employees just seem to be there for the paycheck, going down the upsell sheet to check all the boxes and try and extract as much money as possible from the poor saps who wander in.Presumably the fact that they are always out of phones mean they are really good at signing up everyone who comes up whether they should really be buying the phone in question or not, but when I come in looking for a phone at a flagship store, I expect it to be there after having to endure a 30 minute wait while they ask the customers just trying to upgrade a single line if they own a business (WTF?).Never going back here again.
Always helpful staff, but sometimes very busy on Sunday. Ive been with them for 13 years, and I have no complaints.

The cable I received with the phone is defective because its overheating and arcs. I brought this cable to show it to the sales persons and see if they can direct me how to get replacement. He automatically blamed me for not properly connecting it and for having bent pin inside the connector. That would be all fine if i didnt check that before hand, I am myself IT engineer and used to repair devices for living. There is no bent pins it looks like pin 4 is missing and pin 3 is shorter than others but thats by design. Nothing physically wrong with this connector. I just could not believe the rudeness of the person working there and in front of 5-6 people in the store he lectured me on how to make a connection to the phone. I calmly asked him for the Samsung support number and left. I will keep going back because of the convenience of the store but I am not going to be so nice next time.
Not worth the one star Im forced to give to leave an honest review. People should learn to write more honest reviews and company employees shouldnt be posting false reviews. By far THE WORST Tmobile store I have ever been to. Ive been a loyal Tmobile customer for over 14 years and have never been treated more rudely and offered less help as when I walked in this store. I walked out, had my service disconnected and signed on with another carrier. Tmobiles EXTREMELY POOR customer service has definitely spilled over from the phones and into their stores.
Worst experience ever!!!! every time I go to the store they mess up my account no one knows what they are doing. went there asking if there was a promotion was told get 4 lines and pay for three, when the bill came $300 called customer service and was told there was no such promotion and i had to pay for 4 lines. Went back to the store was told a manger will call me in the next two days it’s been 1 week still waiting for that call. Worst experience ever will be switching from Tmobil.
A long wait with 2 young kids just for my Tmobile Tuesday. Once the employee realized what I needed quickly he helped me out.
Staff was super helpful and patient in getting my parents set up with new cell phones. Even showed them how to use some of the phones features. A+!
My first bill was $35 then my second bill was $53 and for the last 3 months my bill has been $80+ dollars and I now have to goto the store again to figure out why this time its more than it should by almost $30. The best part is I have to goto the store again because again my pin is not working and for the strangest reason that no customer service rep knows why, but when i call you cant send a pin to me to verify who I am because there is a system issue on your end so I now have to goto tmobile on my day off to figure this out rather than just taking care of it with a 15-20minute call at most! Im going back to Verizon, thank you T-Mobile for the reminder of why i should not have left Verizon!
Jarrell, George and Laz were awesome! Jarrell set up everything I needed on my new phone, right down to personalizations, and even called T-Mobile customer service himself to resolve an issue with a previous overcharge. They made my trip there a great experience. Exceptional customer service! Definitely recommend this location.

The people there will always find anything that they can immediately call physical damage and not allow you to upgrade your phone. they are out to screw you whenever you go into the store
