Purchased the lifetime balance & rotation for my new tires in 2016. Manager refused to honor my purchase, even when I provided my original receipt because the technician at the time did not put the tires DOT on the receipt (their responsibility, not mine). Was told, Those could be any tires by manager (through a technician, as he wouldnt even leave his desk to address the issue).To sum up, manager refused to honor my purchase and questioned my integrity. Ive been a customer at Wal-Marts Tire & Lube since 2006, but will now take my business elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience here. The service writer, Madison, was amazingly helpful in selecting the right oil and explaining the service. (Shes also pretty cute if I might add). Would highly recommend this service center to anyone needing tires or oil.

Margo was very nice and very helpful!! I left with a smile and satisfied with the work done to my car. I would recommend any of my friends and relatives to come here!

Dont pay attention to details

Went and had an oil change and the technician never asked about rolling the window down which is protocol. Great so without asking about said window they put it down and when it wont go back up sends us packing not their problem. Trash

Stopped in for an oil change. Fast, friendly and very reasonably priced.

I’ve been here twice for an oil change. The first time they changed my oil twice in a row and I waited 2 hrs and 45min. The second time I asked for new windshield wipers to be put on along with the oil change. When I got about a mile down the road I realized they didn’t put on the new wipers even though I payed for them so I turned around and went back. The second time they put on windshield wipers that were the wrong size and hung off the side of my car by about two inches. So I went back a third time and they put the right size on, but then after getting onto the highway I found out they didn’t clip them on all the way and one flew off. I’m just buying the stuff I need to do it myself, I can’t even trust them to switch out a set of windshield wipers.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I get off work at 4:45 everyday and most places close at 5 so I decided to go here because they are open until 7. I needed to get my tire patched and put back on because it went completely flat at work and I was on a donut. They told me that they had a call in and the person there couldn’t do it. (They always weren’t working in any other jobs) There was a guy in front of me that just bought a warranty from them and they refused his tire needs as well. I asked the woman if she could call the place across the lot and her reply was “I’m not calling another business and ask if they will do your service. Do you have a cell phone? Well use it.” I WILL NEVER RETURN!

They drove my truck into the wall as they were driving my truck out of the service bay. Now Im fighting with the Walmart claims department. What a mess.

Showed up at 4:15 for an oil change and a rotation. Keep in mind they close at seven. I was checked in at the entrance and the service writer informs me that they cannot do a tire rotation. I asked why, she said we can’t and looks over at some young kid and he says no.I was in customer service for years. You just don’t do that to customers.Keep in mind my oil was changed last year and they left the drain plug lose. I do not recommend this Walmart TLE to anyone. Customer service sucks.

Absolutely terrible....took our car there two weeks ago and has been leaking oil ever since. Not only was the oil filter not tight but they broke the plastic shroud that is under the filter. Buyer beware! Spend the extra 10 bucks and take it to a place that specializes in oil changes,- UPDATETook our 2015 Nissan Altima to Nissan and was told by the tech that he has never seen that much oil spilled on top of an engine. Nissan tech took pictures and the top of the engine had multiple pools of oil and was also told that I was lucky all the oil didnt foul the plugs out as they were sitting in oil. Tech had to put the car on the lift to clean the oil out from the frame and was charged a half hour of labor at $50.

Brought in a carry in tire to have mounted and balanced, after waiting for 2 hours my mind has been made up I will never return. Slow service and even worse attitude.

If i could id give this place 0 stars... went to get a tire yesterday, they told us give them 45 min we decided to go shopping while we waited.When we came back mind you more like an hour and 15 min they still hadnt gotten the tire. It was 15 min till they closed and they said they wouldnt be able to do it tonight but they would get it done in morning. Went back today a little after 12 and they STILL dont have the tire. NEVER GO HERE.

I called at 2:45p to ask if they could patch a tire and they replied yes “first come first served”. I arrived at 3:00p after a 15 min drive in, only to be greeted to a locked door, then a person came to the door and advised they were closing 3.5 hrs early. A tech was still there and refused to patch my tire.

Fast, and great services. I highly recommend to everyone.

Was In last week, the service is so much better now. 15 minute oil changes.

Never go here. Spent 20 minutes waiting for someone. Had 2 people pass me never asking if I didnt help. Estimated time was 25 - 30 minutes took them over 1.5 hours for an oil change. There excuse was because someone went home.

Worst service Ive ever seen. Was ignored for 25 minutes, told it wasnt someones job to help me, and then when the technicians finally pay attention they tell me its too late to do anything because apparently they close 5 minutes beforehand. Dont go here.
