Rob has been a tremendous help here today while setting up our new phones. He went above and beyond to help us out, he even entertained my daughter with paper and markers to color!!!! Raven was incredibly helpful as while with the purchasing process. Others in this store are pushy at times, but I would come back to deal with Rob or Raven anytime. True customer service!! Let’s hope t-mobile can keep him. I’d drive to Urbana if it meant his help !!

I never look forward to going into a southern store, always leaving with more questions and answers. This time that was not the case when I came across a guy named Rob. Not only was he understanding and actively listening to my issues he found a way to solve all of them without trying to make me feel like I’m being annoying. This store is a joke. I contacted sprint because I preordered 2 note 10pluses and I wanted to change the color of one of the phones. They told me because the order was placed online i had to go into the store. My wife and i go into the store and the woman who was working was not only rude, but acted like she didnt want to do anything. She even said that sprint customer service should have handled it and not sent me into the store.
Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Be warned though this is a commission store so they WILL try to upsale you on everything. Any of their accessories are overpriced, you can go to the walmart right next door and save at least $10 on everything they have. Other than their overpriced stock the staff was super friendly and helpful to articulate what everything meant and get you out the door with a working phone.The phone plans are really good if you bundle multiple phones on one plan even with the unlimited everything plan. With 5 phones each person on my plan is paying about $40 a month

Place is horrible. Bought a new S10 plus and phone USB port quit working 2 weeks later. Their solution was to buy a wireless charger or drive 60 miles to a tech center and they might be able to help but its not covered. So basically I have a $1200 paper weight. Avoid Sprint.
Store is very helpful. I checked the reviews before going in and was slightly worried. When I got there, another person was have issues and demanding the in store staff fix it. As I listened the issue they had was with something main office had said. Their door even says that they are a retail 3rd party. How could they have any control over main office?
I use Sprint and like the service plan for my tablet only... however local assistance and agents know absolutely nothing. They have never answered my questions, and have in the past had some issues with the main office with needs when I was out of state . The head company wanted me to drive 2 hours one way to show my drivers license in order to change my plan. They said that was the closest authorized dealer. Maybe if the person from the home company spoke English, she could have understood my dilemma, my security question answer in less time than an hour and threats to quit the company as soon as I return from my business trip. How convenient that as soon as I mentioned changing companies, she was instantly able to accommodate my request without the drive. Amazing.
I’m torn on how many stars to give because one person helping me was great (Jayden) and the other was absolutely just plain rude (Evan). Jayden was helpful and super nice. While Evan acted like a know it all who wouldn’t listen to anyone. I went in to switch to a new phone and I told him I had an email about activating when he was trying to do this on the computer and failing. He ignored me and continued on.. I then took the phone and boom, activated it. His response, “It was a you problem.” LIKE, WHAT?! I kept my composure and thanked Jayden and left soon after.He contacted his district manager while I was there as well (Amanda, I believe) and she was horrific to the staff. Did NOT want to take time to help what so ever.. so I guess that’s why Evan felt he could be so rude, his superiors do it.I hope Jayden continues helping others and being nice.. because it would be extremely hard to work for/with those types of people.
Why is it, the most affordable phones are never in stock? Right...but as I was told...they can get you one in two weeks!!!
Went in at a friends recommendation because Im getting tired of Verizon price-gouging me. The sales folks were friendly and answered all of my questions. Didnt have to deal with the middle management but considering the other reviews maybe I lucked out there...

The sprint store in sidney is a joke, the girl in there looked at us like we were interupting her day. Made a show of not being able to sign into the system and made no attempt to fix the situation and said id be better if we came back some other time
Paul the store manager is a lazy bum. I had an issue with billing and he said he’d take care of it. Left him multiple voicemails to call me back and he never did! Went back into the store and he said he had been busy for the last few weeks. That jerk was in an empty store watching a video on his phone! I told him I was going to another carrier and he rolled his eyes and smiled! How is this creepy bum even a manager?!?! Btw- I went back to Verizon. Screw Paul!!!

I have been with sprint since November of 2018. Approximately 5 months. During these 5 months, I have never be so deceived, miss communicated with, and lied to about numerous services and products. I cannot find two customer service representatives that are on the same page. When buying my devices (5), I asked numerous times what my bill would be. For all the devices, plans, protection, leases, etc. I was told a specific number over and over. I came back in the very next day to confirm this number. I was told the same number. When I received my first bill, that number nearly doubled. I had two phones I was not using. A family member was going to transfer their service to one of these phones. I was paying for it, so why not. It was just sitting there. We tried numerous times to transfer service over. Countless hours in the store and on the phone. 20 hours and more than 2 months later, we have yet to transfer service to the sprint phone. I was beyond frustrated so I paid for all 5 of the devices, plans, services, lease options, etc. Over $1,000! I was told that this was everything I owed. When trying to unlock my 5 devices, I was told by Customer service that I still owed money. And then I didnt. And then I did. For 3 days I have been going around in circles and have spent so many hours on the phone and driving back to the store because I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. I will let everyone I know about the terrible services and manipulation that has transpired in this store and from the manager, Austin. Austin does not take responsibility and has zero accountability. He is quick to let you know he is the manager, but cannot fix a single thing. The states the program/machine to transfer service has been down for over two months. And he cant do anything about it. Its not his fault he claims. His employees are not trained and know next to nothing. I can go in one day and be given information, and go in the very next day and be told something completely different. I will continue spewing negativity about sprint and this store to many others in my community!!

If you get the manager paul do not believe a thing he says. If he says he is gonna do something for you he doesnt. Swears up and down. I dont understand how he has even been promoted to manager.. mustve got it by default. If you refer someone make sure you sign up for it yourself or you will NEVER get your money that is promised to you. Paul was supposed to take care of this.. 3 months later and i still dont have my money. Called numerous Times, made an appearance and still he did NOT do his job. On top of that when i was in the store as im walking out another customer is mad and having the same problem you said you were gonna take care of this and you didnt he then proceeded to blame anyone but himself.. the system, the department he talked to or some area of sprint that they messed up. He clearly needs a different job. One that doesnt involve customer service.
