I have loved driving my Smart over the last couple years and I really like to thank the people at Madness Auto for making it possible. My 453 has the Carlsson exhaust, Madness Go-pedal, lowering springs and they have all lasted really well. I am about roughly 69k miles and I had an issue where the key would not release from the ignition. When I took it to Mercedes they wanted $1400 to fix it. I called back at Madness and Art literally fixed it in under 2 minutes when he told me to drop by. The knowledge they have here really gives you the peace of mind and that is why I always go back and do my maintenance with them. Thanks again everyone

Service was great. Staff are very informative, knowledgeable, respectful and patient. My car was treated properly. Wait was not long at all.. I dropped off the car, went to go eat, and when I got back the car was complete. The product itself is definitely more than I expected. Their videos didnt give justice to the Monza exhaust.. sounds way better in person. Highly recommend this modification for the Alfa Romeo Giulia TI 😍. I will be returning for more of their products and services.

I want to start off by saying they have the best customer service an agent name Andie help me pick out my products and with my installation and was always available to answer my calls I have a 2021 Alfa Romeo I ordered the go Pedal Excelerator and max pro performance chip end it was seriously the greatest upgrades I have ever made to my car I highly highly highly recommend these two products to anyone trying to get more torque and boost and power and horsepower and just an overall faster car it’s seriously night and day after installing those two products and I was able to install them by myself very easily and it really changed the way I drive my car and how happy I am with my car best company ever highly recommend their products. Once again I cannot say enough good things about Andy if you’re lucky to talk to Andie in customer service he’s probably the greatest customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with in any company possible Andy don’t forget that name Andy and if you want to speak to him he’s extensions 204 and I have absolutely no relation to him I’m just a straight up happy customer and when I get good customer service they deserve good reviews - sincerely happy customer Tamer

Madness Autoworks sold us this beautiful spoiler. We made a 9 hours drive and had them install it. Couldnt be happier! They gave us so many ideas, were enthusiastic about the car, and the work they do. We want to have them do all our customizations. Thank you guys.

Shady business, unprofessional customer service. They had an item online for a lower price and I ordered it then received an email that I had to pay additional money because they priced it incorrectly. Bait & switch like…. When I called into CS they basically said they will work with me but did not. Then claimed that it’s stated in their policy that they can change the price whenever but it is not. I decided to cancel my entire order. I will never do any kind of business with them ever again.

Great place to run ideas, determine whats possible, and plan a build out to reality.The guys here are like that family member who knows cars, except that they actually do. And they wont guilt you about not going to your nieces soccer trophy presentation ceremony.

I had a difficult time finding the facility causing me to arrive 30 min. late to my appt. the staff was very cordial and took my car in and got right to work on it. The young man who performed the work was standing by my car when it was ready for me to leave. He asked me to start the car and wanted me to hear it with the new exhaust system he installed to make sure it met my expectations. I was quite impressed with the pride of work he displayed and his ensuring i was happy with the system. I will certainly return to Madness for any future upgrades I may want. Thanks very much gentlemen for your understanding my tardiness and providing me with a great installation.

These guys are pros and know a lot about Alfas.. He went out of his to explain to me different types of exhaust systems and which would work best on my Alfa. I will definitely be back to the exhaust system now. Thanks Madness. Oh and this throttle controller. Best purchase thus far.

Im 55 years old and dont really post reviews much, but this time I felt I had to!I own an Alfa Romeo Giulia and like most owners of this particular vehicle, the stock exhaust does not reflect the performance of the vehicle. After some research, I ran into Madness Autoworks... So glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. Rather than trying to sell me anything they could, they took the time to see exactly what I wanted to accomplish. Once I explained that I wanted to upgrade my exhaust, but nothing too loud, they explained the difference in every modification they had and I ended up with exactly what I was looking for... I get compliments all the time on the sound!As much as I like saving a dollar or two, like everybody else, this review goes beyond that. This review is more about me finding a new family regarding future work to my vehicle.

Shady business...Ordered a part on Madness Autoworks on 02/01/2020. Till this day, it states awaiting payment even though payment went through on the 2nd of Feb. Emailed and called, never responded. What a joke of a company. Filed dispute w/ my credit company.

I Love Madness autoworks. Eric, Artt and Andre are all awesome. I have a 2017 Giulia base. Ecu, go pedal, carbon skirts, Monza exhaust etc. Eric has guided me through the process of upgrading the car. Zero complaints. Madness Autoworks has ALWAYS taken care of me..5 Stars ALWAYS!

After getting a costly quote for my 2008 SmartCar from Mercedes Benz in Beverly Hills, Madness Autoworks was able to run a diagnostic confirming what the problem was: Gear motor failure & mounts. Since I made an appointment ahead of time (with a very affordable estimate), they had the part ready and were able to repair my car on the same day!!! Also, Art & the whole crew have great customer service. My little SmartCar is running SO smoothly! 100% recommended.

Would not buy anything from these guys. They advertised and sold me a Set of 4 wheels for which my credit card was charged and I received a receipt to only have them contact me 2 days later and state it was a typo and renege the sale. Then they tell me that I knew it was an typo and tried to exploit them for the sale. Rude, condescending and simply contemptuous. I have all the correspondence and receipt. BUYER BEWARE! GO ELSEWHERE

**Updated 23 Feb 19...finally received my replacement goPedal+ after emailing Customer Service and letting them they signed for the return a week earlier. Sigh. The goPedal+ is ok, I dont think its worth the price. Why dont I just post that on their site you ask? Well, I did, and they chose not to post my review, so be very skeptical of any product on their site with a 5-star rating...its 5-stars out of the reviews they chose to post. Im not impressed with this company. BMC air filter I bought is pretty awesome, goPedal+ is so-so, and Customer Service is pretty poor. Review changed from 1 to 2 stars.**Ordered a goPedal+ for my Giulia...the default PIN didnt unlock the product. Returned the product 2 weeks ago, they signed for it 9 days ago, and still no replacement part. Right now Im out $300. Mind you, they never acknowledged receiving the return or shipping a replacement. I have emailed their customer service department since I was not able to catch them during business hours. I will gladly update this review when I receive a working product.

Ordered and received the autoflash TCU recently for the Jeep Renegade 2018 2.4 Trailhawk. Product did not come with instructions but managed to get a detailed PDF online. Install was easy and the product quality excellent. The difference it made to the 9 speed auto transmission is simply amazing. Excellent after sales response especially given that I reside in Southern Africa. Cannot wait to receive rhe gopedal as well. Highly recommended upgrades from a great company.
