My phone needed to be replaced and I made the mistake of first visiting Best Buy. Everything I wanted was out of my price range and there were no good promotions. AT&T in Signal Hill, CA is right around the corner so we stopped there next...Greeted by staff right when we walked thru the door. Reuben C approached and offered to help us. I told him what I was looking for. He LISTENED, then began to show me phones that fit what I wanted. He highlighted promotional deals that the AT&T were offering. The phone I decided to purchase was exactly what I wanted at a good $price. Reuben wasnt pushy but informative, he made the transaction easy. The whole staff were very friendly. I highly recommend visiting this stores location for all your mobile needs....
I am super impressed with Brandon at this location! I was stuck in a pickle with the phone I had and he did everything in his power to help me out. His attention to detail, and his patience is unmatched. His service felt natural and genuine. I can tell without a doubt that he does his best with every customer he meets. First time walking into an at&t store ever had questions and curious about the new iPhone 13 I was helped and all questions were answered by a nice young man by the name of Lash thank you so much for your service very professional !!
Good service, but when people come for help and you upsell them and cause them to wait hours on the phone to fix something the staff caused it aint right. Your churn rate at this location is probably bad. Honesty probably makes more money when you have a great product.

A young employee by the name of Tony has impeccable talent. He helped 6 or 7 customers on his own with an hour and a half to spare before closing. He was poised through it all. His multi-tasking skills were incredible. He was completing transactions on 2 iPads, checking inventory, and answering questions. The guy was a machine no lie!! He was outgoing — having conversations and cracking jokes with the customers, which took the edge off everyone who seemed in a rush. Never had a customer service experience like that ever! Thanks again to the goat Tony! Sheeeeessh!
I own my phone,But AT&T dragged their foot in releasing my phone from their Service,What should have taken 24 hrs, it is going on the 4 Days,I still remain attached to the AT&T Network unable to use MY PHONE,I was told by the Customer Service that AT&T does this as Punishment to Customer that Changes their Network.

I have to hand it to you. I could not be more impressed. I am just now leaving this store and what a night a d day difference from the last time I was here. The past time I had waited for 3 hours to try and pay my phone bill with a very busy and short handed staff. After I voiced my issue in my review regarding what happened I was surprised to see AT&T reach out to me and apologizing for them being less than their best. Fast forward to tonight when I needed to once again pay my phone bill and bracing myself for what could possibly occur this time only to be blown away by how quick efficient friendly (I was in and out in under 2 minutes and I was not the only customer) and properly staffed they were this evening. These guys were on it. So I have to say thank you to AT&T for actually taking the time to listen to my grievance and rather than just giving excuses or explanations, u reassured me you would see to it that it wouldnt happen again and you delivered. So I felt it only fair I come back and change my review to let you know thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking my issue with professionalism and then actually doing something about it. You have restored my faith with you. Well done

I came across a few issues trying to get new services online. I called support and got the run around a few times. I walked into this store with the idea of simply looking at phones for a potential upgrade in the future. Within seconds of walking in I was greeted at the door by a gentleman Saul. Saul was very patient with me as I looked around, answering all my questions and providing me with all the information needed for an upgrade. I decided to upgrade my phone and somehow ended up with a tablet (how could you say no when its FREE). I upgraded at that time because I saw how attentive this rep was. I was offered a variety of accessories with the devices I was looking at which would make this upgrade easier than me having to look on my own. After some conversation I later discovered that I could actually get Direct TV at this location along with other home services all at a discounted rate for simply being an AT&T customer. Long story short. I walked out of this store very satisfied. I upgraded my phone had a very cute case to go with it both devices. Not to mention I had a whole new TV provider which I am in love with! Direct TV and AT&T have my recommendation! Thank you Saul for all your help!

I went into the store the other day to buy a phone and the rep who helped me Miriam, she was the absolute BEST! Very professional but also friendly. She guided me through all of the features of the phone and explained it to me even when I wasnt getting it. You need more people like Miriam working in there!

Managers need to train their employees on customer service. As customer if you cant even acknowledge me or tell me you will be with me shortly as I walk in how can I expect you to take care of my phone service needs long term. This wasnt the first time getting bad customer service but it will be my last.

In & out, loved it, first time at an at&t store where I didnt have to wait foever for service and there was only one rep present and a couple of other clients. Maybe it was the fact that it would be closing in roughly 45 minutes. Dont really know or care, can always appreciate efficiency at its best!
I honestly was considering switching services until I came here. There was one woman in particular who helped me named Miriam & she changed my mind. Her service was the best & she was super patient & knew what she was talking about! Needless to say I would have left if it wasn’t for her ! Thanks again !

They helped me switch over my data to my new phone which was a lil difficult because I had safety lock on my old phone and couldnt use any apps. They were very patient. Also came at the right time At &t had a special for unlimited data which we always wanted and finally got.
Lazy ass customers service. They wont help me with transferring all of stuff from old phone to new phone, what they going to do at the AT&T store and do nothing to all is they disrespect to customers and they were on their cell phone whole time they working and getting paid for sitting and been on phone all day and not help customer and wasting customers time and do not go there because they cant help your problem with your phone. They only help when you planning to buy new phone or have time to help out! The at&t will need to do something to check in this place and tell them to help out and be more respectful to customers who need and dont know any better with phone. Why do you get that JOB if you dont care about your job to help customers then you shouldnt have been working there!! Damn AT&T!

What a joke for a store. How do you only employ one person. I spent over an hour waiting to be helped just to pay for my phone bill. Place is a joke and so are the people. I hate coming here for any of my AT&T needs. I suggest going to the AT&T store by LA fitness in Long Beach next to Lazy Acres
Drove around for 20 minutes trying to find this place because I needed a new phone. Google said they were open until 9. I got there at 820 and they were closed.
This is not my first unpleasant experience with this store. Last time I upgraded my there wsre issues. Not to mention the place stinks when you walk inside. This is not an AT&T corporate store. I learned the hard way to go thru corporate stores only. Apparently, as a franchise they do what they want. The employees arent the issue rather the stores management. The assistant manager (horrible service skills) and manager (admittedly said they were wrong ) refused to honor an employees offer of $300 for a trade-in on a cell phone. Despite the hassles and waste of my time/ energy, AT&T recognized that we have been loyal customers for 10+ years. The rep at corporate exceeded my expectations and not because of the items she compensated me. But, rather she diffused the situation, calmed me down and addressed my concerns. She was amazing but the store totally sucks. I will drive out of my way to another store from now on rather than shop here.

I have never received such poor service from At&t Representatives until today. Just standing inside this location was uncomfortable. The representatives show little to no concern about the issues being addressed and were just lounging around watching television staring blankly at one another and browsining their phones. No enthusiasm, No smiles, Horrible customer service. 4 representatives and not one carried themselves professionally. There wasnt even a warm greeting as you arrived, these gentlemen looked miserable.

Well, its 10am on a Saturday and store is still closed. Been having bill issues with ATT for 3 months now and now this. Every time I come in to the store there is always just one store attendant. Adios ATT, first and LAST phone contract with them.
Bad bad their was only 2 person working that night so when i walked it they were just looking at me an couldnt ask if i need help well one of them was working with a person an the other guy was just standing when i ask for help he said one min i was their for atlease 20 min an still didnt help me i had to just leave i dont lnow why they got lazy people working their for
2 groups ahead of me took over an hour and there are no seats

Staffing issues Im sure. I was the only one waiting and I waited for over 45 minutes and had to leave without any help. Staff was apologetic, but they were with the same guests the entire time I waited. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Went to Verizon, waited 3 minutes and facility was busy.
