Best place to get your phone repaired or serviced.The repairs are done pretty fast but without cutting corners definitely knows what hes doing. My phone works just like new. Extremely professional and straightforward no bs. The entrance of the place in on the main road not on the side of the building. Make sure to pull on the door lol. Great guy overall. Would definitely visit again and recommend this shop.

Great experience with them! Took my Samsung in because screen was pitch black. They diagnosed the phone as soon as I walked in and came up with the problem, ordered the part I needed and in less than a week, my phone was like new. Less costly than my phone insurance .

Called in to see about getting my apple watch repaired and the guy that answered the phone FIRST OF ALL - did not greet me. just HELLO rudelythen when I asked if my apple watch was going to be repairable, he said No because the back was broken (which I understood) however, before I could even ask about my SECOND device, which was a cracked screen on iphone, he just completely hung up. SO rude, not how you should be treating customer. Never thought I could hate a company just from a simple phone call. If you want genuine people that actually want to help you, dont bother here.

The mic on my iPhone 7 Plus wasn’t working. I dropped it off. Picked it up in 45 mins and it was ready. Josh is quick, efficient and the price is reasonable. Don’t buy a new phone before trying him first.

I brought in an iPod from 2005 to have its select button replaced. It couldnt be done in house and needed to be sent out to a specialist. After a few weeks, I called to check on it. Instead of telling me hed get back to me (like Ive come to expect from repair shops), he called the specialist then and there for me and let me know that the specialist just had to drop it off. I was able to pick it up today. Before he charged me, he had me make sure the iPod was working to my satisfaction. I brought out my card to pay, but he saved me the card fee by first asking if I had Venmo. Very friendly guy. I think a lot of the people who thought he was rude were people who didnt explain their issues/didnt understand the issues and thought they were getting ripped off when the total was more than the estimate.

They were closed before the website said they should be, apparently they dont like customers late in the day

Josh has changed my battery on my iPhone twice now. First time it lasted about 3 years. Sucks to see him but he always does great work. Referred family and friends over the years and he has been great!

For the last 10 years any time I have any type of phone problem, josh has been there to fix it. He is very professional and respectable and always accommodates me regardless of how busy he is. His prices are super fair and the best in Long Beach. Even when he is closed he will still answer his phone to take any questions about your broken phone. Hate to break my phone but if there was a plus side it’s that I get to see Josh knowing that he will fix any problem and take the stress off of me.

The guy seemed nice but bad first impression the place seemed janky office was filthy his desk was covered in old busted phones in piles no real organization decided not to have work done. Maybe a great guy or service but first impressions matter and it wasnt good.

Replace my Apple Xsmax screen and 2 months later it cracked again. Never hit the ground or anything just the pressure of my finger obviously he uses very cheap parts stay away from this business especially since he charges a premium For substandard quality parts. I even sat there and watched and repair a phone that he destroyed of a clients that caught on fire because he poked through the lithium ion battery and it caught fire!!

Great personable service. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and 2 people were already ahead of me, so I asked Josh if he would like me to leave the phone with him or come back tomorrow. He kindly asked me to stay. He ended up staying 30 minutes past closing time to repair my broken phone. On top of that, I forgot my wallet and Josh allowed me to come back the next day to pay him. My Pixel 2 charging port wasnt working anymore so I brought it in for repairs and works good as new now. Service took about 2 hours and everyone in the office was extremely friendly. Very helpful place, but try to pay cash to avoid a card fee lol

Worst place ever. He tried to charge a credit card processing fee but Surcharges cannot be imposed on debit or prepaid debit transactions. This holds true even if a cardholder chooses credit as an option when using their debit card. Theft.

Took my S7 Edge for a charging port repair. I was provided with a couple options and chose the one that best suited my budget. Josh was friendly and quick with his repair. I was expecting to leave my phone and return another day for pick up but he did all the work on the spot. Cant ask for anything better than that! Doggos make the short wait even shorter.

Yesterday, I visited this place to fix my cracked screen phone. Really fast and perfect service. They put in a new one with Apple original part. Price was reasonable and I got 60 day warranty too. The repair guy named Josh was nice. Only took about 15 minutes.

My phone had ink leaking behind the screen. Finally got fed up with it and looked this place up. Called in to ask for details and price. Went in, 2 customers there waiting in line. Josh gave me an option to leave phone there and come back in about an hour. Came back after an hour phone screen replaced, no problems. Overall loved the experience would recommend and come back. I have been coming to Long Beach iRepair for around half a decade now. Always left satisfied with no problems with my apple repairs at a decent price. Got my Sisters macbook air with water damage repaired through LB iRepair, and various generations of iPhones repaired in as little as 20 minutes right in front of me. At times it will be busy and may take a little longer to repair your device. Which is OK with me and most customers. I brought my iPad and computer into josh last Monday. Josh had my iPad that was cracked in a thousand pieces fixed in just a couple hours and up and running. This was really important because I use it for my business to bill my customers so the less time without it, means more money in my pocket as a opposed to no money at all. Josh had my computer ready when everywhere else told me it would take a week, he had it ready in two days! My iPhone 6 Plus had sound issues. For whatever reason the phone would vibrate but not ring. Took the phone to Josh he figured out the problem in like 30 seconds. He offered me two solutions one to actually fix it and another to work around the problem. I chose the second one...well cuz it was free and worked just as good. Phone works perfectly now of course thanks to josh! Been going to Josh for 6 or 7 years now and he has always been awesome!

Awesome experience, and I didnt even have to go in the repair shop. Long story short: called in looking for advice for busted IPad Pro screen, and the cool guy that answered gave excellent feedback & insight -- essentially indicating that, in this case, I might as well wait for a time to get this fixed for a variety of reasons. This guy could have made a few bucks off of me -- an easy mark -- but he took the best interest of the consumer in mind. Next time I need help, I will most definitely go to Long Beach iRepair

On Thursday May the 23rd I dropped an iPhone 8 that had a broken camera came back the next day around 5 and it was fixed mind you it was ready earlier that day just had work and couldn’t pick it up. Today May 27th I go in for a broken screen different iPhone of course and in 15 minutes or less I’m out of there with a brand new screen. Josh is efficient and won’t overcharge you. Great for replacing phone screens. Quick, relatively cheap, and easy. However, would not recommend service on computers or laptops, as the staff seems to be lacking experience and inventory in that area, leading to an inability to provide quotes or estimated service details.

I first visited them last year when my iPhone 5s power button went on the blink. The owner, Josh, was able to fix it the same day for $50. I thought Josh was very personable and reliable and I was happy with the repair. I was hoping to never have to use them again, but what was I to do when my iPhone 6 decided to bungee jump out of my pocket and onto a cold hard tile floor, shattering its face (and, lets face it, my heart)? Welp, good thing LB iRepair is so close and convenient! Josh was able to replace my screen in about 30 minutes while I waited, total cost being $187 (still CASH ONLY). Now that its as good as new, Im crossing my fingers that I dont have to use iRepair again any time soon, but just in case life has other plans, Im so glad a reasonable and reliable repair shop is just a short drive away.
