The T- mobile place on willow and cherry is the best place to go if you want good customer service. The representative who helped me his name is Alex did a very good job and he was so patient with me and making sure i understood how to operate my phone. He also fixed the trouble i was having with my apple watch and had back up and running thank you so mucj alex for your service and you did a wonderful job.

So far best experience at a Sprint (company own) store. Got an excellent deal by adding a line (I needed the line) and got this on a flex lease at zero cost. Thank you Any De Campo for the excellent service.

Was having issues activating a new galaxy phone and support said I just needed a new SIM card from any Sprint store. I went to another store who just lied to me about my phone, insisting it was a T-Mobile device (its not) and pressured me to buy another phone from his store. So i left and came here. This store was awesome and quickly provided the correct SIM card and was activated within minutes! Highly suggest this store.

Told the guy (jose) my phone wasnt charging so he took my charger ... didnt give it back and that was it ... then I went downtown to the sprint store on pine and they cleaned my phone and I BOUGHT ANOTHER CABLE ... honestly dont go to this location ... stupidest and most infuriating experience here

This store is probably the worst ever. They dont listen you or try to help you entirely. Huge miscommunications! Besides, one of the worker was talking with the Sprints customer service and they just started chatting and taking their Instagram account of each other while we waiting there. Waste of your time! Drive little bit more and go to another store.

This place the workers try to lie and they try to cover each other. Do not try to deal with the buy back program. They will not disclose the proper information that you need. They will not tell you every detail about the buy back program is not what it looks like. If they say sprint will pay for you to cancel your other contract, then its not like that. Theres more to it than this. Have them explain the break down of how it is done.
