I consider myself fairly picky when it comes to customer service, but Victor our sales person was amazing!! He was so incredibly patient with my husband and I. We are new to riding and needed to buy everything for us to ride. He found everything we were looking for and always with a smile. His manager Adam was very nice as well. They took their time with us and never pressured us into purchasing something we werent comfortable buying. We will definitely be going back!!

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS THEY DO NOT TAKE RIDER SAFETY SERIOUSLY AND WILL SELL ANYTHING TO MAKE A COUPLE BUCKS.I purchased an Extra Small size AGV K3 Dreamtime helmet from this store on May 8th of 2018. The helmet was used for 3 months before being stored for the winter in my home. I purchased a new helmet and made the decision to sell the AGV dreamtime helmet I purchased from Extreme Supply.It was at this time i made the decision to wash the liner of said helmet so that the new owner did not get an unclean helmet. At approximately 9:30 am i pulled said liner out of the helmet. it was at this time that the helmet began to fall apart. the chin/mouth guard completely fell out of the helmet. this piece is not removable and should not under any circumstances be removed. upon inspection of this piece i found that the metal mesh vents on this mouth guard were also falling off.at this point i inspected the helmet and realized that the entire inside of the helmet was falling apart. I then reached out to Extreme supply Sales Manager Robert Gatlin who informed me the helmet was under warranty by AGV since it was purchased less that a year ago. all that i needed to do was send pictures and a description of the damages to Mr. Gatlin and he would send them over to AGV, the manufacturer.On April 1st, the manufacturer sent an email stating the helmet would not be covered because the damaged looked like a handling issue. Mr. Gatlin sent me the contact information of Mr. Rhett Williamson the warranty handler at AGV. I reached out to MR. Williamson on April 5th 2019, upon learning of the full story Mr. Williamson requested more pictures to take an effective approach at properly diagnosing the problem. on April 8th 2019,I called Mr. Williamson again and it was at this time that he informed me the helmet was manufactured 8 years ago.As such the helmet should have never been sold by that supplier as it is industry common knowledge that a helmets shelf life ranges from 5-7 years before it is completely unsafe for use. For this reason AGV could not offer me a refund under the warranty coverage because warranty coverage is for manufacturers defects, this specific case was not a defect at all but rather negligence by the store for selling such a helmet. Mr. Williamson provided me this information via email as proof for a claim of refund against the store.At 6:56 pm, on April 8, 2019 i called Mr. Gatlin of Extreme Supply and explained the situation. Mr. Gatlin offered many statements including,You should have known the helmet was old because it was on sale,the best i can do is give you 30% off another helmet,I have never been told by the manufacturer that there is a shelf life for motorcycle helmetsand quite a few more worrying commentsHe then refused to let me speak to the owner telling me he was the only person I would be speaking toMr. Gatlin ended the phone call by stating if i could produce the email from Mr. Williamson stating Extreme Supply was liable he would discuss refund possibilities.At 7:50 p.m. on April 8, 2019 i sent that email proof to Mr. Gatlin, he has since refused to respond to any communication attempts.THIS HELMET COULD HAVE LEAD TO MY DEATH IF I HAD BEEN UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE IN AN ACCIDENT. Mr. Gatlin said and I quote I guess thats true but it probably wouldnt of happened.this business is disgustingly negligent and them going out of business would be a service to riders everywhere.

They still have an issue with online inventory being incorrect. I actually called after I ordered and whoever I talked to said it was in stock so I assume they misunderstood. I got an email the next day from Steve offering a discount. I emailed that this is what others have mentioned in reviews and he didnt take the time to reply and defend his company. The product still shows available so they must just not care. I think others have mentioned a bait and switch mentality on the web side. Whatever. Overall, not the worst experience ever but not a good one either.

Just got my AFX -FX100 Helmet . It took two and a half weeks to get here but thats my only gripe. The helmet is spot on. The finish and quality are amazing for a skullcap under one hundred dollars and there are features like the inner sun shield visor that you should only get with helmets costing at least twice as much theres also the unique quick release system for the helmet instead of D rings . If your a wise shopper as most people are these days you should take this helmet under consideration . Be advised though these helmets run on the small side so its a good ideas to order it a size larger than you usually purchase . Youll be more than satisfied with your order. Ask for James he was extremely helpful in placing mine .

Loved the service here. Armando fully tailored the products he showed me with within the parameters I gave him. This place has the worst customer relations. Once you purchase its screw you if its defected. They dont care and the junk the sell is poor quality. Exsample: i bought a face shield which distorted everything; you could not ride without lifting it up to see clearly. Brought it back & explained the problem but this one salesmen said i dont see anything wrong with it. I said thats because its not attached to your helmet & your not riding a motorcycle. He did not care..to bad. He said and i quote; that what happens when you buy cheap stuff..Wow OMG! You just admitted your selling cheap stuff which is defective. My advice to all who buy merchandise from this business, they dont stand behind their mercandise and the sales people are rude and dont give a dame if you have a problem with what you puchase: as for any refunds or exchanges...forget about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I bought a bunch of gear from these guys. Everyone else seems to not understand that this is more like a warehouse then a normal store. They were always willing to work a deal on something and they often have clearance stuff at a really low price. If you need to order a part and dont mind the wait these guys are perfect for it.

Boots were ordered online, only going to oceanside from their place in long beach/signal hill, so showed up fast.. turns out needed one size down. talked to Wes over the phone who was cool about it all and looked up the order based on last name, didnt have order number handy. He also verified they had the one-size-down in stock that i wanted to exchange for. Called again next day to confirm ok to exchange closeout item, he assured me all was well. I show up with the boots, victor handled all this.. they take a short time to handle the new invoice/paperwork and im on my way. Good price, good service, good deal. negative reviews down below sound like duplicates or idiocy.. size 6XL helmet? no such thing exists, sounds like some of their past customers were tools.

Avoid this seller if at all possible: Seller advertised Joe Rocket RS-2 Rain Suite as available and in stock, so I order it on 17th Sept. after, 11 days I still havent received the item. I called the Seller and he said; that the item was out of stock and they had to order it and thats why it hasnt been sent. Seller advertises, and sells, items they dont have in stock, and you wait till they receive the item before it can ship.
