I’ve owned Lux de Ville purses for 5 years now. I still own and use the first one I got from them. I’ve only had to reach out to their customer service a couple times and each time they go above and beyond to make things right. I love my purses and I get compliments all the time on them. I cannot recommend them enough.

Love Lux De Ville! They make the cutest purses I have 7 now and love them all. Also the coffin makeup case is my favorite, it looks adorable in my bathroom and works for travel.

All I have to say is, I freaking love this company! Iv been purchasing my handbags and wallets from them for almost 10 years, going on almost 30 pieces. They have never let me down. There’s been mistakes on MY part that they fixed no problem, they have made mistakes and fixed no problem. The costumer service is just outstanding. Quick responses, and speedy delivery!! They have a loyal and forever customer!

I placed an order almost three months ago and it’s still showing up as unfulfilled. I have emailed numerous times and only received one rude email stating it would be sent out the following month, well two months later still nothing. The customer service is utter garbage as there isn’t any. I’ll be contacting my bank and reporting it as an untrustworthy transaction. I’m disappointed in Lux, I’ve always loved their products but this is the last time I try. I refuse to support a company that steals money from people.

This is my first experience with Lux de Ville and was very pleased. When I contacted them with a shipping question, Yvette responded the same day, I received my beautiful purse and wallet the next day, and they were well packaged and the items were as perfect as possible. I will definitely order from them again.

Surprised by the negative comments. High quality bags, bought a lady vamp tote over two years ago and it is still in wonderful condition! Recently bought a new bag and wallet, but they sent two bags by accident. I emailed the company and they responded within 48 hours, and the issued has been rectified promptly. Certainly would recommend, Love their products!

Didnt believe the horror stories until it happened to me. Heard that this company Didnt care about their customers but didnt want to believe it on the case of their nice looking products, but its true. They dont care. They never sent out my order or gave me my money back. And they wont even answer any of my messages, emails, or phone calls.

I have spent thousands on their products. I bought a pet carrier and the zipper broke the second time using it. They emailed me saying they would send a replacement over a month ago and still nothing. I have the emails to prove it. I guess they will no longer be getting my business.

I love their bags but their customer service is horrible. My husband bought two purses and a wallet (all full price items) from Lux for me for Christmas. I was in love with them. One of the purses has a zipper close. The second day after Christmas I was carrying that one and the zipper pull came off. Examining the zipper showed it was not the pull that was broken but where it attaches to the zipper so that the zipper itself would have to be repaired or replaced. My husband Immediately sent an email to Lux de Ville customer service and received no response. After a few days, he sent another email. No response. Finally, after many emails and three weeks, he got a response asking for a photo of the problem which he sent. No more responses. More emails. No more responses. Meanwhile, I was getting marketing emails from them so, frustrated, I sent a reply to one of those and immediately got a response from the owner asking what had happened. I told her what had been happening and then received no more responses. After a week or so, I emailed again and she responded asking for a photo. I told her my husband had sent one already but I would send another and I did. Since then, no more responses except for a CC from the customer service saying my husbands and my issues had been combined. Since then, there have been no more responses. This has been going on now for 2.5 months. I was reluctant to leave a bad review but Ive given up. We just want the bag repaired or replaced but apparently they dont care about their customers. Their bags are super cute and are not the most expensive but they are priced rather high for their materials and quality. For the price, they should be ready to fix any problems with their bags. If you buy one of their bags and there is an issue, dont expect to get any help. We will not be buying any more of their products.

Ordered a Mini Lady Vamp Tote and received the wrong product. Although it is was very beautiful, it is not what I sent them my hard earned money for. I have spent about 5 days trying to contact the seller through various forms of communication and they seem as if theyre too busy for their customers. Would not recommend.

I dont understand all the bad reviews! I have now bought my wife five purses and a couple wallets from Lux de Ville and have NEVER had a problem! Have also visited their shop in Signal Hill and they couldnt be friendlier or more helpful!! My wife LOVES all of their products so we will continue to collect from Lux de Ville.

Don’t order from here it’s been months and I have not recieved my order. I email them they say it will be there the following month and that’s all they say every month this company is a joke and they don’t send you updates on your orders either. Don’t bother ordering from here.

Terrible customer service. Ordered one bag from them on the wrong card (fault on my behalf) but immediately cancelled the order (about 2 minutes after ordering it) WAYYY before they shipped it. They STILL shipped it the next day even after canceling. It has been about 2 weeks now and the cancelled order is still pending seller approval. I have not received either my order or my money back. I have spent the past 2 weeks trying to contact them through e-mail, phone, and social media and have yet to receive any form of response. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would.

I placed an order, about a week and half later I recived an email stating my order was delivered but I never received my order. I was home during the supposed delivery. Ive emailed the customer support 3 times and reached out via IG and they ignored me. Didnt even bother to respond so now Im out $60. This company has poor business practice and shown me they have zero regard for their customers. I wouldnt recommend them at all. In fact buyer beware!!!!! I was left feeling ingnored and ripped off. Such a pitty because I was planning on buying more purses.

DONT Purchase anything from the official website!!!I order two bags, one was totally wrong, and then they would not give me my money back, not only that, they did not even responded back to my message. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ve ever had, plus the purses are super expensive and the quality is not worth the money; already my zipper at one bag is not working.
