Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time and get treated rudely. I understand having to wait to get in because of the pandemic but everything about how they run the store is horrible. They want to let you know before you go in where to go, no problem, but if you can’t find it they want you to walk back to the front and ask them again. Maybe they don’t want people walking around the store right ? Well it ended with me having to walk around the store just by following their directions. Then when I see an employee named WILL he’s talking to another coworker so I wait around until they’re done. I go up to him to ask if what I’m looking for what even in stock. Instead of just answering my question he asks me if I’m on the list and then proceeded to explain it to me and then another customer behind us. He didn’t answer either of our questions and he also didn’t have any other person around to help. So I decided to take my money elsewhere and drove 30 min to frys electronics and it was 100% worth it. Not only did you guys not have what I needed, but the store was a complete mess with all the employees looking miserable and acting rude towards everyone.I will never return here, which is 10 min away from my home. I honestly don’t want to risk going to another Best Buy and dealing with the same issues as this one. Instead I will be going to fry’s electronic which is 30 min away but with way better prices and they will actually have what I need.
Geek Squad at this store knows nothing. They suggested I go to the Apple store. I actually left the Geek counter and went and found someone on the floor that solved my problem in 5 minutes. Actually i should have went to the Compton store.
