Loved the service, answers and patience they had. Why better service then I got at Ashleys furniture. Will definitely go back for more furniture in the near future.

Annette was very helpful but the rest was no help the delivery is over priced and they arent giving u no deals the naders in Carson the delivery was only 65 and was further from my hs then this one this one said 119 local

Sofa is good but delivery has unprofessional stuff. Couldn’t put the couch in apartment. But me and my friend did it. I wasn’t easy, but it was possible (no scratch, no damage). My friend was tired, I have injured arm. Who works for you in delivery? An Invalids, have no experience or laziest deliveryman? Result: quality of furniture is good, experience of delivery is awful!!!

This is my 2nd time purchasing something from Naders. My first time was from the Gardena location so Im a repeat customer. Chris at the Long Beach location was super helpful and attentive. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything or to purchase something outside of my budget. This is good store if your looking for furniture on a budget but not cheap looking. They also have progressive leasing which helps also.

I was able to buy what I really wanted and it was a item that was a blow out sale

The staff is professional yet warm and welcoming. They go the extra mile and that is less common now. I also like supporting the local businesses.

I need stuff for a new place and will be furnishing 5 bedrooms it was a Tuesday in February 2021. Well, with that in mind if u want to improve your operation spend a little bit and u will make more . . Good luck.. please consider the customer first

On Sunday my mom and I visited the store to buy a recliner and a coffee table.Chris was helping us at that moment. There was another family in there being helped by another sales person. They had walked out and came back in maybe changed their mind I dont know.We had everything picked out and we were ready to make the transaction Chris walks away from us says one moment and went and started helping this family. Totally took the sale from his coworker and left us hanging. I guess he was going to make a bigger commission off of these people so he totally blew us off. We sat for a few minutes in disbelief and walked out. I started to go to the other sales lady there but decided if thats the way they treat customers why give them my business at all. Maybe it was race related I have no clue either way Chris was very rude to his coworker and customer. Think twice before making a sale from him.

They had decent furniture but their customer service was horrible. I was there for 10 minutes and no one came to greet me or asked if I needed assistance until I was walking towards the door.

We were greated by a nice saleswoman who was a little pushy, but she did end up letting us just browse. The selection was decent and pricing wasnt too high. They had mostly good quality mid-level furniture and a few budget pieces and a few higher end pieces. Had a decent sale going on. Just didnt love the stuff that was within our price range.

They scheduled me between yhe window of 3-7pm. I missed the window. They can exactly at 3pm on a Friday. The initial delivery fee wad $100. They charged me an additional $100 to deliver it again the next day in Long Beach. I will NEVER BUY FURNITURE WITH THEM AGAIN! PERIOD!

NAsers Im sure has lost many customers because of Chris the manager and his lack of management and inabilities to effectively communicate. He lacks respect for women, and is horrible in regards to conflict resolution. Save yourself dont shop there.

Annette was such a great help!!! I was looking for a sleeper and she was knowledgeable of all options that were similar and available. She was a true gem!!!

STAY AWAY. Long story short I wanted to buy local and from a family owned company. I bought a lower end sofa sleeper here for around 300 bucks. I thought it would semi decent for a starter sofa because it had a “Serta” mattress in it, but it started feeling extremely uncomfortable not even a month into using it. We were sitting on the wood frame with no support or cushion... and yeah it ended up on the street. I would have been better off going to Ikea honestly so don’t waste your money. Plus the associates gave me a attitude the day I picked up the sofa. Just do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I went to the location at signal hillWhere I meet Viviana she is the manager she was great really nice person at first I stop because I saw a  couch this store has really nice stuff if you ever need furniture I recommend you to stop at this location and ask for Viviana she will take care of you I happily spend  over 2,000 dollar and in the future if i am in the need of something else for my house i am going back to these placeViviana did a great job keep up the good work

Great delivery service... very poor sale service. Went in to buy a chest, after a few minutes with a sales person i wanted to by a complete set. When the set was sold, the sales person did not disclose a dresser was included instead of a chest which us what I was in there for in the first place.They refused to do anything about it other than taking the whole thing back and making we repurchase a new set leaving me with nothing over a weekend since they couldnt deliver same day.Bottem line, I should have been more aware but still they did nothing to rectify the situation and in fact wanted me to pay a restocking fee and/or more delivery charges. I will never shop here again and I dont recommend anyone else either.

Over priced, cheap furniture. Dishonest employees. They lie to you to get sales. Told me I didnt need tools to assemble a table and when I had to return it they charged me 25%. And the salesperson admitted he was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and they gave me the run around.

Horrible experiance, they sold me a infested box spring. I just moved into a new condo, and got all new furniture... i left the box spring in the factory sealed plastic as well as my new mattress in its factory sealed plastic. A month later i am doing spring cleaning ( i have allergies) and i see something moving inside the box spring when i lift it. It was infested with bugs. Just the box spring, there were no bugs on the new mattress (seeing as everything is sealed in its factory plastic) nor the new bed frame. Just bugs sealed in the box frame crawling inside the plastic. The managment of the new condos called a inspector who came out and looked at the whole condo (new condos) and it was spotless. They opened the facory seal and inspected the boxframe and there was bug poop inside that they said ( licensed professional) has been collecting for months. When i informed the manager at Naders he simple told me “ its not our problem” “ do what you want with it, its your property now” lol . Do NOT go to this place. Extremely rude and they are refusing to take responsibility. They wont take the box spring back nor give me my money back. Seeing as it was only $100 its not worth the legal fee’s for a small claims court. $100 loss 🤷🏽‍♂️ Smh do NOT go here! Delivered in a old truck with new matresses in the same truck as old picked up matresses, but they “do not know where the infestation came from” smh worst experience ever!

I bought a full house of furniture from them (living room, beds, dining set). I was first told that if I did the financing it would be 90 days same as cash that was a lie. Second I was told afterwards that since I did the financing I was unable to get the extended warranty on the things I purchased. Lastly the throw pillows on my living room set started coming apart. They promised to replace them, its been 8 months and they still havent been replaced. Bad business!!!!

Chris the manager was so disrespectful. I was uterly appalled at the audacity at which a manager carried his self and talk to his customers. He was rude, disrespectful, and did not communicate effectively. He should not be in a management position at all.

If you do a layaway they sale it, if a customer comes in for the same thing. Poor Business practices.
